Several investigations have been carried out and now ETH has announced measures. The ETH applies to the "ETH Board" for the dismissal of a female professor from the former Institute of Astronomy. ETH is improving the management- and mentoring situation with a comprehensive package of measures; PhD- students shall be coached by at least two persons. Besides, a specialist unit for reports on sexual harassment and bullying is planned. In addition, regular "Feedback Rounds" are planned, a "Leadership Program" for professors and the handling of complaints will be redefined. At the media conference, the ETH-President expressed his regret that there had been cases of incorrect leadership behavior in the past. We expect a respectful relationship with each other, everything else is unacceptable, he said. "The ETH has made mistakes as an institution," said the ETH-President. Mit einem umfangreichen Massnahmen-Paket verbessert die ETH die Fuehrungs- und Betreuungs-Situation; Doktorierende sollen von mind. zwei Personen betreut werden. Zudem ist eine Fachstelle fuer Meldungen zu sexueller Belaestigung und Mobbing geplant. Ausserdem sind regelmaessige "Feedback-Runden" geplant, ein "Leadership- Programm" fuer Professorinnen und Professoren und der Umgang mit Beschwerden wird neu geregelt. An der Medien-Konferenz aeusserte der ETH-Praesident sein Bedauern, dass es in der Vergangenheit zu Faellen von fehlerhaftem Fuehrungsverhalten gekommen sei. Man erwarte einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander, alles andere sei inakzeptabel, sagte er. "Die ETH hat als Institution Fehler gemacht", sagte der ETH- Praesident. IT-Experten entdecken Luecke im E-Voting-System. (Tue. 12.03.2019) スイスのポストが「電子投票システム」の安全テストを実施している。ハッカ ーやコンピュータ・マニア達が、2019年3月24日まで「電子投票システム」に 不法侵入を試みる事が出来る。いわゆる「侵入試験」の一環で、成功した侵入 者はスイス・ポストから賞金最高5万スイスフランを受け取る。関心は非常に 高く、世界中から3,000人以上のハッカー達がポストに応募した。最近一般の 人々からは「電子投票」の安全性に疑問が投げかけられていた。国際的なIT専 門家が「電子投票システム」のソースコードに重大な欠陥を発見した。欠陥は 普遍的な検証可能性の部分に在った。障害のあるこのシステムがこれまで投票 所で使用された事は無い。欠陥がどれ程深刻かについて意見は分かれている。 ポストによると、この欠陥は2017年既に確認されていた。しかし、修正をスペ インの技術パートナー「Scytl」は完全に実行していなかった。ポストによる と、IT専門家達は、ソースコードにある欠陥が検証せずに投票を操作する為に 使える事を示した。欠陥を発見したのはカナダのセキュリティー研究者サラ・ ジェイミー・ルイス周辺の専門家だが、彼等は試験者に登録していなかったの で、賞金を請求する事は出来ない。ルイスによると、欠陥が重大なのは、ポス ト自ら不正選挙をする事が出来得るという事実にある。同時に彼等は、ポスト が現実に操作していなかった事を証明したのかもしれない！現在、「電子投票 一時停止」イニシアティブの署名集めが進行中で、安全性が確実になるまで 「電子投票」を阻止しようとしている。 Swiss Post is conducting a Security Test on the Swiss "E-Voting System". Currently, a collection of signatures is running for an "E-Voting Moratorium"; this Popular Initiative wants to prevent "E-Voting" until it is safe. Im Rahmen des so-genannten "Intrusions-Test" erhalten erfolgreiche Hacker von der Post ein Preisgeld von bis zu 50'000 Schweizer Franken. Das Interesse ist riesig; es haben sich ueber 3'000 Hacker aus aller Welt bei der Post angemeldet. In der Oeffentlichkeit gab es kuerzlich Zweifel an der Sicherheit des "elektronischen Abstimmens". Internationale IT-Experten entdeckten beim Quellcode des "E-Voting- Systems" der Post jetzt einen kritischen Fehler. Der Fehler liegt bei der universellen Verifizierbarkeit; das fehlerhafte System wurde bisher noch nicht bei einem Urnengang eingesetzt. Die Meinungen gehen auseinander, wie schwerwiegend der Fehler ist. Laut der Post sei der Fehler bereits 2017 identifiziert worden; die Korrektur sei vom spanischen Technologie-Partner "Scytl" jedoch nicht vollstaendig umgesetzt worden. Laut der Post konnten die IT-Experten aufzeigen, dass die Luecke im Quellcode dazu genutzt werden koennte, um Stimmen zu manipulieren, ohne dass dies nachgewiesen werden koennte. Entdeckt wurde die Luecke von Experten um die kanadische Sicherheitsforscherin Sarah Jamie Lewis; sie sind jedoch nicht als Tester registriert und koennen deshalb keine Praemie beanspruchen. Laut Lewis liegt die Schwere der Luecke darin, dass die Post selbst Wahlfaelschung haette betreiben koennen. Gleichzeitig haette sie beweisen koennen, dass sie genau dies nicht getan haette! (Mon. 11.03.2019) 福島原発事故の8年後、記者団は原発事故現場見学ツアーを案内された。安倍 晋三首相は7年後既に「福島第一」は制御されていると主張した。虚構は、災 害は40年で克服されると言い続ける首相の姿勢。しかし新聞記事には、「世代 を超える災害」と書かれており、核エネルギーの危険性は計測不能である事を 福島が示している。日立と三菱は海外の原発建設をリスクと費用の為諦めた。 現在、炉心溶融デブリを2022年から回収する為の初めての装置が開発されてい ると、記者ツアーを案内した八木秀樹は述べた。敷地内には約1000基の汚染水 入りタンクが置かれており、日本政府と東電は冷却水にはトリチウムしか含ま れていないと長年断言してきた。しかしこれは嘘で、タンクの80%は半減期が ほぼ30年の「ストロンチウム90」他の物質が含まれている。食物を介して体内 に侵入すると発癌性がある。日々新たに汚染された冷却水が加わり、問題は拡 大している。医師の組織「IPPNW(核戦争防止国際医師会議)」の報告書による と、福島県で当時子供だった日本人は甲状腺癌に罹る危険性が少なくとも15倍 高い。「IPPNW」は、甲状腺検査を25歳から2年毎から5年毎に延ばそうとする 「福島県立医科大学」を批判する。更に、同大学の職員が学校に行き、「参加 しない権利」と「知らない権利」について子供達を教育した！検査費用が返金 されることはもうない。「IPPNW」によると、この取り組みは参加率を下げて、 試験結果を系統的に歪める事に依って、長期的に研究全体の評価を下げる狙い がある！大多数の日本人は再生可能エネルギーへの移行を求めている。代わり に、国は停止している原発を再稼働させ、国内の石炭火力発電所の数を増やそ うとしていると、グリーンピースは不満を訴えている。 Eight years after the Nuclear Disaster in Fukushima, journalists are being guided through the ruin of the NPP on the press tour. "IPPNW" criticizes "Fukushima Medical University", which is trying to extend the interval of thyroid examinations from the age of 25, from currently two to five years. In addition, University staff visited schools to explain children about their "Right of non-attendance" and "Right of not to know"! Costs for the medical examinations will not be refunded anymore. According to "IPPNW", this approach aims to reduce the participation rate and to devalue the entire study in the long term by a systematical distorting of the test results! The majority of Japanese are calling for a transition to renewable energy. Instead, the State wants to restart shut down nuclear reactors and to increase the number of coal-fired power plants in the country, complains Greenpeace. "IPPNW" kritisiert "Fukushima Medical University", welche versuche die Schilddruesen- Untersuchungen ab dem 25. Lebensjahr von zwei auf fuenf Jahre auszuweiten. Zudem besuchten Mitarbeiter der Universitaet Schulen, um dort Kinder ueber ihr "Recht auf Nichtteilnahme" und "Recht auf Nichtwissen" aufzuklaeren! Kosten fuer die Untersuchungen werden ebenfalls nicht mehr erstattet. Laut "IPPNW" zielt dieses Vorgehen darauf ab, die Teilnahme-Quote zu reduzieren und durch eine systematische Verzerrung der Test-Ergebnisse langfristig die gesamte Studie zu entwerten! Die Mehrheit der Japaner fordert einen Uebergang zu erneuerbaren Energien. City Mayor Jim Kenney has signed a law, protecting people without a bank account. It is an "illegal discrimination" if in the future only cashless payments would be accepted. The new law will enter into force this July. In the USA, more and more retailers accept only payments with credit cards, debit cards or Smartphones. This is considered faster and more convenient than paying with Cash. However, critics point out that people without a bank account and credit card are excluded. In 2017, 6.5% of the households in the USA did not have a bank account, according to the US-Deposit Guarantee Fund (FDIC). So, still nearly 8 Mio. households are affected. According to the "San Francisco Fed", 32% of all customer transactions were Cashless in 2015. That was less than in 2012, when it was as high as 40%. The US- State of New Jersey passed a law in February, prohibiting only Cashless businesses.
