From the year 2025 "Migros" sells only Swiss vegetables and fruits from fossil-free production. The suppliers have to heat their greenhouses until then renewable. "Migros" invests CHF 1 Mio. a year in the project; with the money, the producers are financially supported for the conversion. Currently, the greenhouses are mostly heated with crude oil or natural gas. In the future, it should be an optimal mix of renewable energy carriers. Priority will have wood heaters, heat pumps, biogas, geothermal or solar energy. In Switzerland, greenhouses are heated especially at the beginning and at the end of the season. According to Migros, these new measures are expected to save up to 75,000 tones of carbon dioxide per year. This is equivalent to more than 15,000 flights from Zurich to Hawaii. A supplier of Migros, the "Forster Group" has already carried out the conversion; their salad garden is heated climate-neutral with waste heat from the nearby waste incineration plant. According to the boss of "Forster" also the producers must contribute their part to the environmental protection. "WWF Switzerland" is also involved in the project; the project shows "that the exit from fuel oil and fossil gas is possible". Die Schweizer Supermarkt-Kette "Migros" will den Kohlendioxid Ausstoss bei den eigenen Lieferanten reduzieren. Ab dem Jahr 2025 verkauft "Migros" nur noch Schweizer Gemuese und Fruechte aus fossil-freier Produktion. Die Lieferanten muessen ihre Gewaechshaeuser bis dann erneuerbar heizen. "Migros" investiert 1 Mio. CHF jaehrlich in das Projekt; mit dem Geld werden die Produzenten beim Umbau finanziell unterstuetzt. Derzeit werden die Gewaechshaeuser mehrheitlich mit Erdoel oder Erdgas beheizt. Kuenftig soll es ein optimaler Mix aus erneuerbaren Energie-Traegern sein. Prioritaet haben Holz-Heizungen, Waerme-Pumpen, Biogas, Geothermie oder Solar-Energie. In der Schweiz werden Gewaechshaeuser besonders zu Beginn und am Ende der Saison beheizt. Diese neuen Massnahmen sollen laut "Migros" zu einer Einsparung von bis zu 75'000 Tonnen Kohlendioxid pro Jahr fuehren. Dies entspricht mehr als 15'000 Fluegen von Zuerich nach Hawaii. Ein Lieferant der Migros, die "Forster-Gruppe" hat die Umstellung bereits durchgefuehrt; ihr Salatgarten wird klima-neutral mit Abwaerme aus der nahen Kehricht-Verbrennungs-Anlage beheizt. Laut dem Chef von "Forster" muessen auch die Produzenten ihren Teil zum Umweltschutz beitragen. Teil-Privatisierung Wasser-Versorgung in Zuerich? (Thu. 31.01.2019) 2019年2月10日、カントン・ツューリッヒでは水道法について住民投票が行わ れる。新しい法律は二つの古い法律に代わるもので、カントンの水問題を包括 的に規制する。論争となっているのは特に水道事業の民営化が想定されている 事で、民間企業の参入を州政府は完全に阻止しようとした。企業が公共の水道 事業を購入すると、料金高騰と水質悪化が懸念される。しかし、個人の持ち株 は、資本、議決権、支配が制限される。この法律への反対議案が住民投票に持 ち込まれ、保守政党は賛成、中道左派政党は反対している。左派政党と緑のグ ループは、水道に対する利益追求は非常に危険であり、水道事業は常に公共の 手中に在るものと考えている。2019年1月中旬の世論調査は、53％が新しい法 律に反対を示した。ドイツの首都ベルリン市は、1999年ベルリン水道事業の半 分(49.9％)を民間に売却した。買収したのはフランスの多角経営企業ヴィヴェ ンディ(ヴェオリア)とドイツのRWE。当時のベルリン水道法はほぼ新しいツュ ーリッヒの法律に対応している。しかし「ベルリン取引」には、更に疑わしい 秘密契約があり、企業に「憲法違反」の年率8％から9％の利回り保証をした！ ベルリン市は財政的に恐喝の圧力を受けやすくなった。2003年以後水道料金は 跳ね上がり、ベルリンはドイツで最も高額な水道事業者の一つになった。反対 派と市民イニシアティヴが、秘密契約を公表し、2012/13年にベルリンは水道 事業を買い戻した。現在水道事業は再び100％市の所有になっている。この間 水道料金はほぼ20％下がった！2021年までには料金は安定した状態になる筈。 On February 10, 2019, a new Water Act will be voted on in the Canton of Zurich; the new law replaces two old laws and regulates water issues in the Canton comprehensively. Particularly controversial is the supposed privatization of the drinking water supply; the Government Council wanted to prevent participations of privates completely. If companies buy in on the public drinking water supply, higher costs or worse water quality is threatened. Shareholdings of privates, however, are restricted in terms of capital, voting rights and control. The referendum was taken against the law; civic parties are in favor of it, and center-left parties are against it. For left and green circles profit interests in water supply are very dangerous; for them, the water supply must be in public hands for all time. In mid-January 2019, a survey showed that 53% of the respondents wanted to reject the new Water Act. In 1999, the German capital Berlin sold half (49.9%) of its shares of Berlin Waterworks to privates. Buyers were the French Multi Vivendi (Veolia) and the German RWE; then, Berlin Water Act corresponded approximately to the new Zurich law. At the "Berlin Deal", there was still a dubious secret contract; with which the Corporations were given "unconstitutional" yield guarantees of 8% to 9% annually! The City of Berlin became financially susceptible to blackmail. After 2003, water prices jumped and Berlin became one of the most expensive providers in Germany. Opposition and citizen initiatives led to the disclosure of the secret treaty and in 2012/13 Berlin bought back the water supply. Now, the water supply is again 100% owned by the City; water prices have dropped by almost 20% by now. Up to 2021, prices should remain stable. Am 10. Februar 2019 wird im Kanton Zuerich ueber ein neues Wasser- Gesetz abgestimmt; das neue Gesetz ersetzt zwei alte Gesetze und regelt Fragen zum Wasser im Kanton umfassend. Umstritten ist besonders die vermeintliche Privatisierung der Trinkwasser-Versorgung; Beteiligungen von Privaten wollte der Regierungsrat ganz verhindern. Wenn sich Konzerne in die oeffentliche Trinkwasser-Versorgung einkauften, drohten hoehere Kosten oder schlechtere Wasser-Qualitaet. Beteiligungen Privater sind jedoch eingeschraenkt in Bezug auf Kapital, Stimmrechte und Kontrolle. Gegen das Gesetz wurde das Referendum ergriffen; Buergerliche Parteien sind dafuer, Mitte-Links Parteien sind dagegen. Fuer linke und gruene Kreise sind Profit- Interessen beim Wasser sehr gefaehrlich; fuer sie gehoert die Wasser- Versorgung fuer alle Zeiten in die oeffentliche Hand. Mitte Januar 2019 zeigte eine Umfrage, dass 53% der Befragten das neue Wasser- Gesetz ablehnen wollten. Die deutsche Hauptstadt Berlin verkaufte 1999 die Haelfte (49,9%) seiner Anteile der Berliner Wasser-Betriebe an Private. Kaeufer waren die franzoesische Multi Vivendi (Veolia) und die deutsche RWE; das Berliner Wasser-Gesetz entsprach damals etwa dem neuen Zuercher Gesetz. Beim "Berliner-Deal" gab es aber noch einen dubiosen Geheim-Vertrag; mit welchem den Konzernen "Verfassungs- Widrige" Rendite-Garantien von 8% bis 9% jaehrlich gemacht wurden! Opposition und Buerger-Initiativen fuehrten dazu, dass der Geheim-Vertrag offengelegt werden musste und 2012/13 kaufte Berlin die Wasser-Versorgung wieder zurueck. Jetzt ist die Wasser-Versorgung wieder zu 100% im Besitz der Stadt; die Wasser- Preise sind inzwischen um fast 20% gesunken! Bis 2021 sollen die Preise stabil bleiben. Kein Buero-Platz oder Notebook freundliche Cafes. (Tue. 28.01.2019) スイスの大銀行UBSはいわゆる「デスク・シェアリング」を実施している。社 員は自分の仕事場を確保する為に「闘わなければならない」のだ。UBSでは大 抵の社員はもう自分の机を持っておらず、毎日仕事机を新たに探さなければな らない。UBSはこれを「現時点の仕事場」と称し、このコンセプトはUBSの社員 をイライラさせている、と20分紙は報じた。社員には場所取りの「秘訣」があ る。1) 早起きの秘訣は、同僚より早く出社すること。2) 集中する秘訣は、希 望の机に直行する事。3) ソフトウェアの秘訣は、PCに重要なプログラム稼働 中のメモを貼る。4) チームリーダーの秘訣は、メンバーに近い一番良い場所 を取ること。UBSによると「基本的」には常に充分な席が有る。ツューリッヒ 市内には、「ラップトップ」を歓迎するカフェがある。そこでは、「仕事する 遊牧民」が快適な場所を見つける事が出来る。しかし、早めに場所を確保しな ければならない。日曜日でさえ9時前には既に待ちかねた人々が待っている。 どこのカフェが最高の「臨時オフィス」に適しているのか？どのカフェもコン ピュータに向かっている客を喜ぶわけではない。「ラップトップ」の客の中に は「1杯」のエスプレッソだけで、それ以上注文しない客がいる。彼等はその 場所を5時間占領し、その間に水を飲む為にトイレに行く！時々追加のコーヒ ーの注文があれば、「名誉な出来事」でさえある。 The Swiss Bank UBS practices so-called "Desk-Sharing"; the employees have to "fight" for their office workplace. Many employees at UBS no longer have their own desk; they have to find a new place every day. UBS calls this "Workplace Now"; this concept annoys UBS-employees, reports the newspaper "20min.ch". Employees work with "tricks" to get a place: 1) Early Bird trick, to be on the spot earlier than colleagues; 2) Focus trick, go directly to the desired desk; 3) Software trick, put a memo on the PC that an important program is running; 4) Team leader trick, taking the best place to be close to the team. According to UBS, there should "basically" be always sufficient workplaces. In the City of Zurich, there are Cafes where "Laptops" are welcome; Here "working nomads" find a cozy place. However, often, you have to be there early in the morning; even on Sunday, there are already people waiting impatiently for admission before 9 am. Which Cafe is best suited as a "Temporary Office"?; not all cafes are happy about guests with a computer. Certain "Laptop- Guests" only order "One" espresso and then nothing more. They occupy the place for 5 hours, go to the toilet in between to drink water there! It should be "an Affair of Honor" to order another coffee from time to time. Die Schweizer Grossbank UBS praktiziert so-genanntes "Desk-Sharing"; die Mitarbeiter muessen um ihren Buero-Arbeitsplatz "kaempfen". Viele Mitarbeiter bei der UBS haben kein eigenes Pult mehr; sie muessen jeden Tag einen neuen Platz suchen. UBS bezeichnet dies als "Workplace Now"; dieses Konzept veraergert UBS-Angestellte, berichtet die Zeitung "20min.ch". Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten mit "Tricks" um einen Platz zu haben: 1) Frueh-Aufsteher-Trick, frueher vor Ort sein als Kollegen; 2) Fokus-Trick, direkt zum gewuenschten Pult gehen; 3) Software-Trick, Notiz-Zettel am PC es laufe ein wichtiges Programm; 4) Teamleiter- Trick, nimmt besten Platz um in Naehe des Teams zu sein. Laut UBS soll es "grundsaetzlich" immer genuegend Plaetze geben. In der Stadt Zuerich gibt es Cafes, wo "Laptops" willkommen sind; hier finden "Arbeits-Nomaden" ein gemuetlichen Plaetzchen. Oft muss man jedoch fruehzeitig vor Ort sein; sogar am Sonntag gibt es bereits Leute die vor 9 Uhr ungeduldig auf Einlass warten. Welches Cafe eignet sich am besten als "Temporaer-Buero"?; nicht alle Cafes freuen sich ueber Gaeste am Computer. Gewisse "Laptop-Gaeste" bestellen nur "einen" Espresso und nachher nichts mehr. Sie besetzen den Platz aber 5 Stunden, gehen auf die Toilette zwischendurch um dort Wasser zu trinken! Es sollte "Ehrensache" sein, ab und zu einen weiteren Kaffee zu bestellen. With the victory of Osaka Naomi, for the first time a Japanese woman became the Number One on the Tennis World Ranking. The tennis player only speaks broken Japanese. Osaka-san once said about their origin, "I am not Japanese, not American, but Naomi". Osaka's sponsor, the Group "Nissin" had to withdraw its Youtube Commercial. The cartoon film showed the dark-skinned Osaka with white skin and big, gray-blue eyes. "Nissin" has apologized for the bleached skin in the Commercial; it was not meant that way. When Naomi was 3 years old, the family moved to the USA and she learned tennis at US-Tennis schools. Her father, who is from Haiti, registered Naomi at the "Japan Tennis Association (JTA)" for playing. The Japanese "JTA" shall have offered more financial support than the US-Association was reported. Regarding to a "Gourmet-Guide", it goes about the highest asset the "Credibility". If there is all sorts of tattle, e.g., about its evaluation with stars, then it harms a guide. It is said that you cannot lose three stars, or why the Restaurant Noma has only two stars in the "Michelin-guide". Today, every influencer or food blogger publishes his own opinion of a restaurant. Besides, there is the "50 Best List" by San-Pellegrino or "Netflix" with its series "Chef's Table"; they "attract" gourmets like the Guide Michelin too. Recently, a restaurant in Alsace, was removed the highest award of three stars after 51 years. The prestigious German inspection company has twice inspected the structure of the Brazilian mining group "Vale" last year. Now, it's about the reputation of the German company; the police in Brazil arrested two employees of the German company.
