Seine Firma, die "Widmer Rail Services (WRS)" ist jetzt die Nummer 4 im Bahn-Gueter-Verkehr. Das neue Eisenbahn-Gesetz erlaubt auch Firmen ohne Schienen-Netz mit Eisenbahn-Zuegen durch die Schweiz zu fahren. Ex-Zahnarzt Widmer absolvierte bei der SBB eine verkuerzte, 9-Monatige Lokfuehrer-Ausbildung fuer Quereinsteiger. Als Lokfuehrer bei privaten Bahn-Unternehmen lernte er den Bahnbetrieb auf dem freien Netz kennen. Als er seine "Widmer Rail Services (WRS)" gruendete, begann er damit Lokfuehrer auszubilden und diese an andere Bahn-Unternehmen auszuleihen. Diverse Unternehmen konnten so ihren Personal-Bedarf in Spitzen-Zeiten befrieden. Spaeter kaufte Widmer eine Diesel-Lokomotive und leihte diese zusammen mit dem Lokfuehrer aus. Auftraege kamen auch von der SBB fuer die Belieferung von Baustellen. In der Zwischenzeit hat er 16 Lokomotiven und 70 Mitarbeiter arbeiten im Unternehmen. Seine Firma erwirtschaftete 2017 einen Umsatz von 10 Mio. CHF. "WRS" transport Bio-Diesel von Rotterdam bis nach Italien oder macht Getreide-Transporte. Da sein Unternehmen klein und flexibel sei, koenne er schneller reagieren; dies sei sein Hauptvorteil. Schweizer Parlament akzeptiert keine Erpressung durch EU. 数日前、EUのヴァルディス・ドムブロフスキー欧州委員会副委員長が、スイス 証券取引所にEUへのアクセスを認める事が出来る充分な進展が無い、という書 簡を欧州議会議員に送った。EUは、スイスとEUの「枠組み合意」締結に関連し て、政治的な理由で「証券取引所の対等性」を2018年12月末までのみと限定し た。スイス政府は、EUの対応はスイスに対する差別だと1年前既に言明してい た。EU副委員長の声明は、枠組み合意でスイスに同意を強要するブリュッセル からのあからさまな脅しだ！スイス証券取引所の対等性を認められない場合、 政府と議会は明らかな差別と看做す。スイス証券取引所は対等性の最終的且つ 恒久的な要件を満たしている、と昨年EU自ら認めている。今全州議会は、選別 されたEU諸国に対するスイスの貢献13億スイスフランの「結束の巨費」は、EU がスイスに対する「差別政策」をしない場合にのみ支払うと決定した。全州議 会の決議はほぼ全会一致で、ジュネーヴの緑の党ロベルト・クラメールだけが 反対、ブリュッセルのEUの脅しに対する明確な意思表示をした。EUがスイスに 輸出する物品は、その逆よりも大幅に多く、2017年対EUの貿易赤字は、150億 スイスフラン以上だった。 A few days ago, the EU-Commission Vice-President Valdis Dombrowski wrote in a letter to an EU-Member of Parliament that there was not enough progress made with Switzerland so that the EU could not recognize the so-called equivalence of the Swiss Stock Exchange. The EU had extended the "Stock Exchange Equivalence" for political reasons only until the end of December 2018 and linked it to the deal of a "framework agreement" between Switzerland and the EU. The Swiss Government had stated already a year ago that the EU measure is a discrimination against Switzerland. The statement of the EU-Vice person is a blatant threat from Brussels with the aim of enforcing the consent of Switzerland in the framework agreement! Swiss Government and Parliament clearly consider the non-recognition of the Swiss stock exchange as discrimination. The Swiss stock exchange fulfills the requirements for a definitive and unlimited equivalence, as the EU itself confirmed it last year. Now, Swiss Parliament (Staenderat) has decided, the so-called "cohesion billion", the Swiss contribution to selected EU-states in the amount of CHF 1.3 billion will be paid out only if the EU refrains from taking "discriminatory measures" against Switzerland. The decision of the "Staenderat" was almost unanimous, only the Green Party Robert Cramer from Geneva was against; it is a clear sign against the EU-threat from Brussels. By the way, the EU sold significantly more goods to Switzerland than the other way round; the trade deficit with the EU was more than CHF 15 billion in 2017. Die Schweizer Regierung hatte schon vor einem Jahr festgestellt, dass die EU-Massnahme eine Diskriminierung der Schweiz ist. Die Aussage des EU-Vize ist eine unverhohlene Drohung aus Bruessel mit dem Ziel, die Zustimmung der Schweiz beim Rahmen-Abkommen zu erzwingen! Die Nicht-Anerkennung der Schweizer Boerse (Aequivalenz) betrachten Bundesrat und Parlament klar als Diskriminierung. Die Schweizer Boerse erfuellt die Anforderungen fuer eine definitive und unbefristete Aequivalenz, dies hat die EU selber im letzten Jahr festgestellt. Jetzt hat der Staenderat beschlossen, die so-genannte "Kohaesions-Milliarde", der Schweizer Beitrag an ausgewaehlte EU-Staaten im Betrag von CHF 1,3 Mrd. werde nur ausbezahlt wenn die EU keine "diskriminierenden Massnahmen" gegen die Schweiz ergreife. Der Beschluss des Staenderats war fast einstimming, nur der Gruene Robert Cramer aus Genf war dagegen; es ist ein deutliches Zeichen gegen die Drohung der EU aus Bruessel. (Thu. 29.11.2018) 国連の文化組織ユネスコが、秋田県の「男鹿のなまはげ」の様な日本の「来訪 神」の儀式と「スイスの雪崩保護」を「無形文化遺産」として登録した。これ によって、雪崩の危険に対するスイスの世紀の取り組みが栄誉を与えられた。 人々が山岳地方に住むようになって以来、雪崩に対処する方法を見つけなけれ ばならなかった。「白い死」という大昔の取り組みは、今も地名や野原の名称 に見られる。1951年の雪崩の冬が今日の雪崩保護の目標になった。当時1,300 個所で雪崩が轟音と共に谷に流れ込み、100人近くが雪に巻き込まれて死亡し た。一撃で山岳地方の住民に大昔の脅威がよみがえった。投資か諦めるか？こ れは当時喫緊の課題だった。その結果、世紀の保護林の一部が保全され、雪崩 は次第に人為的に除去され、専門的なハザードマップが作成された。雪崩のフ ェンスが19世紀に設置され、鉄道が山岳地帯を冬でも安全に横断出来るように なった。最初に発生する場所で雪崩を防ぐ試みが行われた。20世紀半ば、雪と 雪崩の科学的な研究が始まった。スイスの雪と雪崩研究所SLFは世界最先端だ。 スイス軍は、おそらく雪と雪崩を戦略的手段として使う事を検討していた。 The UN-cultural organization UNESCO has recognized Japan's "Raiho- shin" rituals such as "Oga no Namahage" in Akita-ken and the "Swiss Avalanche Protection" as "Intangible Cultural Heritage". The century- old knowledge of Switzerland in dealing with the avalanche danger was honored with it. Since people live in the Alps, they had to find a way to deal with avalanches. The ancient knowledge of the "white death" can still be found today in place and field names. The avalanche winter of 1951 marked today's avalanche protection; at that time 1,300 avalanches thundered down to the valley and nearly 100 people died in the mass of snow. Mit einem Schlag war die uralte Bedrohung der Bewohner im Alpenraum zurueck im Bewusstsein. Investieren oder das Tal aufgeben?; das war die dringende Frage damals. Als Konsequenz wurden teilweise Jahrhunderte-alte Schutzwaelder aufgeforstet, man loeste Lawinen vermehrt kuenstlich aus und professionelle Gefahrenkarten wurde erstellt. Es wurden Lawinen-Verbauungen erstellt im 19. Jahrhundert, damit die Eisenbahn unbeschadet die Alpen auch im Winter ueberqueren konnte. Es wird versucht zu verhindern, dass Lawinen ueberhaupt erst entstehen. Mitte des 20. Jahrhundert begann die wissenschaftliche Erforschung des Schnee und der Lawine. Das Schweizer Forschungs- Institut fuer Schnee- und Lawinen SLF ist weltweit fuehrend. Das Schweizer Militaer ueberlegte sich, vielleicht Schnee und Lawinen als strategische Mittel einzusetzen. (Follow-up) 3週間前ムティエをカントン・ユラに変更する住民投票の結果が取り消された 後、ムティエ市民は投票結果の行方に強い関心を抱いていた。現職のマルセル ・ヴィニシュトルファー市長(キリスト教民主党)が確実に再選され、地方評議 会では「ベルン派」の1人が議席を得た。ユラ派の市長は60.9%の票を獲得し、 投票率は76%。再選された市長はこの結果に満足し、市民の「明確な意思」と ベルンに向けて宣言した。ムティエ市政府は、ユラ派が引き続き6人、ベルン 派は3人。町議会は41議席で、ユラ派の政党が25議席の過半数を得ている。 Three weeks ago, when the vote on the change of the Town of Moutier to the Canton of Jura (JU) was invalidated, the public was curious about the outcome of the elections in the Town of Moutier. The current Pro- Jurassic Mayor (CVP) Mr. Marcel Winistoerfer was clearly re-elected; at the municipal council, the "Pro-Berne" side won a seat. The pro- Jurassic Mayor received 60.9% of the vote; voters turnout was at 76%. The re-elected Mayor was pleased with the result and spoke of a "clear sign" of the citizens into the direction of Berne Government. At the local Government of Moutier, the Pro-Jurassians continue to have six seats and the Pro-Berne side has now three seats.
