Die britische "Sunday Times" und "Politico" hatten am Wochenende solche Berichte veroeffentlicht. Das Thema steht im Zusammenhang mit den Anschuldigungen gegen US-Harvey Weinstein und dem Schlagwort "#MeToo". Im EU-Parlament gab es darauf eine Sonder- Debatte; die deutsche Gruene-Partei Abgeordnete erklaerte, auch schon sexuell belaestigt worden zu sein. Auch die spanische EU-Abgeordnete Iratxe Garcia Perez forderte "Keinen Angriff mehr auf die Wuerden der Frauen". Bei den Parlaments-internen Beschwerde-Instanzen habe fast niemand eine Belaestigung gemeldet. Laut der Abgeordneten Perez sei es offensichtlich, dass diese Instrumente nicht funktionierten. Es gibt den Verdacht, dass sich die betroffenen Frauen nicht bei den offiziellen Beschwerde-Instanzen gemeldet haben, weil sie Angst haben, dies koenne ihrer Karriere schaden. Es wurde ein EU-weites Gesetz gegen sexuelle Belaestigung gefordert. Die oesterreichische Zeitung "Standard" berichtete von einem neuen Ausmass von sexueller Belaestigung von Frauen durch EU-Abgeordnete und ihre Mitarbeiter. Die Zeitung spricht von unsittlichen Angeboten bis hin zu Vergewaltigungen. In der "Sunday Times" bezeichnete eine Frau das EU-Parlament als eine "Brutstaette der sexuellen Belaestigung". Das EU-Parlament hat sich, gemeinsam mit dem EU-Rat und der EU-Kommission, bisher stets als Hueter der so-genannten europaeischen Werte positioniert. Fracking, Geothermal Energy or Dams transform whole areas into seismic risk zones. 10 years ago, before "Fracking" started, the US-state of Oklahoma was a "white spot" on the official risk maps, which meant that earthquakes did not occur in principle there. When the energy companies began to deplete oil and methane in the years 2000, the seismic activity increased tremendously. In 2016, 623 earthquakes with a magnitude of at least 3.0 were registered and now, Oklahoma has its own earthquake authority. The incidents in the USA are a world-wide happening; in some cases, they have to do with the so-called "Hydraulic Fracturing" (Fracking) and the related sewage deep injection. So-called "induced seismic" is also found in mining, dams, geothermal energy, the abstraction of ground water, etc. Basically it happens in all actions, in which man interferes with the regional stress field of the rock beds. Tremors occur with the conventional oil production and gas- wastewater too. Artificial quakes also happen in the vicinity of retaining dams. Here, the retained water presses on the ground. In India, south of Mumbai, a water supply dam caused veritably a man-made earthquake in 1967. Approximately 200 people died at the time. The cause for the earthquake in the province of Sichuan in 2008 was the nearby "Zipingpu" dam, assume some seismologists. At that time about 70,000 people died. However, there is still no scientific evidence to support this view. So far, there have been two million frackings in the entire USA. Under the Chinese mainland, 30 trillion cubic meters of shale gas are stored; it is the largest occurrence on the earth. In September 2017, there was an earthquake of magnitude 2.4 in Bavaria (Germany), in the municipality of Poing; it occurred very close to a geothermal plant. Wenn es zu Erdbeben kommt, fragen sich die Seismologen immer haeufiger, ob es "kuenstlich hergestellte" (Man-Made) Erdbeben sind? Fracking, Geothermie oder Staudaemme verwandeln ganze Gebiete in seismische Risiko-Zonen. Vor 10 Jahren, bevor mit dem "Fracking" gestartet wurde, war der US-Bundesstaat Oklahoma auf den offiziellen Risiko-Karten ein "weisser Fleck", was bedeutete, dass dort grundsaetzlich Erdbeben nicht auftraten. Als die Energie-Konzerne in den 2000er-Jahren anfingen, Erdoel und Methan abzubauen, stieg die seismische Aktivitaet gewaltig. 2016 wurden 623 Erdbeben mit einer Staerke von wenigstens 3,0 registriert und Oklahoma verfuegt jetzt ueber eine eigene Erdbeben-Behoerde. Die Vorgaenge in den USA sind ein weltweit auftretendes Ereignis; teilweise haben sie mit dem so- genannten "Hydraulic Fracturing" (Fracking) zu tun und der damit verbundenen Abwasser-Verpressung. So-genannte "induzierte Seismizitaet" gibt es auch wegen Bergbau, Staudaemme, Geothermie, bei der Entnahme von Grundwasser usw. Grundsaetzlich bei allen Handlungen, bei denen der Mensch in das Spannungsfeld der Gesteins-Schichten eingreift. Erschuetterungen entstehen auch bei der konventionellen Foerderung von Oel und Gas-Abwaesser. Kuenstliche Beben passieren auch in der Naehe von Stau-Daemmen. Hier drueckt das aufgestaute Wasser auf den Untergrund. In Indien, suedlich von Mumbai loeste ein Stausee 1967, ein nachweislich vom Menschen verursachtes Erdbeben aus. Zirka 200 Menschen starben damals. Als Ausloeser des Erdbebens in der Provinz Sichuan im Jahr 2008, vermuten etliche Seismologen den nahe gelegenen Staudamm "Zipingpu". Damals starben etwa 70'000 Menschen. Ein wissenschaftlicher Beweis fuer diese Auffassung steht jedoch noch aus. Bisher gab es in den gesamten USA zwei Millionen Fracks. Unter dem chinesischen Festland lagern 30 Billionen Kubikmeter Schiefergas; es ist das groesste Vorkommen der Erde. Im September 2017 gab es in Bayern, in der Gemeinde Poing ein Erdbeben der Staerke 2,4; es ereignete sich ganz in der Naehe einer Geothermie-Anlage. Die Medien-Berichte beziehen sich auf Aussagen des suedkoreanischen Abgeordneten Rhee Cheol-hee. Der Einsatzplan zur Ermordung von Kim Jong-un soll mit den US-Streitkraeften zusammen erarbeitet worden sein und "Operational Plan 5015" heissen. Die geheimen Dokumente seien bereits im September 2016 gestohlen worden; es handle sich um 235 Gigabyte Daten, welche sich in fremden Haenden befinden. Laut Rhee Cheol-hee sind 80% der fehlenden Dokumente noch nicht identifiziert. Offenbar soll es dabei auch um sensible Informationen zu Suedkorea's Notfall-Plaenen, Militaer-Basen und Kraftwerke gehen. Nearly 250,000 workers and trade unionists took part in it. At that time, Switzerland was on the brink of a civil war. The General Strike is regarded as the most important socio-political debate in Swiss history. Because of the First World War, the working class fell into bitter poverty; scarce food, low wages and high inflation were the subjects. In the last year of the war, 700,000 of the almost 4 million inhabitants of Switzerland were depended on the help of the public authorities.
