Japan hat weiterhin keine (Luftraum)- Hoheit ueber Tokyo. 信じがたい事に、米軍占領期が終わった64年後の今も日本には中央日本、特に 東京の西部で完全な領空主権が無い！米軍が東京の空域を管理し、羽田空港と 成田空港(千葉県)の一部の進入経路さえも決めている。米国の日本支配は「横 田ラプコン」に基づいており、これによって米国が横田米軍基地の為に要求し た空域を制御している。前オバマ政権は任期終了間際、日本に米国の空域を通 る羽田の3か所の進入経路を許可した。米国が2020年の東京オリンピックを考 慮しての対応だ。これによって羽田空港は年間447,000便と10%近く容量が増え、 加えて航空会社は数百万ドル規模の燃料が節約できる。米国による東京の空域 支配は、特定の気象条件で航空機はしばしば回り道をしなければならない事態 を引き起こす。東京上空の人工的な空域不足で、民間旅客機同士のニアミスを 引き起こしたこともある！以前米国の領空主権は、羽田の滑走路から数マイル の所まであった。これが原因で、西に向かって離陸する航空機は即座に急旋回 をしなければならなかった。安倍晋三の自民党が日本の首都の空域主権を取り 戻す為に何もしないのは奇妙だ！その一方で安倍政権は、ロシアが支配する北 方領土や韓国が実効支配する竹島については騒ぎ立てる。元東京都知事の石原 慎太郎さえ多大な尽力にも拘らず、米国の空域主権を奪還することは出来なか った。東京上空の米国支配は、日本に完全な主権が無く、米国の庇護の下にあ る事を示している、と日本の特定のサークルの人々は言う。「2020年東京」の 為に民間航空機に許された3つの進入経路にもかかわらず、米空域は通過だけ 許可される。米国が日本にその空域の完全な主権を認める意図は無い！[WSNH: 米国の日本占領はこの事に依って未だに続いている。] (出展：2017年1月17日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版) 首都圏の空域について： http://dmcr.web.fc2.com/ It is unbelievable, but Japan still has no full sovereignty over a large part of the airspace over Central Japan, especially over the West of Tokyo, 64 years after the end of the US-occupation time. The US-military controls the airspace over Tokyo and decides on approach ways for the City Airport Haneda and partly even for the Airport Narita (Chiba-ken). The US-dictation of Japan is based on the so- called "Yokota Rapcon" (Radar Approach Control System); it regulates the airspace claimed by the USA for the US-military base Yokota (Yokota Air Base). The old Obama administration has "allowed" Japan three approach ways to the Airport Haneda, which lead through "US- American" airspace, shortly before the end of their term of office. America gave its permission in view of the Olympic Games 2020 in Tokyo. The Haneda Airport can now increase its capacity by almost 10% to 447,000 flights per year; besides, Airlines can also save aviation fuel amounting to millions of dollars. The US air sovereignty over Tokyo leads to the fact that, notably in certain weather conditions, airplanes often have to make detours. The "artificial" shortage of the airspace over Tokyo shall have already led to a near miss of two commercial aircrafts! In the past, the US-air sovereignty reached up to a few miles to the runway of Haneda. This was the reason that aircrafts, which took off to the west, had to turn off immediately. It is strange that the LDP-Government of Prime Minister Abe Shinzo is hardly concerned about the airspace sovereignty of Japan's capital! The Abe-Government, on the other hand, makes "big fuss" about the "Northern Territories" (Hoppo Ryodo) off Hokkaido, controlled by Russia, or the island of Takeshima, which is under the control of South Korea. Even the former Tokyo Governor Ishihara Shintaro couldn't push through his views about the US-airspace sovereignty despite making great efforts. The US-control over Tokyo's airspace shows that Japan has "no full sovereignty" and is patronized by the USA, say certain circles in Japan. Despite the three approach ways for "Tokyo 2020", commercial aircrafts are only allowed to fly through the "US- airspace"; the US don't think of granting Japan "full sovereignty" over her airspace! Das US-Militaer kontrolliert den Luftraum ueber Tokyo und entscheidet ueber Anflugrouten fuer den Stadt-Flughafen Haneda und teilweise sogar fuer den Flughafen Narita (Chiba-ken). Amerika gab die Erlaubnis dazu im Hinblick auf die Olympischen Spiele 2020 in Tokyo. Haneda Airport kann damit seine Kapazitaet um beinahe 10% auf 447,000 Anfluege pro Jahr steigern; die Airlines koennen zudem Flugbenzin in Millionen-Hoehe einsparen. Die US-Luft-Hoheit ueber Tokyo fuehrt dazu, dass besonders bei gewissen Wetterlagen, Flugzeuge oft Umwege machen muessen. Die "kuenstliche" Verknappung des Luftraums ueber Tokyo soll schon zu einem Beinahe-Zusammenstoss von zwei Verkehrsflugzeugen gefuehrt haben! Frueher reichte die US-Luft-Hoheit bis auf wenige Meilen an die Landebahn von Haneda. Dies war der Grund, dass Flugzeuge, welche nach Westen starteten, sofort stark abdrehen mussten. Es ist merkwuerdig, dass sich die LDP-Regierung von Premier Abe Shinzo kaum um die Luftraum-Hoheit fuer Japan's Hauptstadt bemueht! "Viel Laerm" macht die Abe-Regierung dagegen um die "Northern Territories" (Hoppo Ryodo) vor Hokkaido, welche von Russland kontrolliert werden oder die Insel Takeshima, welche in der Gewalt von Suedkorea ist. This "changeover" is comparable to the "Amakudari" in Japan. "Transparency International" is a nonprofit Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Berlin, which fights corruption worldwide. The study shows that almost every third EU-parliamentarian and more than half of the ex-EU-Commissioners work now for organizations registered in the "EU- Lobby Register". For the study, the careers of 485 former EU- parliamentarians and 27 former EU-Commission members were investigated. According to Transparency International, the standards for a transfer into "lobbyism" for such people are inadequate; conflicts of interests are likely. After its EU-activities, such persons often take on a task in lobby organizations or in the private sector; the transfer from the ex-EU-Commission President Barroso to the investment bank Goldman Sachs, led to great sensation and criticism. Jean-Claude Juncker, EU- Commission President, considers Barroso's "job change" to be "morally problematic", but legally this isn't objectionable. An author of the study said that it was not a question of forbidding any kind of change, but the rules against the abuse of the influence of former EU- Commissioners were too weak. According to the Transparency, the "cooling-off period" for EU-commissioners should be extended to three years. According to Transparency, an independent authority should monitor possible conflicts of interests in the long-term in that sector. Tages-Anzeiger print refers to the US-company "Google" regarding to lobbying; it has called on EU-Commissioners or their consultants 124 times in the past two years. For Google, the matter is about steering the law-giving process and taking influence at ongoing competition procedures. In Brussels, around 15,000 lobbyists are said to work in the fields of the EU-institutions. The German surpluses with other countries have long been criticized. Germany enriches itself at the expense of other countries, say critics. The new US-President has already stated that he doesn't want to accept such imbalances to the detriment of the USA in the long run! According to the "Ifo Institute", the USA is with a minus of 478 billion US-Dollars in 2016, still the country with the world's highest current account deficit. The German surplus of 8.6% of the economic output (GDP) is well above the defined EU-limit of 6%. The economic advisor to the US-President Trump accused the Germans of using the low Euro rate to take trade advantage at the expense of the USA and the European partners. Thanks to a weak Euro, Germany has accumulated a huge export surplus of 270 billion Euros; many economists, the IMF or the OECD criticize that. The criticism is that Germany invests too little in its own country; the Germans should build better roads or improve the education etc. That would help the weakening Euro-Zone as a whole. The US-criticism of Germany is partly correct, according to Marcel Fratzscher, President of the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW). That was the statement of the DIW President in an interview on the Swiss Radio (SRF) on February 1, 2016. If the USA should officially declare Germany as a "currency manipulator", then the USA felt justified to impose trade barriers against Germany; for example higher customs duties on goods from Germany. That could lead quickly to a world-wide trade conflict. Deutschland hat den Ueberschuss im Warenhandel- und Kapitalverkehr mit dem Ausland auf einen neuen Rekord von 297 Mrd. Der neue US-Praesident hat bereits erklaeren lassen, dass er solche Ungleich-Gewichte zum Nachteil der USA nicht auf Dauer akzeptieren will! Laut dem "Ifo-Institut" sind die USA mit einem Minus von 478 Mrd. US-Dollar im 2016, weiterhin das Land mit dem weltweit hoechsten Leistungs-Bilanz-Defizit. Der deutsche Ueberschuss von 8,6% der Wirtschafts-Leistung liegt weit ueber der definierten Grenze der EU von 6%. Der Wirtschafts-Berater des US-Praesidenten Trump beschuldigte die Deutschen mit dem niedrigen Euro-Kurs, Handelsvorteile auf Kosten der USA und der europaeischen Partner zu nutzen. Dank schwachem Euro hat Deutschland einen riesigen Export- Ueberschuss von 270 Mrd. Euro angehaeuft, viele Oekonomen, der IWF oder die OECD kritisieren dies. Die Kritik lautet, dass Deutschland zu wenig im eigenen Land investiert; die Deutschen sollten zum Beispiel bessere Strassen bauen oder die Bildung verbessern. Dies wuerde der schwaechelnden Euro-Zone insgesamt nuetzen. Laut Marcel Fratzscher, Praesident des Deutschen Instituts fuer Wirtschaftsforschung (DIW) stimme die US-amerikanische Kritik an Deutschland teilweise. Dies sagte der DIW-Praesident in einem Interview im Schweizer Radio (SRF) vom 01.02.2017. Sollten die USA Deutschland offiziell zum "Waehrungs- Manipulator" erklaeren, dann waeren seitens der USA Handels-Barrieren gegenueber Deutschland gerechtfertigt; zum Beispiel hoehere Einfuhrzoelle fuer Waren aus Deutschland. The statue was several hundred years at the Japanese temple in Tsushima before it was stolen in 2012 and brought to South Korea. Now, a South Korean district in Daejon ruled that the Japanese Buddha statue couldn't be returned to Japan. The Japanese Government urges South Korea through various diplomatic channels to return the statue as soon as possible. The South Korean court decision was called as "very regrettable". Besides, statues placed in front of Japan's embassy in Seoul and outside the Japanese consulate in Busan complicate the dispute with South Korea further.
