(Wed. 13.07.2016 Smi) 強大な日本の原発ロビーに抵抗する日本国民に漸く朗報がもたらされた。先週 日曜日の鹿児島県知事選挙で、元ジャーナリストで無所属の三反園訓候補が当 選した。現職の伊藤祐一郎候補は民意を無視して川内原発の再稼働を許可した 結果今回当選できなかった、と別のオンライン・メディアも報じた。新たに選 出された三反園訓氏は「非核社会」を目指し、川内原発の原子炉2基を廃炉に すると公約した。鹿児島県の川内原発は現在日本で稼働している唯一の原発。 原発に批判的な三反園氏が当選したお蔭で、今川内原発の長期間停止の望みが 出て来た。年末に向けて原子炉の検査をする必要がある。その際知事が新しい 安全基準(例えば、避難計画、地震の断層等)の計画を主張して、再稼働を無期 限に停止させる事が出来る。隣の熊本県の大地震は、九州の住民の不安を強め ているが、規制委員会は原子炉の停止は必要ないと判断した。九州電力の株式 はこの選挙後7%以上値を下げた。大津地方裁判所は既に2回も高浜原発(福井県) 2基の原子炉再稼働を安全性の問題から運転禁止を命じた。同裁判所はこの判 断によって地元住民の訴訟を支持した。この事は日本に在る42基の原子炉の少 なくとも32基を再稼働させようとしている安倍政権の計画に更なる打撃となる ！これは福島原発事故の5年後、安倍晋三首相のエネルギー政策に対して如何 に現地の抵抗が大きいかを示している。[WSNH: 日本の公共放送NHKテレビは主 なニュースで、鹿児島県知事選の結果を全く報じていない!] http://toyokeizai.net/articles/-/127199 (出典：2016年7月13日付 nzz.ch & Online-Media) At last there is "good news" for the worried citizens in Japan, which are resisting the mighty Japanese "nuclear lobby". Last Sunday, in the Prefecture of Kagoshima the independent candidate Mitazono Satoshi, an ex-journalist was elected as new governor. He defeated the current incumbent Mr. Ito Yuichiro. Ito-san "ignored" the will of the citizens allowing the "re-start" of the nuclear power plant (NPP) "Sendai" and now he was deselected, reported another online news source. The newly elected Mitazono Satoshi stands up for "a nuclear-free society" and he promised to bring the two reactors of the "Sendai NPP" to a halt. The "Nuclear Power Plant Sendai" in Kagoshima-ken is currently the only active nuclear power plant (NPP) in Japan. Thanks to the election of the nuclear critical Mitazono-san, there is now hope for a long- lasting shutdown of the "Sendai NPP". Towards the end of the year, there have to be inspections of the nuclear reactors. If the governor makes then new safety reservations (such as about evacuation plans, earthquake faults etc.) the renewed re-start of the nuclear power plant can be possibly block indefinitely. The severe earthquake in the neighboring prefecture of Kumamoto has increased the nuclear power plant-fears of the citizens in Kyushu; Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA) considered a shutdown of the "nuclear reactors" as not necessary. The stock of the "Kyushu Electric" company lost one the day after the election more than 7% of its value. A district court in Otsu (Shiga-ken) has decided already for the second time, to prohibit the operation of two nuclear reactors at the Nuclear Power Plant "Takahama" (Fukui-ken) for safety concerns. The Court has sustained the lawsuit of local citizens with its verdict. This is another blow against the plans of the "Abe regime" to re-start at least 32 of the total 42 nuclear reactors in Japan! That shows how much the energy policy of Premier Abe Shinzo encounters restistance on site, five years after the disaster in Fukushima. [WSNH: Japan's NHK TV has barely reported about the result of the Governor's election in Kagoshima-ken!] Endlich gibt es wieder "gute Nachrichten" fuer die besorgten Buerger in Japan, welche sich gegen die maechtige japanische "AKW-Lobby" wehren. Am letzten Sonntag wurde in der Praefektur Kagoshima der unabhaengige Kandidat Mitazono Satoshi, ein ex-Journalist zum neuen Gouverneur gewaehlt. Er besiegte den bisherigen Amtsinhaber Ito Yuichiro. Ito-san "missachtete" den Willen der Buerger und erlaubte den "Re-Start" des AKWs "Sendai" und jetzt wurde er abgewaehlt, berichtete ein anderes Online-Medium. Der neugewaehlte Mitazono Satoshi ist fuer "eine nuklear-freie Gesellschaft" und er versprach die zwei Reaktoren im "AKW-Sendai" zum Stillstand zu bringen. Das "AKW-Sendai" in Kagoshima-ken ist derzeit das einzige aktive Atom- Kraftwerk in Japan. Dank der Wahl des AKW-kritischen Mitazono-san besteht jetzt Hoffnung auf eine lang andauernde Abschaltung des "Sendai" AKWs. Gegen Ende Jahr muessen Inspektionen der AKW-Reaktoren gemacht werden. Falls der Gouverneur dabei neue Sicherheits-Vorbehalte (z.B. Evakuierungs-Plaene, Erdbeben-Verwerfung etc.) geltend macht, kann die nochmalige Inbetriebnahme wohl unbefristet blockiert werden. Die schweren Erdbeben in der Nachbar-Praefektur Kumamoto haben die (AKW-) Aengste der Buerger in Kyushu noch verstaerkt; die Aufsichtsbehoerde hielt eine Abschaltung der "AKW-Reaktoren" nicht fuer noetig. Die Aktie von "Kyushu Electric" verlor am Tag nach der Wahl ueber 7% an Wert. Ein Bezirksgericht in Otsu (Shiga-ken) hat bereits zum zweiten Mal entschieden, den Betrieb von zwei AKW- Reaktoren im "AKW-Takahama" (Fukui-ken) wegen Sicherheits-Bedenken zu verbieten. Das Gericht gab damit den Klagen von lokalen Buergern Recht. Dies sei ein weiterer Schlag gegen die Plaene des "Abe-Regime" mindestens 32 von 42 AKW-Reaktoren in Japan wieder anzuschalten! Dies zeigt wie sehr die Energie-Politik von Premier Abe Shinzo vor Ort auf Widerstand stoesst, fuenf Jahre nach der Katastrophe in Fukushima. (Mon. 11.07.2016 Smi) 日本では参議院選挙改選が「テレビの主題にならない」と新聞記事の見出しに 書かれた。日本のテレビ局(NHK等)は選挙戦を可なり付随的な事柄の様に扱い、 視聴者の関心は薄いと報じた。投票日(2016年7月10)はNHK自ら主要ニュースで 投票日の投票を呼び掛けず、今日は「納豆の日」と言った！日本の野党は、安 倍晋三が選挙間際の通常のテレビ討論を避けた事に抗議した。日刊紙の東京新 聞は安倍晋三首相が報道機関への圧力を行使して「エーテル(電波)」を支配し ていると主張さえした。更にテレビ局は他の政治番組でも野党に関する報道と 特に憲法改正についても話題にすることを避けたと報じられた。これは安倍晋 三の最重要の個人的関心事と見做されているのだが、日本国民は強く反対して いる。安倍総理の異論の多い全ての争点は選挙運動では語られなかった。安倍 の日本経済復活政策アベノミクスは殆どの専門家の意見では「失敗」している が、安倍氏は更に一段上に進める約束をした。日本国民への贈物として消費税 引き上げは延期された。安倍晋三は選挙前は「年金スキャンダル」に触れよう とせず、2016年3月末の会計年度の国民年金基金運用成績は異例に遅く、全く 偶然では無い選挙終了後の7月末になってはじめて発表される、とスイスの高 級紙NZZ紙は書いた。最早秘密では無くなっている年金基金の損失は5兆円以上 に膨らんでいる！！安倍首相は、沖縄・北方担当大臣島尻安伊子が議席を失い 沖縄で大敗北を喫した。自民党の法務大臣も又議席を失った！しかし自民党の 安倍は選挙で信任を得たと考えている。(出典：2016年7月10日&11日付南ドイ ツ紙オンライン版&ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) "Elections are no issue at the TV", that was the headline to the newspaper article about the partial elections to the Upper House (Sangiin) in Japan. Japan's television stations (e.g. NHK) treated the election campaign rather as a negligibility; it was reported that the audience interest was low. On election day (July 10, 2016) "NHK" itself reported on the main news, today is "Natto no Hi" (Day of Natto) without referring to the election day and the casting of votes! Japan's opposition complained that Abe Shinzo did refuse them the normal TV discussion (TV-Debate) ahead of the elections. The newspaper "Tokyo Shimbun", an independent daily Japanese newspaper even claimed that Premier Abe Shinzo was putting pressure on the media, and that he controled the "ether" (TV & Radio). Besides, it was reported that television stations avoided to talk about the subjects of the opposition also in their other political programs, especially about the constitutional amendment. The constitution is regarded as the most important personal concern of Abe Shinzo, about that, there is however a great resistance in the Japanese population. All controversial issues were not addressed by Premier Abe during the election campaign. "Abenomics", Abe's program for the rehabilitation of the Japanese economy, which has "failed" in the opinion of most experts, Abe-san promised to "turn it up one level higher". As a "gift" to the Japanese, he has postponed the increase of the value-added tax (VAT) again. Abe-san wanted no (more) "pension scandal" before the elections, therefore, the result (accounts) of Japan's state pension system funds (GPIF) for the fiscal year ending by March 2016, will be published unusually late and not entirely by chance only the end of July and thus after the elections, wrote the well-known Swiss newspaper NZZ. It is no longer a secret that the "Fund" has suffered a loss of more than 5 trillion Yen! The LDP of Premier Abe suffered however in Okinawa a significant setback; Shimajiri Aiko, Minister for Okinawa lost her parliamentary seat. The LDP-Justice Minister was also deselected! Juli 2016) selber berichtete "NHK" in den Haupt-Nachrichten, heute sei "Natto no Hi" (Tag des Natto) ohne auf den Wahltag und die Stimmabgabe hinzuweisen! Japan's Opposition klagte, Abe Shinzo habe ihr die uebliche TV-Diskussion (TV-Debate) kurz vor den Wahlen verweigert. Die unabhaengige japanische Tageszeitung "Tokyo Shimbun" behauptete sogar, Premier Abe Shinzo uebe Druck auf die Medien aus und er beherrsche den "Aether" (TV & Radio). Zudem wurde berichtet die TV-Stationen vermieden es ueber die Themen der Opposition, auch in ihren uebrigen politischen Programmen zu sprechen, insbesondere ueber die Verfassungs-Aenderung. Sie gilt als das wichtigste persoenliche Anliegen von Abe Shinzo, dazu gibt es jedoch in der japanischen Bevoelkerung einen grossen Widerstand. Alle umstrittenen Themen wurden von Premier Abe im Wahlkampf nicht angesprochen. "Abenomics", Abe's Programm zur Sanierung der japanischen Wirtschaft, welches nach Meinung der meisten Experten "gescheitert" ist, versprach Abe-san "eine Stufe hoeher zuschalten". Als "Geschenk" an die Japaner hat er die Erhoehung der Mehrwert- Steuer (VAT) erneut verschoben. Abe Shinzo wollte vor der Wahl keinen "Pensions-Skandal", deshalb wird das Result des staatlichen Pensions- Anlage-Fonds fuer das Geschaeftsjahr per Ende Maerz 2016, ungewoehnlich spaet und nicht ganz zufaellig erst Ende Juli und somit nach der Wahl veroeffentlicht, schreibt die angesehene Schweizer Zeitung NZZ. Es sei schon kein Geheimnis mehr, dass der "Fonds" einen Verlust von mehr als 5 Bio. Yen erlitten habe!! Die LDP von Premier Abe erlitt jedoch in Okinawa eine deutliche Abfuhr; Shimajiri Aiko, Minister fuer Okinawa verloren ihren Parlaments-Sitz. Der LDP-Justiz- Minister wurde ebenfalls abgewaehlt! LDP-Abe erachtet den Wahlsieg jedoch als Zustimmung fuer seine Politik. ZH: 47. Internationale Physik-Olympiade; Eid auf Fairplay. (Sun. 10.07.2016 Smi) 第47回国際物理オリンピックが2016年11日から17日までツューリッヒ大学で開 催された。84か国から400名の才能のある若者たちが参加した。この催しの目 的は19歳までの若い才能を促し、物理科学を鼓舞する事。400名の参加者の6% が女子。オリンピック開始に際して、スイスの高校生カロリン・ロシエが参加 者を代表して「フェアプレイの宣誓」を宣言した。同じ課題で二つの試験日が 午前と午後に有ったので、不正行為の危険性があった。その為全参加者は先ず 携帯電話、コンピュータ、その他の電子機器を提出しなければならなかった。 中国や韓国の参加者は通常このオリンピックの為に1〜2年訓練する。合計10時 間の間、青年たちは三つの理論と二つの実践的な課題を解決しなければならな い。最大6頁にもなる複雑な問題文がある。ツューリッヒの物理オリンピック は10個から20個の金メダルが授与される。オリンピックの他に、有名な「パウ ル・シェレー研究所」とジュネーヴのCERNの訪問その他の小旅行が計画されて いる。日本からはNPO法人日本物理オリンピック委員会から5名の学生が参加し た。http://www.jpho.jp/ (出典：2016年7月10日&11日付ターゲス・アンツァ イガー紙オンライン版&NZZ紙オンライン版) The 47th International Physics Olympiad is taking place from July 11 to July 17, 2016 at Zurich University. 400 talented young people from 84 countries are taking part. The purpose of the event is to promote young talents up to the age of 19 years and to inspire them for science. 6% are women out of the 400 participants. At the start of the Olympics, the Swiss female student Caroline Rossier representative for all participants solemnly swore the "Olympic oath on fair play". There is a risk of cheating, because on two exam days, each on mornings and in the afternoons, the same examination problems are presented. At the outset, all participants have to hand over their mobile phones, computers and other electronic devices. Participants from China or South Korea practicing in general during 1 to 2 years for the Olympics. During a total 10 hours the youth have to solve three theoretical and two practical physics tasks. There are complex problem statements, which can be up to six pages long. At the Physics Olympiad in Zurich 10 to 20 gold medals will be awarded. Teilnehmer aus China oder Suedkorea ueben in der Regel 1 bis 2 Jahre lang auf diese Olympiade hin. Waehrend insgesamt 10 Stunden muessen die Jugendlichen drei theoretische und zwei praktische Physik-Aufgaben loesen. Es gibt komplexe Problem-Stellungen, welche bis zu sechs Seiten lang sein koennen. An der Physik-Olympiade in Zuerich werden 10 bis 20 Gold- Medaillen vergeben. Neben der Olympiade gibt es ein Rahmen-Programm mit Besuchen beim bekannten "Paul-Scherrer-Institut" und dem CERN in Geneve und weiteren Ausfluegen. His "personal barber" has a 5-years contract, which was signed in 2012; the hairdresser was obliged to remain silent about his job and the details of the contract. The family-owned "Tanaka" was established in 1885 and is a leading company in the field of precious metals products; it has a workforce of 3,500 employees.
