The 72-years-old Mr. Alexander Van der Bellen (Green Party) won the run-off on May 22, 2016 against the 45-years-old Mr. Norbert Hofer (FPOE) extremely narrow with 50.3% or a lead of just 30,863 votes. Many citizens in Austria wanted to avoid a victory of the FPOE candidate Hofer and therefore voted for Van der Bellen, as the media reported. Only after the counting of the postal ballots, the narrow victory of Alexander Van der Bellen was confirmed. Illegalities and irregularities shall have happened regarding to the postal ballots. The party "FPOE" has handed over a 152-pages statement of claim to the Constitutional Court in Vienna. The documents focus mainly on the following points: 1) The Interior Ministry published a turnout of voters of about 147% in one municipality! 2) In another municipality, six teenagers could participate in the vote, although they hadn't yet reached the legal election age of 16 years. 3) Counting of the postal ballots had been started in most of the election districts before the arrival of the members of the official Election Commission. Particularly, valid and invalid votes were sorted without official supervision. Sometimes electoral registers were not up-to-date. The plaintiff FPOE isn't annoyed about some "sloppy errors", but it is the democracy, which is at stake. According to the SRF-journalist, a review of the invalid declared votes is very likely to be ordered. It is also possible that there will be election-reruns in some districts. [WSNH: In Japan, the "Civil Society" often assumes that there had been manipulations in favor of "LDP-candidates" during the counting of the ballot papers.] Bei der Wahl des Bundes-Praesidenten in Oesterreich spricht die Partei des unterlegenen Kandidaten Norbert Hofer von systematischer Manipulation; die Partei "FPOE" hat deshalb eine Klage (Wahl- Anfechtung) beim Verfassungsgericht eingereicht. Der 72-jaehrige Alexander Van der Bellen (Gruene Partei) gewann die Stichwahl vom 22. Mai 2016 gegen den 45-jaehrigen Norbert Hofer (FPOE) extrem knapp mit 50,3% oder einem Vorsprung von 30'863 Stimmen. Viele Buerger in Oesterreich wollten eine Wahl des FPOE-Kandidaten Hofer verhindern und stimmten deshalb fuer Van der Bellen, wie die Medien berichteten. Erst nach der Auszaehlung der Brief-Wahlstimmen stand der knappe Sieg von Alexander Van der Bellen fest; bei den Brief-Wahlstimmen (Wahlkarten) soll es zu Gesetzes-Widrigkeiten und Unregelmaessigkeiten gekommen sein. Die Partei "FPOE" hat eine 152- seitige Anfechtungs-Schrift beim Verfassungs-Gerichtshof in Wien eingereicht. Es geht dabei hauptsaechlich um folgende Punkte: 1) In einer Gemeinde wies das Innen-Ministerium eine Wahl-Beteiligung von ca. 147% aus! 2) In einer anderen Gemeinde konnten sechs Jugendliche an der Abstimmung teilnehmen, obwohl sie das gesetzliche Wahl-Alter von 16 Jahren noch nicht erreicht hatten. 3) Mit der Zaehlung der Briefwahl-Stimmen sei in den meisten Wahl-Bezirken bereits vor Ankunft der Mitglieder der offiziellen Wahl-Kommission gestartet worden. Insbesondere seien gueltige und ungueltige Stimmen ohne offizielle Aufsicht vorsortiert worden. Vereinzelt fehlten aktuelle Waehler-Verzeichnisse. Laut der klagenden Partei FPOE geht es nicht um einige "Schlamperei-Fehler", sondern die Demokratie stehe auf dem Spiel. Laut Einschaetzung des SRF-Journalisten wird es sicher eine Nachpruefung der fuer ungueltig erklaerten Stimmen geben. Es ist ebenfalls denkbar, dass es zu Wahl-Wiederholungen kommt in einzelnen Bezirken. Immer mehr Buerger gegen US-Stuetzpunkte in Okinawa. 日本では対米批判が強まっている。沖縄の米軍基地に反対する市民に支持が広 まっているのだ。懐柔的なオバマ大統領の広島訪問でも変わっていない。20歳 の日本女性が沖縄米軍の軍属に強姦・殺害された事件は、住民に怒りと抗議行 動をさせた。同軍属は既に殺害を自白している。この残虐な事件は、1995年に 起きた米軍関係者3人に依る12歳の少女の強姦を思い起こさせた！数日前にも 又もや米軍に依る事件が起きた。女性の米海兵隊員が酒酔い運転で事故を起こ し、２人の日本人に怪我をさせた！現在沖縄米軍基地の18,600人の米海兵隊員 の家族にも完全なアルコールと外出禁止令が出された。米軍がこれまで行った 懲戒処分は明らかに効果が無かったようだ。米国に対する安倍政権からの公式 な批判は日本国民を慰撫する為のもの！殺人事件の後、多くの住民と翁長雄志 知事、沖縄議会は米軍撤退を要求している。県議会選挙後、米軍の辺野古移設 反対派が48議席中過半数の27議席を獲得した。沖縄県は、日米地位協定の見直 しを要求している。これは日本の司法権に関する事柄。[WSNH: ロサンゼルス 沖縄平和ネットワークは1972年以来、約4,700件の米軍の犯罪を記録している。] (出典：2016年6月6日付nzz紙オンライン版) There is increasing US-criticism in Japan. The citizens, which are against US-military bases in Okinawa get more and more support. The (alleged) "conciliatory" visit by President Obama to Hiroshima doesn't change anything about it. The rape and murder of a 20-years old Japanese woman by a civilian employee of the US-forces in Okinawa has led to angry protests and outrage in the population. The US-national has already confessed to the murder. The cruel incident aroused in Japan memories of 1995, when three US-military members raped a 12- years-old girl! A few days ago there was again an incident with the US-military. A (female) US-sailor drove drunk by car and caused an accident, in which two Japanese were injured! Now, a complete ban on drinking alcohol and a ban on off-base activities were imposed on all 18,600 navy members of the US-forces in Okinawa. The so far taken disciplinary measures against the US-military personnel were apparently without effect. The (alibi-kind) of "public" accusations of the Abe-Government to the United States are aimed to "calm" the Japanese public! After the murder, many residents, the Governor Onaga Takeshi and the Regional Assembly in Okinawa call for a shift of the US-military bases out of Okinawa! After the election to the regional parliament, the critics of an US-base relocation to Henoko own now a majority of 27 of the total of 48 seats. The Government in Okinawa requires that the bilateral treaties, which rule the presence of the US-forces in Japan must be changed. It goes about the rights of the Japanese Justice. Die Buerger, welche gegen US-Militaer- Stuetzpunkte in Okinawa sind, erhalten immer mehr Unterstuetzung. Der (angeblich) "versoehnliche" Besuch von Praesident Obama in Hiroshima aendert daran nichts. Die Vergewaltigung und Ermordung einer 20- jaehrigen japanischen Frau durch einen Zivil-Angestellten der US- Streitkraefte in Okinawa hat zu wuetenden Protesten und Empoerung bei der Bevoelkerung gefuehrt. Der US-Angehoerige hat den Mord bereits gestanden. Der grausame Vorfall weckt in Japan Erinnerungen an das Jahr 1995, als drei US-Militaer-Angehoerige ein 12-jaehriges Maedchen vergewaltigten! Vor wenigen Tagen gab es schon wieder einen Zwischenfall mit dem US-Militaer. Eine US-Matrosin fuhr betrunken mit dem Auto und verursachte einen Unfall bei dem zwei Japaner verletzt wurden! Jetzt wurde fuer die 18,600 Marine-Angehoerigen der US- Streitkraefte in Okinawa ein vollstaendiges Alkohol- und Ausgeh- Verbot erlassen. Die bisher ergriffenen Disziplinar-Massnahmen des US- Militaers waren offenbar ohne Wirkung. Die "oeffentlichen" Vorwuerfe der Abe-Regierung an die USA sollen die japanische Oeffentlichkeit "beruhigen"! Viele Einwohner, der Gouverneur Onaga Takeshi und die Regional-Versammlung in Okinawa fordern nach dem Mordfall eine Verlagerung der US-Militaer-Basen aus Okinawa! Nach der Wahl in das regionale Parlament besitzen die Kritiker einer Verlegung der US-Basis nach Henoko mit 27 von total 48 Sitzen die Mehrheit. Die Regierung in Okinawa verlangt, dass die bilateralen Vertraege, welche die Anwesenheit der US-Streitkraefte in Japan regeln, geaendert werden. Es geht dabei um die Rechte der japanischen Justiz. According to the report, the Pentagon runs a command and control system on an IBM-computer series 1; that computer is originated from the year 1976. As per a Pentagon- spokeswoman, the system is in operation because it is still working. The floppy drives however will be exchanged until the end of 2017; the modernization goes on as planned. Referred to the "GAO-report", the US-Department of Defense intends to exchange the system completely by the end of 2020. It is reported that also the US-Department of Finance uses totally obsolete systems too. The auditors criticize in particular the high cost for the maintenance of the over-aged technology. It would be better to invest in modern systems. Die Atom-Streitkraefte in den USA benuetzen teilweise noch vollstaendig veraltete Computer und Floppy-Laufwerke (Floppy-Disks); dies kritisierte der US-Rechnungshof (GAO) in einem kuerzlich veroeffentlichten Bericht. Gemaess dem Bericht laeuft ein Kommando- und Kontroll-System im Pentagon auf einem IBM-Computer der Serie 1; dieser Computer stammt aus dem Jahr 1976. Laut einer Sprecherin des Pentagon bleibe das System in Betrieb, weil es immer noch funktioniere. Die Floppy-Laufwerke wuerden jedoch bis Ende 2017 ausgetauscht; die Modernisierung gehe wie geplant weiter. Gemaess dem "GAO-Bericht" plane das US-Verteidigungs-Ministerium das System bis Ende 2020 vollstaendig auszutauschen. Es wird weiter berichtet, dass im US-Finanz-Ministerium ebenfalls noch total veraltete Systeme verwendet wuerden. The US-Spy aircraft had come close to a Swiss Passenger airplane en the route from Tokyo to Zurich; the Swiss plane had to change its flying altitude in order to avoid a collision with the "unknown aircraft" was reported. The air traffic control also had to change the flight path of a KLM Boeing-777 plane en route from Japan to the Netherlands. The new gondola in the so-called Italian "Pininfarina-Design" (Ferrari-Design) shall bring 2,000 guests to the mountain station "Matterhorn glacier paradise" per hour in Winter 2018/19. The Ukrainian song was published already in May 2015 and that is said to be a breach of the Eurovision Song Contest rules! Despite that incident the EBU-jury did not deprive the Ukraine of the victory. The lyrics of the song were politically charged and interpreted as criticism of Russia. It was seen by many as the most politicised edition of the competition. On Facebook fans expressed their anger about the decision of the EBU (European Broadcasting Union).
