Japan's Medien: Abhaengig von der Gunst des Abe-Regime. 日本の報道と報道の自由が増々制限され脅かされている。国境無き記者団の最 新の「世界報道の自由指標」によると、日本は現在やっと61位だが、2010年に は未だ11位だった。この程著名なジャーナリスト国谷弘子氏が新たに安倍政権 の圧力と脅しの犠牲になった。国谷さんは23年間NHKの「クローズアップ現代」 という番組の司会を務め、日本のアンカーウーマンだった。彼女は米国のテッ ド・コッペルの番組「60分」に倣ったと称されていたが、クローズアップ現代 の調査能力(開示)はそれ程ではない。国谷さんは重要な質問を「穏やかで親切」 に投げかけ常に信憑性を保った、と記者は書いている。国谷弘子氏は公共放送 NHKから解任され、NHKは安倍放送局とも言われている。国谷さんはダヴォスの 世界経済フォーラムのゲスト司会者を務めた事もあったが、有能なジャーナリ ストは自身の解任については発言していない。週刊誌「フライデー」は国谷さ んがNHKから解任された理由を報道している。それは昨年菅義偉のインタビュ ーだったが、当の官房長官は「影の総理」とも称されている。その際、国谷さ んはインタビュー最後の質問で、安倍政権が日本国憲法の平和条項の解釈を緩 和した事を質問した。この質問は通常の事前の打ち合わせには無かった。菅さ んは激怒した、と記事に書かれている。無修正で公開される多くの大臣インタ ビューと記者会見は、事前に提出された質問のみ許可される。安倍事務所は攻 撃的な言葉でNHKに謝罪を求めた。民間のテレビ局は日本では安倍政権の意の まま、法律では公平性に欠け政治的に中立でない報道が繰り返される場合、政 府は認可を取り消せる。安倍政権にとって殆ど全ての批判は「不公正」と新聞 は書いている。自民党の高市早苗総務相は国会でも「明らかな脅し」をした。 高い評価を受けているテレビ朝日の古舘伊知郎(報道ステーション)とTBS（ニ ュース23）の岸井成格の二人のアンカーマンも最近降板させられる事に決まっ た。(出典：2016年2月22日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版 ) Japan's Press respectively Media-Freedom is going to be more and more restricted and threatened. According to latest "World Press Freedom Index" of "Reporters Without Borders" Japan is ranked today only just as Number 61; in the year 2010 it was still ranked as No. 11. Now, the respected journalist Kuniya Hiroko is the latest "victim" of "pressure and threats" by the Abe-Regime. Kuniya-san moderated for 23 years the NHK-program "Close-up Gendai" as a Japanese "Anchor-Woman". She called the US-program "Sixty Minutes" by Ted Koppel as her example; "Close-up Gendai" was however less investigative. Kuniya-san posed her critical questions "gently and friendly" and stayed always authentically, wrote the journalist. Now, the public-law based TV-station "NHK" dismissed Kuniya Hiroko; the Japanese station "NHK" is called by the people also as "Abe-Hosokyoku". Kuniya Hiroko was already once guest moderator at the "WEF" in Davos (World Economic Forum); the competent journalist made no comments herself about her displacement. "Friday", a Japanese "Weekly Magazine" reported however about the reasons why Kuniya-san was dismissed by "NHK". The reason is based in an interview with Suga Yoshihide last year; the Cabinet Secretary is also called " Japan's Shadow Prime Minister". Here, Kuniya-san allowed herself to scrutinize in the last interview question the "sloppy handling" of the Peace-Paragraph in Japan's Constitution by the Abe-Regime. That (last) question was however not pre-arranged like all the other ones. Suga-san "was apoplectic with rage" (very furious), is written in the newspaper article. For many interviews and press-conferences of Ministers, which can be watched by the public "uncensored", only in advance submitted questions are allowed. "The Abe-Office" shall have requested in aggressive words an apology by "NHK". (Private) TV- stations are dependent on the favor of the (Abe) Government; according to the law, the Regime can withdraw the concession of a TV- station in case they repeatedly reported "not fair" or not "politically neutral". For the Abe-Regime however almost any criticism is regarded as "unfair", wrote the newspaper. LDP-Minister Takaichi Sanae made a "clear threat" about that matter in Parliament. Two distinguished "Anchor-Men", Furutachi Ichiro of TV Asahi (Hodo Station) and Kishii Shigetada of TBS (News 23) were recently also dismissed. Japan's Presse- bzw. Medien-Freiheit wird immer mehr eingeschraenkt und bedroht. Sie bezeichnete das US-Programm "Sixty Minutes" von Ted Koppel als ihr Vorbild; "Close-up Gendai" war jedoch weniger investigativ (enthuellend). Kuniya-san stellte ihre kritischen Fragen "sanft und freundlich" und blieb immer verbindlich, schreibt der Journalist. Jetzt wurde Kuniya Hiroko vom oeffentlich-rechtlichen TV-Sender "NHK" entlassen; der japanische Sender "NHK" wird auch als "Abe-Hosokyoku" bezeichnet. Das "Abe-Buero" soll darauf in aggressiven Worten eine Entschuldigung von "NHK" gefordert haben. (Private) TV-Sender sind in Japan von der Gunst der (Abe) Regierung abhaengig; laut Gesetz kann das Regime ihnen die Lizenz wegnehmen, falls sie wiederholt "nicht fair" oder "politisch nicht neutral" berichten. Fuer das Abe-Regime gilt fast jede Kritik als "unfair", schreibt die Zeitung. LDP-Minister Takaichi Sanae machte dazu im Parlament eine "deutliche Drohung". The worldwide arms trade grows strongly; particularly in the Middle East and in Asia there is a massive build-up of arms. With a market share of 33% in exports in the global arms-business, the USA is still clearly on the top as number 1. Among the TOP 10 follows Russia with a share of 25% (2) and China/PRC with 5.9% (3). France is ranked as No. 4 with 5.6% and Germany with 4.7% is ranked as No. 5. Then are following as No. 6 the United Kingdom (UK) with 4.5%; Spain, Italy, Ukraine and the Netherlands are on the other ranks under the TOP 10. With regard to the arms imports, India is worldwide the No. 1 before Saudi-Arabia as No. 2. According to the Director of SIPRI, the number of wars and war victims has declined up to the year 2010; since then it is however increasing significantly, said SIPRI. The growing arms deals are said to show a worldwide loss of trust between Governments, said SIPRI. In the arms- business counts only the free market economy and not ethics (morale); arms are therefore also supplied to governments, which violate human rights or like Saudi-Arabia are even involved in a war in Yemen. The European (EU)-Parliament has criticized Great Britain (UK) sharply because of the UK-arms sales to Saudi-Arabia, which amounted to 3 billion pounds last year, according to a report by the newspaper "The Guardian". Die wachsenden Waffen-Kaeufe zeigten einen weltweiten Vertrauens-Verlust zwischen Regierungen, sagte SIPRI. Beim Waffen-Geschaeft zaehlt die Markt- Wirtschaft und nicht die Moral; Waffen werden deshalb auch an Regierungen geliefert, welche die Menschenrechte verletzen oder wie Saudi-Arabien im Jemen sogar in einen Krieg verwickelt sind. US-Steuer-Oasen verweigern OECD-Transparenz. According to the independent country-report by the organization "Tax Justice Network", the USA is ranked already as No. 3 of the biggest tax havens. The USA combated other countries (e.g. Switzerland etc.) for years because of anonymous bank accounts or the banking customer secrecy; with respect to the tax morals, the USA itself is "absolutely hypocritical". According to "insiders" 95% of the money in US-tax havens are nontax-paid (black money)! As from January 2016, new stricter OECD-rules for the international exchange of bank customers data are valid. The USA however refuses to adopt these OECD-Standards. In the USA, foreigners establish almost 2 Mio. "anonymous companies" per year; the actual identity of the beneficial owner will however never ever be controlled. Such "letterbox companies" (offshore company) are a core business of US-tax havens in the US-States of Delaware, Pennsylvania; those Federal States have never ever be punished for complicity in the hiding of tax evasion- and criminal money!! More US-States such as Nevada, South Dakota and Wyoming use so-called "Trusts"-vehicles in order to bypass the OECD-Standards. In the US-Congress the "Bank- Lobby" blocks the adoption of the OECD-rules for the information- exchange. The USA are opposed to the OECD-agreement like exotic (offshore) financial centers such as Bahrain or Vanuatu. Because of the implementation of the OECD-Standards "honest" countries (e.g. Switzerland) lose customers; capital flows (without control) into the US-offshore tax havens. US-Obama had once the goal to make the United States a "clean" financial center; that goal was however apparently not implemented so far. The risk that the USA is a "huge loop hole" for tax evasion people and criminal organizations has increased. According to the "Tax Justice Network" the USA manages today a fifth of the global offshore-funds. The US-Senator Carl Levin said already a long time that the biggest part of the several million US-letterbox companies serve as "run through" vehicles for the organized crime, for the money-laundering, the securities fraud, the tax evasion and other crimes!!! Laut dem unabhaengigen Laender-Bericht der Organisation "Tax Justice Network" liegt die USA bereits auf Rang 3 der groessten Steuer-Oasen. Jahrelang bekaempfte die USA andere Laender (z.B. Schweiz etc.) wegen anonymer Bank-Konten oder des Bankgeheimnis; in Bezug auf die Steuer-Moral ist die USA selber "absolut scheinheilig". Laut Angaben von "Insider" sind 95% der Gelder in den US-Steuer-Oasen unversteuert! Ab Januar 2016 gelten neue, strengere OECD-Regeln zum internationalen Austausch von Bank-Kundendaten. Die USA weigert sich jedoch diese OECD-Standards zu uebernehmen. In den USA gruenden Auslaender pro Jahr fast 2 Mio. "anonyme Gesellschaften", ohne dass die tatsaechliche Identitaet der Nutzniesser je kontrolliert wird. Solche "Briefkasten-Firmen" (letterbox companies) sind ein Kerngeschaeft von US-Steuer-Oasen in den US-Staaten Delaware, Pennsylvania; wegen Beihilfe zum Verstecken von Steuerflucht- und kriminellen Geldern wurden diese US-Bundes- Staaten noch nie bestraft!! Weitere US-Staaten wie Nevada, South Dakota, und Wyoming nutzen so-genannte "Trusts" um die OECD-Standards zu umgehen. Im US-Kongress blockiert die "Banken-Lobby" die Uebernahme der OECD-Regeln zum Informations-Austausch. Die USA stehen mit exotischen (Offshore) Finanz-Plaetzen, wie Bahrain oder Vanuatu dem OECD-Abkommen ablehnend gegenueber. Wegen der Einfuehrung der OECD-Standards verlieren "ehrliche" Laender (u.a. die Schweiz) Kunden; Kapital fliesst (ohne Kontrolle) in die US-Offshore Steuer-Oasen. US- Obama hatte einmal das Ziel die USA zu einem "sauberen" Finanzplatz zu machen; umgesetzt wurde es jedoch scheinbar bisher nicht. Das Risiko, dass die USA ein "riesiges Schlupfloch" fuer Steuer-Fluechtige und kriminelle Organisationen sind, ist gestiegen. Laut dem "Tax Justice Network" verwalten die USA heute einen Fuenftel der weltweiten Offshore-Gelder. Der US-Senator Carl Levin sagte schon lange, dass der groesste Teil der mehreren Millionen US-Briefkasten-Firmen als "Durchlauf" fuer das organisierte Verbrechen, fuer die Geld- Waescherei, den Wertschriften-Betrug, die Steuer-Hinterziehung und andere Verbrechen dienten!!! The works are said to have destroyed an important habitat offshore of a local fishing village.
