In the category "renewable energies" the young enterprise "Designergy SA" located in the commune of San Vittore (Canton of Graubuenden) was awarded with a "Watt d'Or" prize. The 37-years old engineer Daniel Lepori, founder of the young company had an idea (vision) six years ago, which convinced by simplicity. He was annoyed about the, in his view, to high costs for rooftop solar installations and he was convinced to have discovered a market gap in that field. The unique thing about his idea is that you have to say yes to a photovoltaic system on the roof; a roof however is needed always. Based on it the amazing vision to use and develop the "rooftop self" as solar plant was born. He had to go in search of investors first for his project of an all-in-one solar rooftop. Based on a business plan and a prototype of the rooftop elements, he convinced investors and collected several millions of Swiss Francs. The unique thing of his innovative rooftop element TCR (Triactive Core Roof) is that the rooftop self provides the photovoltaic. The rooftop element TCR disposes of three significant functions, such as heat insulation, water tightness and power generation by photovoltaic. That is all integrated and prefabricated in the unit of an all-in-one solar rooftop. The world novelty "Triactive Core Roof (TCR)" convinces not only by its simple and rapid installation, but by its low costs and its attractive design. A robot-based machinery assembles the different layers of the TCR-solar roof. It was very difficult to connect the elements of the solar roof with each other in a waterproofed way, said the founder. The roof can stand great snow loads and according to a test its life- time is 40 years. The pilot project is located on the roof of a nearby industrial building; there 800 square-meters were covered with the Swiss novelty. The generation of electricity shall be profitable autonomously thanks to the intelligent techniques. Mit der "Watt d'Or" Auszeichnung ehrt das Bundesamt fuer Energie (Swiss Federal Office of Energy) jaehrlich Best-Leistungen (Best Energy Projects) in verschiedenen Kategorien im Bereich Energie. In der Kategorie "Erneuerbare Energien" (Renewable Energies) wurde die junge Firma "Designergy SA" mit Sitz in San Vittore (Kanton Graubuenden) mit einem "Watt d'Or Preis" ausgezeichnet. Der 37- jaehrige Ingenieur Daniel Lepori, Gruender des jungen Unternehmens hatte vor sechs Jahren eine Idee (Vision), welche durch ihre Einfachheit ueberzeugte. Er aergerte sich ueber die, seiner Ansicht nach, zu hohen Kosten fuer Dach-Solar-Anlagen und er war ueberzeugt in diesem Bereich eine Marktluecke entdeckt zu haben. Das einzigartige an seiner Idee ist, dass man zu einer Photovoltaik-Anlage auf dem Dach ja sagen muss; ein Dach hingegen braucht es immer. Daraus entstand die erstaunliche Vision, das "Dach selber" als Solar-Anlage zu entwickeln und zu nutzen. Fuer sein Projekt des ganzheitliches (all-in-one) Solar-Dachs (roof integrated photovoltaics) musste er zuerst auf die Suche nach Investoren gehen. Basierend auf einem "Business-Plan" und einem Prototyp der Anlage ueberzeugte er Investoren und sammelte mehrere Millionen Schweizer Franken. Das einzigartige an seinem innovativem Dach-Element TCR (Triactive Core Roof) ist, dass das Dach selber fuer die Photovoltaik sorgt. Das Dach-Element TCR verfuegt ueber drei wesentliche Funktionen, naemlich Waerme-Daemmung, Wasser- Dichtigkeit und Strom-Erzeugung durch Photovoltaik. Dies ist alles integriert und vorgefertigt in der Einheit eines all-in-one Solar- Dachs. Die Welt-Neuheit "Triactive Core Roof (TCR)" ueberzeugt nicht nur durch eine einfache und rasche Installation, sondern durch seine tiefen Kosten und sein attraktives Design. Eine Roboter-basierte Anlage setzt die diversen Schichten des TCR-Solar-Dachs zusammen. Sehr schwierig war es die Elemente des Solar-Dachs wasserdicht mit- einander zu verbinden, sagt der Gruender. Das Dach kann grosse Schnee-Lasten ertragen und gemaess Test betraegt die Lebens-Dauer 40 Jahre. In contrast to the rival Istanbul (Turkey), Tokyo said that already most of the sports facilities (stadium etc.) were built and just needed to be renovated. That was also correct for the National Stadium from Katayama Teruo (Mitsuo), which was built for the Summer Olympics 1964. The "Katayama-stadium" became a monument of the Japanese modern architecture. Shortly after the IOC (International Olympic Committee) had voted to give the Summer Olympics 2020 to Tokyo, the Japanese organizers no longer wanted to know something about their promise of "cheap" games! The "Katayama-stadium" was demolished in a great hurry in order to create accomplished facts. Due to that approach, it would not be possible to reconsider the plan of a renovation of the "Katayama-stadium". The "first" project wanted to implement the plan of Zaha Hadid, a stadium, which was satirized as "megalomaniac" bicycle helmet. That project was accused of violating guidelines and building codes, "raping" the environment and it was criticized as unrealizable. Notable Japanese architects and Tokyo citizens protested against it. Organizers and (LDP-) politicians insisted first on the "incredible" Hadid-project, which had cost with nearly 3 billion Euro much more than intended. In relation to the Olympics it should have surpassed everything so far. The local construction industry, which is closely entangled with the (LDP-) Government was pleased about the billion-expensive Hadid-project, wrote the newspaper. The heavily in debited Japan however can no (more) afford such exaggeration (extravagance). Premier Abe Shinzo even personally stopped the Hadid-project by pointing to the cost burden! After that decision the time was too short for a new project competition and the existing Katayama-stadium was already demolished. Now, two Japanese architects were given the mandate to plan a stadium project in co-operation with construction companies under the condition that the costs shouldn't be higher than 150 billion Yen (ca. 1.13 bn. Euro). In charge of it were the internationally famous Japanese architects Kuma Kengo and Ito Toyo. Both had already built innovative sports facilities using lots of timber. Now, the plan of Kuma Kengo was selected even though the project of Ito Toyo was considered to be more fancy. The plan of Ito Toyo was referred to as structurally innovative, but it could have been the risk of delays. Nobody wanted to take over such a risk anymore. Im Gegensatz zum Mit- Bewerber Istanbul (Tuerkei) seien bereits die meisten Sport-Anlagen (Stadion etc.) gebaut und diese muesse man nur renovieren. Dies traf ebenfalls auf das National-Stadion von Katayama Mitsuo zu, welches fuer die Sommer Olympiade 1964 gebaut wurde. Das "Katayama-Stadion" war zum Denkmal der japanischen Architektur-Moderne geworden. Kaum hatte das IOC (International Olympic Committee) der Stadt Tokyo die Sommer-Olympiade 2020 zu gesprochen, wollten die japanischen Organisatoren nichts mehr vom Versprechen der "billigen" Spiele wissen! Das "Katayama-Stadion" wurde in grosser Eile abgerissen (demoliert) um damit vollendete Tatsachen zu schaffen. Auf den Plan einer Renovation des "Katayama-Stadion" konnte somit spaeter nicht mehr zurueck gegriffen werden. Das "erste" Projekt wollte den Plan von Zaha Hadid umsetzen, ein Stadion, welches als "groessen- wahnsinniger" Fahrrad-Helm verspottet wurde. Dieses Projekt wurde beschuldigt Vorgaben und Bau-Vorschriften zu verletzen, die Umgebung "zu vergewaltigen" und es wurde als unrealisierbar kritisiert. Angesehene japanische Architekten und Tokyo-Bewohner protestierten dagegen. Organisatoren und (LDP-) Politiker beharrten zuerst auf dem "unglaublichen" Hadid-Projekt, welches mit beinahe 3 Mrd. Euro viel mehr gekostet haette. Es sollte in Bezug auf die Olympiade alles bisherige uebertreffen. Ueber das "Milliarden-teure" Hadid-Projekt freute sich die lokale Bau-Industrie, welche mit der (LDP-) Regierung "eng verfilzt" ist, schreibt die Zeitung. Das hoch-verschuldete Japan kann sich eine solche Uebertreibung (Extravaganz) jedoch nicht (mehr) leisten. Premier Abe Shinzo stoppte das Hadid-Projekt deshalb sogar persoenlich mit dem Hinweis auf die Kosten! Nach diesem Entscheid war die Zeit zu kurz fuer einen neuen Projekt-Wettbewerb und das bestehende Katayama-Stadion war schon demoliert. Jetzt wurde zwei japanischen Architekten der Auftrag erteilt in Zusammenarbeit mit Bau- Unternehmen ein Stadion-Projekt zu planen, wobei die Kosten nicht mehr als 150 Mrd. Yen (ca. 1,13 Mrd. Euro) sein durften. Bei diesen handelte es sich um die international bekannten japanischen Architekten Kuma Kengo und Ito Toyo. UK-Cameron unter Druck: NEIN zu EU (Austritt aus EU) moeglich. 「ORBオピニオン」の最新調査によると、英国人の大半がEUからの離脱に同意 している。この調査は英国の反EU派が増えた事を示した。現在43％の有権者が EU離脱に賛成し、36％はEU残留を望み、21％の英国人は決めていない。浮動票 を差し引いた後の54％の英国人はEU離脱（ブレクスィト）に賛成で、前年より 3％増えている。46％はEU残留を望んでいるが、前年より3％減った。実のとこ ろキャメロン首相が英国のEU加盟をEU国民投票で問うのは、党内の反EU派を黙 らせる為だけだった。しかしこの間に、キャメロンは反EU派の強い圧力の下に 置かれ、英国では「EUの闘い」がどう決着するのか未だ誰も分かっていない！ この国民投票でキャメロンは英国の「特別な権利」を認めさせる圧力をEUにか けたかったのだ。そして、国内では「EU改革者」として迎えられ、英国民の大 多数をEU残留に動員しようとした。しかしキャメロンは「誤算」し、ほぼ全て のEUに対する彼の要求を諦めた。欧州に押し寄せる移民の波で既に以前から「 好ましからぬEU」はますます英国人にとって脅威になっている。EUに「根本的 な転換」を求める代わりに、英国の要求は現在社会保障の規定の一部を制限す るのみだが、選挙前彼は有権者に「反移民政策」を約束していた。その為当時 EU離脱を目指していたUKIP党への投票を有権者はためらった。そもそも国民投 票をキャメロンはしたくはなかった、党内のユーロ懐疑派への対策でしかなか ったのだ。党内対策は英国の未来にとって危険な賭けになってしまった！ (出典：2016年1月9日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) According to a recent survey by the "ORB Opinion" research institute a majority of the Britons will vote for an exit of the EU (European Union). The poll showed that the UK-opposition against the EU has increased; presently 43% of the UK-voters are for an EU-exit, 36% want to remain in the EU and 21% of the Britons are still undecided. 54% of the Britons are, after deduction of the undecided voters, for a British EU-exit (Brexit); that is an increase of 3% compared to a year ago. 46% want to remain in the EU, that is 3% less compared to a year ago. Actually, the UK-Premier Cameron just wanted to silence the opponents in his own party with the EU-Referendum on the British EU- membership. In the meantime, Cameron is however under strong pressure from the EU-opponents and nobody knows how the "Battle about Europe" in Great Britain will end! He wanted to put pressure on the EU with his referendum in order to request "Special Rights" for Great Britain. Then, he wanted to be celebrated at home as "EU-reformer" and mobilize the majority of the UK-citizens for a stay in the EU. Cameron however has "miscalculated" and he dropped (almost) all his requests to the EU. With the wave of migrants in Europe, the already "unpopular EU" has become increasingly a threat to the British people. Instead of requesting a "fundamental chance" of the EU, the UK-demands were limited to just only some social benefits rules; before the elections, Cameron has promised to the voters an "Anti-Immigration-recipe". At that time, the aim was just to keep the voters away from voting for the UKIP-party, which aim is an exit from the EU (Brexit). Originally Cameron didn't want to hold a referendum it was just an instrument against the Euro-Skeptics in his party. The party-internal "exercise" became a risky game about the future of the UK! Gemaess einer aktuellen Umfrage des "ORB Opinion" Forschungs-Institut will eine Mehrheit der Briten fuer einen Austritt aus der EU (Europaeische Union) stimmen. Die Umfrage zeigt, dass die UK- Opposition gegen die EU zugelegt hat; derzeit sind 43% der UK-Waehler fuer einen EU-Austritt, 36% wollen in der EU bleiben und 21% der Briten sind noch unentschlossen. 54% der Briten sind, nach Abzug der unentschlossenen Waehler, fuer einen britischen EU-Austritt (Brexit), dies sind 3% mehr als vor einem Jahr. 46% wollen in der EU bleiben, dies sind 3% weniger als vor einem Jahr. Eigentlich wollte UK-Premier Cameron mit dem EU-Referendum zur britischen EU-Mitgliedschaft nur die EU-Gegner in der eigenen Partei zum Schweigen bringen. Inzwischen ist Cameron jedoch unter starkem Druck der EU-Gegner und es weiss noch niemand wie die "Schlacht um Europa" in Grossbritannien endet! Mit seinem Referendum wollte er die EU unter Druck setzen um fuer Grossbritannien "Sonder-Rechte" zu erzwingen. Dann wollte er sich zu hause als "EU-Reformer" feiern lassen und die Mehrheit der UK-Buerger fuer einen Verbleib in der EU mobilisieren. Cameron hat sich jedoch "verspekuliert" und (fast) alle seiner Forderungen der EU gegenueber aufgegeben. Mit der Welle der Migranten in Europa ist die schon vorher "ungeliebte EU" fuer die Briten zunehmend zur Bedrohung geworden. Anstatt einen "grundlegenden Wandel" der EU zu verlangen, beschraenken sich die UK-Forderungen jetzt nur noch auf einige Sozial-Leistungs-Regelungen; vor den Wahlen versprach er den Waehlern noch ein "Anti-Einwanderungs-Rezept". Damals ging es nur darum die Waehler von einer Stimm-Abgabe fuer die UKIP-Partei abzuhalten; deren Ziel ist ein Austritt aus der EU (Brexit). Urspruenglich wollte Cameron kein Referendum, es ist nur ein Instrument gegen die Euro- Skeptiker in seiner Partei.
