Schweizer Armee uebt Ausnahme-Lage in Europa. The military drill with the name <Stabilo Due> based on the scenario that it has come to an extraordinary and unstable situation in certain regions in Europe due to the (actual) crisis with impacts to the security in Switzerland. Within the scope of <Stabilo Due> the Swiss Army exercised now the emergency, in which it was supposed that it had come to turmoils and violence in Switzerland too due to the <situation> in Europe. The military drill has now created an enormous interest in foreign media; in the USA, there was one headline with the title <<Swiss prepare Army for Euro Zone Fallout>>. The <Sunday-Newspaper> wrote that a mass unemployment in Spain, Greece and Italia could lead to a radicalization of the population and that would become a dangerous time bomb. The speaker of the Swiss Army declared that the wording of the US-news information wasn't correct. Die Schweizer Armee uebte in einer umfangreichen Stabsrahmen-Uebung vom 6. bis 21. September 2012 die Einsatz-Bereitschaft ihrer Streitkraefte auf verschiedenen Stufen. Die Uebung mit dem Namen <Stabilo Due> basierte auf dem Szenario, dass es in gewissen Regionen von Europa zu einer ausserordentlichen und unstabilen Lage kommt, ausgeloest durch die (aktuelle) Krise mit Auswirkungen auf die Sicherheit der Schweiz. Im Rahmen von <Stabilo Due> uebte die Schweizer Armee jetzt den Ernstfall, wobei angenommen wurde, dass es wegen der <Lage> in Europa ebenfalls in der Schweiz zu Unruhen und Gewalt-Taten kommt. Die Uebung in der Schweiz loeste jetzt in den auslaendischen Medien ein grosses Interesse aus; in den USA gab es die Schlagezeile <<Swiss prepare Army for Euro Zone Fallout>> (Schweiz bereite sich auf Zerfall der Eurozone vor). Die <Sonntag-Zeitung> schrieb, eine Massen-Arbeitslosigkeit in Spanien, Griechenland und Italien koennte zu einer Radikalisierung der Bevoelkerung fuehren und waere damit eine gefaehrliche Zeitbombe. Der Sprecher der Schweizer Armee erklaerte, dass der Wortlaut der US-Meldung nicht zutreffe. The member countries of the European Space Agency <ESA> selected the Swiss project out of a total of 26 project proposals. It is the frist so-called <S-class> Mission, which is assigned to make research about the satellite <Cheops> outside of our solar system already as from the year of 2017. Switzerland has taken with it a pioneer function; part of the Swiss consortium are also the University of Geneva, the <Swiss Space Center> at the <EPFL Lausanne> and the <ETH Zurich>. During the several-day study trip, the Japanese parlamentarians met among others with the German Minister of Environment Peter Altmaier; the discussion here was about the nuclear power phase-out in Japan. The goal of the visit of the <Seikatsu ga Daiichi> parlamentarians is to collect personally firsthand information in Germany regarding to their nuclear power phase-out and energy turnaround. Further main themes of the talks were for instance the experience of Germany regarding to the disposal of radioactive waste and the challenges as well as the economic opportunities regarding to the development of the renewable energies. Attended were the talks in Berlin also by the Japanese Ambassador H.E. Nakane Takeshi. Later, there was a meeting at the German Parliament (Bundestag); the Japanese delegation spoke with representatives of the commission for Environment, Nature Protection and Nuclear Power Reactor Safety. They talked about the <extension of the grids>, Green Economy etc. <Kokumin no Seikatsu ga Daiichi> has committed itself for an abandonment of the nuclear power energy in Japan. Eine grosse Delegation von Abgeordneten der neuen japanischen Partei <Kokumin no Seikatsu ga Daiichi> (People's Life First) unter Leitung von Ozawa Ichiro befindet sich derzeit fuer Gespraeche in Berlin. Waehrend der mehrtaegigen Studien-Reise trafen sich die japanischen Parlamentarier unter anderem mit dem Bundes-Umwelt-Minister Peter Altmaier; diskutiert wurde dabei der Atom-Ausstieg in Japan. Ziel des Besuchs der <Seikatsu ga Daiichi> Abgeordneten ist es, sich in Deutschland persoenlich ueber den Atom-Ausstieg und die Energie-Wende in Deutschland zu informieren. Weitere zentrale Themen der Gespraeche waren beispielsweise die Erfahrungen von Deutschland bei der Entsorgung radioaktiver Abfaelle und die Herausforderungen sowie die wirtschaftlichen Chancen beim Ausbau der erneuerbaren Energien. Bei den Gespraechen in Berlin war der japanische Botschafter S.E. Nakane Takeshi ebenfalls anwesend. Spaeter fand ein Treffen beim Deutschen Bundestag statt; die japanische Delegation sprach mit Vertretern des Ausschusses fuer Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktor-Sicherheit. Schweizer Rolex eroeffnete neue Fabrik in Biel. スイスの高級時計製造業「ローレックス」は労働者の町ビールに新しく機械 仕掛けの時計工場を完成させ、落成式には経済大臣も参列した。新工場では 2千人の従業員が働き、シンプルで暗色ガラスの外装の建物の総面積は92,000 平方メートル、450名を収容出来る食堂が併設されている。工期は3年で建物 は省エネ仕様。屋上にはビール市が太陽光発電装置を設置した。その他熱ポ ンプ、木材チップ暖房装置、廃水浄化装置も設置されている。ローレックス 社の所有者はジュネーヴの慈善基金で会計報告書は公表していない。新工場 の工費は1億スイスフランは確実と推測されている。同社の時計価格は平均1 個1万スイスフランから5万スイスフラン。ローレックスのかつてのパトロン 、アンドレ・ハイニガーは「機械時計の美には、完璧さを求める事に終わり が無いという要素がある」と言った。 （出典：2012年10月17日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Swiss luxury watch maker <Rolex> inaugurated at the <labor-town> Biel (Berne) its new factory for the manufacturing of clockworks; attended was the ceremony also by the Swiss Minister of Economics. At the new manufacturing building are working 2,000 employees; the modest, dark glass wall construction has a useable surface of 92,000 square-meters and is equipped with a restaurant having 450 seating places. The construction time was three years and the building was constructed based on the <Min-energy-Standard> (low energy consumption). On the top of the roof, the town of Biel installed a photovoltaics plant for the electricity production. Furthermore there are heat pumps, a woodchips heating system as well as their own wastewater purification plant. The <Rolex> Group is owned by a charitable Geneva-Foundation and doesn't publish financial figures. It is estimated that the cost for the new factory might have amounted to surely 100 Mio. Swiss Francs. A Swiss Rolex watch costs on the average CHF 10,000 to CHF 50,000. The former Rolex patron Andre Heiniger shall have said: <<The beauty of the mechanical clockwork consists of the fact that the search for perfection never ends>>. Im neuen Fabrikations-Gebaeude arbeiten 2'000 Mitarbeiter; der einfache, dunkle Glasbau hat eine Nutzflaeche von 92'000 m2 und verfuegt ueber ein Restaurant mit 450 Sitz-Plaetzen. Die Bauzeit betrug drei Jahre und das Gebaeude wurde im <Minergie-Standard> erstellt; auf dem Dach installierte die Stadt Biel eine Photovoltaik-Anlage fuer die Strom- Produktion. Weiter gibt es Waerme-Pumpen, eine Holzschnitzel-Heizung sowie eine eigene Abwasser-Reinigungsanlage. Der <Rolex> Konzern ist im Besitz einer wohltaetigen Genfer-Stiftung und veroeffentlicht keine Geschaeftszahlen. Es wird geschaetzt, dass die Kosten fuer die neue Fabrik sicher 100 Mio. The US-enterprise has more than 90,000 employees; the amount of the payment for the license fee to the Swiss company was not made public. The order is estimated to have a volume of about one to two million US-Dollars per year. In his speech, he spoke about quote: <<the tradition of the bloodily conservation of power by the dynasties in China>>. He criticized further strongly the ruling people in his home country and described his country quote: <<as a state that represses its citizens>>. Several times, he repeated the sentence, quote: <<That empire must break up>>. The 53-years old was in prison four years because of the <circulation of counter-revolutionary propaganda> and it is said that he shall have been tortured. The laureate was praised as a <fearless and powerful-in language author for the people>; he is said to advocate for human dignity, freedom and democracy. On October 30, 2012, he is going to hold a public lecture in Zurich. Der <Friedenspreis des Deutschen Buchhandels 2012> wurde in Frankfurt am Sonntag an den chinesischen Schriftsteller und Musiker Liao Yiwu verliehen. Additionally to the already worked out <Energy-Strategy 2050>, the Swiss Government has now prepared an <action plan> called <<coordinated energy-research>>; for the energy research the government intends to provide an additional 202 Mio. Swiss Francs. For the specific energy research overall a total amount of 746 Mio. Swiss Francs is made available for the years 2013 to 2016. The <action plan> calls for the build-up of seven competence centers in the field of energy research; regarding to the nuclear power energy, the research shall concentrate on safety aspects and on the dismantling of nuclear power plants. Der Ausstieg aus der Atom-Energie muss mit einer besseren Energie- Effizienz und einer staerkeren Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien verwirklicht werden; dies sagt die Schweizer Regierung (Bundesrat).
