Onagawa: <Schweizer Spital> wurde eingeweiht.(Mon. 16.04.2012 Smi) 2012年4月15日の日曜日、女川市（宮城県）で、修理されて再建した病院の 竣工式が行われた。式典には、日本のスイス大使、スイスの「グリュックス ケッテ」の代理人、日本赤十字の代表などが出席した。「女川地域医療セン ター」の再建資金は、スイス国民の義捐金、2,300万スイスフランが当てら れた。同プロジェクトは、スイス赤十字、カリタス、グリュックスケッテが 企画運営し、現地での建設指揮は日本赤十字（Japanese Rec Cross Society） が担当した。女川市は、津波の被害がもっとも大きかった地域の一つで、住 民の8.3％に当たる854人の方が亡くなった。 （2012年4月16日付けターゲス・アンツァイガーより） On Sunday April 15, 2012 the reconstruction building and the repaired part of the hospital in the town of Onagawa (Miyagi-ken) were solemnly inaugurated; present was also the Swiss Ambassador to Japan and local authority members as well as representatives of the <Swiss Solidarity> (Glueckskette) and the Japanese Red Cross Society. The reconstruction project for the <Onagawa Community Medical Center> was financed with 23 Mio. Swiss Francs in donations by the Swiss people; the project was organized by the Swiss Red Cross, the (Swiss) Caritas and the <Swiss Solidarity> (Glueckskette). The local construction site management was in the hands of the <Japanese Red Cross Society>. The town of Onagawa was among those municipalities, which were the most affected by the <Tsunami>; 854 people died that is 8,3% of the number of inhabitants. Das Wiederaufbau-Projekt fuer das <Onagawa Community Medical Center> wurde durch Spenden des Schweizer Volkes mit 23 Mio. Switzerland was called as one of the 13 partner countries, which shall be invited to the prestigious event of the heads of state and government. Besides, the guest list specified the names of the states of Finland, Sweden, Austria, Morocco, Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand and Georgia. That is part of the new NATO- strategy, which is looking for partners worldwide; it is said that countries making international contribution were invited. Switzerland made commitments regarding to the democratization of armed forces and invested lots of money in that field. Swiss Francs and was already approved by the <FIFA> authorities. The Swiss FIFA-President will create a meeting place for the millions of football friends (fans) worldwide; with the new building, which will be mostly open to the public, further working places shall be made. Afterwards, there will be space for a maximum of 500 employees; presently the number of staff reaches 380 people and a day nursery and a cafeteria is designated. About 200,000 visitors shall come to the museum a year; the Zurich City Government is pleased to start the co-operation with the <FIFA> regarding to that new project. She reached as the so far youngest <World Tour player> the entry to the main competition of the <U21- events> (under 21 years old); with two more victories, she succeeded for the qualification in the category <Elite-Competition>. Ito-san wrote already history when she won the female junior tournament of the World Association <ITTF> for the <U18-female players> in Taiwan on September 2011. At that time, she was even only ten years old. On the World Ranking List, Ito Mima is ranked as number 192; the best Swiss female player with an age of 21 years is ranked as number 363. Industry Minister Edano Yukio had however already said a few days ago that the Government wants to launch again two nuclear reactors at the nuclear power plant <Oi> in Fukui-prefecture in some weeks. The Governor of Fukui-prefecture, Nishikawa Issei however didn't agree to the request of Edano Yukio to grant an immediate authorization for the start of operation of the nuclear reactors. Due to the intense use of air conditioning (A/C) of the Japanese in summer, the Government is afraid of a power bottleneck during that period. The environment organization <Greenpeace> however has the opinion that there will be no shortage of power even then if all nuclear power plants are switched off. After the nuclear power plant disaster in Fukushima a radius of 20 kilometers was declared as exclusion zone and about 100,000 people had to leave the area. Industrie-Minister Edano Yukio hatte jedoch schon vor wenigen Tagen gesagt, die Regierung wolle zwei Atom-Reaktoren im Atom- Kraftwerk <Oi> (Fukui-ken)in einigen Wochen wieder in Betrieb nehmen. Der Gouverneur der Praefektur Fukui, Nishikawa Issei ging jedoch nicht auf das Verlangen von Edano Yukio ein, sofort eine Bewilligung fuer die Inbetriebnahme der Atom-Reaktoren zu erteilen. Mutiger <Frauen-Power> Nachbar-Protest in Zurich. ツューリッヒで隣人が独り市当局と公園の古い樹木を救おうと闘っている。 この勇敢な女性のモットーを引用すると、「世界では、誰かが勇気を持って 立ち上がり止めるように言う時だけ、何かを動かせる。」託児所建設の為に 、公園の樹齢200年の菩提樹やその他の木々が伐採される。建築コンペで樹 木を生かす複数の計画があったが、審査員はそれ以外の計画を選んだ。この 隣人は先ず計画に反対する署名を集めた。その後彼女は、「民主的市民の権 利」を行使して、市の計画に反対して法的措置を裁判所に求めた。引用に依 ると、彼女は自らを「『傲慢な権力』に立ち向かう勇敢な女」と称している 。彼女は最高裁判所まで闘う意思を示している。 （出典：2012年4月17日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） In Zurich, a female neighbor fights <alone> against the City administration and for the rescue of old trees in a park; the motto of the courageous woman is quote: <<In the world moves only something, if someone has the courage to stand up and say stop.>> Due to the construction of a day nursery in a park among others a 200-years old basswood (tree) and other trees should <sacrifice their lives>; within the scope of an architectural contest, there were several projects that would have spared the trees, the jury however just decided against them. The neighbor first collected signatures against the project; later she exercised her <democratic citizen rights> and enforced legal claims against the project of the City. She describes herself as quote: <<self-confident woman who feels provoked by the <arrogance of power> of the City>>. She has the will to go with her legal claim up to the highest Swiss court, <The Federal Supreme Court>. Die Nachbarin sammelte zuerst Unterschriften gegen das Projekt; spaeter nahm sie ihre <demokratischen Rechte> wahr und erhob gerichtlich Einspruch gegen das Projekt der Stadt. Risiko vor Japan See & Geschichte nicht beachtet. 日本の地震予測は特に東京と太平洋岸に注目しているが、国の地震学者は日 本海と東北周辺の太平洋岸の危険区域を忘れている。最大規模の地震と津波 がこれまで「危険地図」に安全とされていたこの地域で起きている。これら の事は東京大学の地震学のロバート・ゲラー教授の見解で、彼は「空想科学 」に於ける「地震の周期性」と称されていた。日本人地質学者の岡村信行氏 （産業技術総合研究所、活断層・地震研究センター）は東京電力と政府に869 年に起きた史上最大の「貞観地震」の津波について警告していた。「山陰道 海岸」や「石見地震」の地震と津波の歴史上の記録について、これらの地域 に28基の原子炉があるのに全く誰も語らない!!福島の様な事故は日本海沿岸 で再び起こり得る。 （出典：2012年4月19日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版） http://ns.eps.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/jp/member/index.php?_urid=1386 The Japanese earthquake forecasts focus in particular on Tokyo and the Pacific Coast; the state seismologists forget thereby the risk zones at the <Sea of Japan> and the Pacific Coast at Tohoku. The most disastrous earthquakes with <Tsunamis> however happened so far in regions, which were described on the <hazard map> as safe areas. That is among others the opinion of the seismology professor Robert Geller of <Tokyo University>; he described the <seismic cyclicity> as <Science-Fiction>. The Japanese geologist Okamura Yukinobu (AFERC Director) warned <Tepco> and the Government about a <Tsunami> of the size of the historic <Jogan-Earthquake> in the year 869. Dies ist unter anderem die Meinung des Seismologie-Professors Robert Geller von der <Tokyo Universitaet>; er bezeichnet die <seismische Zyklizitaet> als <Science-Fiction>. Alarm: Schweiz ist Spitze bei Haut-Krebs in Europa. スイスは欧州で最も皮膚癌の罹患率が高い。悪性黒色腫の患者数はスイスで も急激に増えている。80年代女性は年間平均10万人に13.7例だったが、2008 年までに21.1例（+50%）になった。男性の罹患率は10万人に対して13例から 23.5例に増えた。これ等の結果は連邦政府統計局（BFS）のもの。悪性黒色 腫は非常に悪性の腫瘍で、皮膚の色素細胞から出来る。皮膚の腫瘍は早期に 見つけられるようになっているので、生存率も高くなっている。癌の症例の 数が増えていても、死亡率は比較的安定している。2004年から2008年にかけ て、皮膚癌に依る年間平均死亡者数は285人。 （出典：2012年4月17日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） In Switzerland, there are the most cases of skin cancer in Europe; the number of new diseases with skin melanoma increased strongly too in Switzerland. In the eighties, there were an average of 13.7 cases out of 100,000 women per year and up to 2008, there were already 21.1 cases (+50%); with regard to men, the rate went up from 13 onto 23.5 cases per 100,000 persons. That is the result published by the Federal Office of Statistics (BFS). A skin melanoma is a very malign tumor, which is generated out of pigment cells of the skin. Skin tumors are however increasingly diagnosed earlier by what the chances of survival are increased. Despite the rising number of cancer cases, the death rate remained relatively stable; between 2004 and 2008, at the average 285 people died on skin cancer per year. In der Schweiz gibt es die meisten Faelle von Haut-Krebs in Europa; die Anzahl von Neu-Erkrankungen mit Haut-Melanom nahm in der Schweiz ebenfalls stark zu. In den achtziger Jahren waren es durchschnittlich 13,7 Faelle auf 100 000 Frauen pro Jahr und bis 2008 waren es schon 21,1 Faelle (+50%); bei Maennern stieg die Quote von 13 auf 23,5 Faelle pro 100 000 Personen. Dies ist das Resultat des Bundesamts fuer Statistik (BFS). Ein Haut-Melanom ist ein sehr boesartiger Tumor, welcher aus Pigment-Zellen der Haut entsteht. Haut-Tumore werden jedoch zunehmend frueher erkannt, wodurch sich die Ueberlebens-Chancen erhoehen. Trotz steigender Zahl von Krebsfaellen, blieb die Sterberate relativ stabil; zwischen 2004 und 2008 starben jaehrlich im Durchschnitt 285 Leute an Haut-Krebs. It is really a delicious Japanese water. We do not eat dinner every day at the guesthouse, that's why we went to a City <Soba> restaurant called <Soba-Mitani> for eating <Tempura Soba>. It was very tasty, vegetable tempura with grilled anago fish; during our stay in Nagahama, we visited there several times. Breakfast we usually prepared on our own at the <Machiya>; it is perfectly equipped with all necessary items, people could cook meal with microwave if they want.
