He expressed the opinion that the German <stingy is cool> mentality will become a threat for the Swiss economics. He pointed out that ultimately all had to pay <their price> for that if the fanatic turning on the cost-cutting (cost savings) would continue like that. The two major Swiss retail enterprises <Migros> and <Coop> are both cooperatives and therefore not only primary committed to the so-called <Shareholder-Value>! They are known in Switzerland as responsible employers which pay their employees fair salaries and they have a sense for the social overall interest. Swiss, who feel <lousy> (quote) according to the Caritas Director Hugo Fasel. It is the target of the relief organization to cut the number of these people by half up to the year 2020. Caritas demands from all cantons a yearly <poverty report> in the future. According to the director of Caritas, he expects that the politicians take note of that theme and discuss it. According to Caritas, investments among others into education shall avoid that people have to apply for social welfare. One of them is the 25-years old Christian Stucki; he is 1.98 meters tall and has a weight of 137 kg. He is accompanied by his wrestling colleague Roger Bruegger. The two Swiss sportsmen intend to prepare their new Swiss wrestling season by training with Japanese sumotori. Their target is to improve their skills in fighting against less tall, but heavyweight combatants. The Japanese sumotori have their physical balance point on the lower part of the body. The Swiss are accompanied by a film crew of Elite Filmproduction Zurich, which shoots a film with the title <Hoselupf> about the adventure of the Swiss. The film is directed by This Luescher and shall be in the Swiss cinemas in 2011. Zwei Schweizer Spitzen-Schwinger (Swiss Style wrestlers) aus dem Kanton Bern sind in den letzten Tagen fuer ein Trainingslager zu den beruehmten Sumo-Ringern nach Tokyo abgereist. Es handelt sich um den 25-jaehrigen Christian Stucki; er ist 1.98 m gross und 137 kg schwer und er wird begleitet von seinem Schwingerkollegen Roger Bruegger. Die beiden Schweizer wollen sich bei den japanischen Sumo-Ringern auf die neue Schwing-Saison vorbereiten. Ihr Ziel ist es sich im Wettkampf gegen kleinere und schwer-gewichtige Gegner zu verbessern; diese haben ihren Schwerpunkt in der unteren Koerperhaelfte. The treaty emerged now at the house of the son of Mr. Sato Eisaku, Sato Shinji. He explained that he wanted to hand over the treaty to the Foreign Ministry, but the bureaucrats had declined to accept it. Therein (protocol), Sato Eisaku allowed the USA to ignore the third principle of Japan regarding to atomic weapons as long as they (USA) wouldn't permanently station them (atomic weapons) in Japan! Historians speak now about the fact, that the Liberal-Democratic-Party (LDP) often had managed (administrated) Japan like their personal property! In that context, they speak about a so-called <structural corruption>. In the public, former LDP- Governments always denied the existence of secret contracts! The new system allows a 600 times faster clearing (processing) then before; a transaction runs through now in only five milliseconds compared to up to three seconds in the old one. He succeeds the 77-years old Fujii Hirohisa, who offered his resignation due to health reasons. Kan Naoto expressed his opinion in clear words for a weaker Yen on his first press conference and mentioned explicitly a precise exchange rate level of the US- Dollar and the Japanese currency. He said that an exchange rate ratio of about 95 Yen for one US-Dollar could be adequate. Shortly after, the exchange rate of the US-Dollar increased to a level of about 93 Yen. Market actors assume that the new Minister of Finance is rather in favor to take interventions for the US-Dollar. Kan Naoto is an experienced politician who isn't afraid of taking a confrontation with fractious bureaucrats due to his own character (temper). Kurz darauf stieg der US- Dollar auf etwa 93 Yen; Marktteilnehmer gehen davon aus, dass der neue Finanzminister eher Interventionen zugunsten des US-Dollars unterstuetzten wird. They wanted to offer people working in offices an alternative to sweets, chocolate bars etc. as a snack. Since then 15 dispatchers on bicycles deliver to enterprises and privates in Zurich a basket full of seasonal, organic (bio) fruits such as apples, bananas, oranges etc. and dried fruits. In the meantime, they have acquired 350 customers, who get fruits based on standing orders. After Zurich and Basle, the home delivery service intends to expand its business to Berne too. Die Gruender des Hauslieferdienstes <Oepfelchasper> hatten vor zwei Jahren die Idee, den Leuten in den Bueros eine Alternative zu Suessigkeiten, Schokoladeriegel usw. als Zwischenmahlzeit zu bieten. Seit dieser Zeit beliefern 15 Kuriere mit Fahrraedern Unternehmen und Private in Zuerich mit einem Korb voll saisonalen, biologischen Fruechten wie Aepfel, Bananen, Orangen und Doerrfruechten. Inzwischen haben sie 350 Kunden, welche sie im Abonnement mit Fruechten beliefern. Nach Zuerich und Basel soll der Hauslieferdienst nach Bern ausgeweitet werden. Fortunately, the postal code and the address were accepted so that we could take off. The distance was given as 41 km meaning about 1 hours drive (the google map had given 55,9 km). Actually, we wanted to have a look at Zenkoji temple in Nagano; however we had to postpone the visit to next time. Our target was <Seki-Onsen> located in the Myoko-kogen area. Our drive led us through beautiful countryside, first it was Nagano-ken with lots of apple trees along the road. After entering Niigata-ken, the scenery was full of beautiful and carefully treated rice paddies. On the left, the country became hilly reaching an altitude of more than 1,000 m or higher such as the famous local mountain <Myoko-san> with 2,454 meters; it is on the list of the famous 100 Japanese mountains. Our onsen village was near a local golf course and there is also a <Kokumin kyuka miura>; the whole area is part of the <Joshinetsu National Park>. We drove pass our Ryokan <Uguisu no Hatsune> where we were to stay for the next couple of days.
