The rally was remarkably colorful and young, among them many women, writes the newspaper "Tages-Anzeiger". The labor unions had called for the rally and the people came in large numbers. "May 1, 2019" was marked by the upcoming women's strike on June 14, 2019. According to the President of the Zurich Labor Union, the subject of "women's strike" mobilized many people. It was not just the beautiful weather that drove people into the streets, but a general politicization in the society. In ihrer Heimat gehoert sie der kommunistischen Partei an; sie kaempft seit vielen Jahren gegen das Kasten-System und die Ausbeutung der Frauen. Leute aus der autonomen Szene veruebten waehrend des Umzugs vereinzelt Sachbeschaedigungen mit Farbbeuteln und Sprayereien. (Thu. 25.04.2019) スイスの家庭医の後継者が漸く出てきた。近年数百人の若い医師達が診療所に 参入した。この好転にも拘らず、医師不足は依然として脅威になっている。医 学生の間では、再び家庭医の職務内容が魅力的なものとして認識されるように なってきた。長時間労働と専門医に比べて低い診療報酬が、従来の家庭医像だ った。10年前、家庭医の訓練を選択したのはわずか10％。中期的に改善が見ら れ、10年前に設立された「スイス青年家庭医師会(JHaS)」には既に1,100人以 上が登録しており、その内350人が家庭診療を選択、500人がアシスタント医師 として働いている。この間20％の医学生が家庭医になることを決め、40％が関 心を寄せている。これでもスイスが家庭医不足を2045年までに解消するには、 未だ50％の医学生が初期医療を選択する必要がある。スイスには一般開業医に 230人の助手職が在る。若い医師達が都市だけでなく農村部にも定住している 事は喜ばしいことだ。若い家庭医のほぼ90％が共同診療所で働いており、10％ しか自分の診療所を経営していない。350人の男女家庭医の80％は非常勤。ど の村にも家庭医が1人居るということにはならず、医師センターが幾つかの自 治体の世話をする。 Finally, there are again young doctors in the sector of Swiss General Practitioners (GPs); in recent years, several hundred young doctors have joined a medical practice. Mittelfristig gibt es eine Besserung; der vor 10 Jahren gegruendete "Verein Junge Haus-Aerztinnen und -Aerzte Schweiz (JHaS)" hat schon mehr als 1'100 Mitglieder, 350 davon sind in eine Hausarzt-Praxis eingestiegen, 500 arbeiten als Assistenz- Aerzte. Inzwischen entscheiden sich 20% der Studierenden fuer den Hausarzt-Beruf und 40% seien interessiert. Damit die Schweiz den Hausaerzte-Mangel bis 2045 beheben kann, muss sich aber 50% der Medizin-Studenten fuer die Grundversorgung entscheiden. In der Schweiz gibt es 230 Assistenz-Stellen in Hausarzt-Praxen. Es ist erfreulich, dass sich der aerztliche Nachwuchs nicht nur in Staedten, sondern auch auf dem Land ansiedelt. On their journey through Switzerland, the two women are campaigning and asking Credit Suisse to help their country reduce its debt. From 2012, the bank helped to organize more than 2 billion US-Dollars in loans to state- affiliated companies. The fees for the CS amounted to 1.6% of the total volume; these are the usual conditions for such transactions. However, the money was embezzled on a large scale, the loans burst, and the national debt of Mozambique shot up. There are legal proceedings against ex-Government officials, against three ex-Credit Suisse employees and managers of state-owned enterprises under way. The CS says, she couldn't have known something of the behavior of the ex-Credit Suisse employees. Now, the two NGO representatives met with the CS-chief lawyer; the CS is apparently trying to find a solution. The bank is ready to stay in contact with the "FMO"; there was no other information. The CS is the most important bank in that deal, so "FMO" first approached CS. Besides direct talks, the activists are trying to build up international pressure. Die Gebuehren betrugen fuer die CS 1,6% des Gesamt- Volumens; dies sind uebliche Konditionen fuer solche Transaktionen. Die Gelder wurden aber in grossem Stil veruntreut, die Kredite platzten, und die Staats-Schulden von Mosambik schossen in die Hoehe. Es laufen juristische Verfahren gegen ex-Regierungs-Beamte, gegen 3 ex-Credit Suisse Mitarbeiter und Manager der Staatsbetriebe. Die CS sagt, sie habe nichts vom Verhalten der ex-Credit Suisse Angestellten wissen koennen. Jetzt trafen sich die zwei NGO-Vertreterinnen mit dem CS-Chef Juristen; die CS bemueht sich offenbar eine Loesung zu finden. Die Bank sei bereit mit der "FMO" in Kontakt zu bleiben; weitere Auskuenfte gab es nicht. Die CS ist in diesem Geschaeft die wichtigste Bank, deshalb ist "FMO" zuerst auf die CS zugegangen. Especially clothes made of polyester fleece fabrics release the particles; however, the problem could be solved with technology. The aim is to reduce the micro-plastic entries from textiles by optimizing fiber selection and new textile constructions, and to test corresponding solution possibilities. The washing tests are part of the "Textile Mission" project, in which, among others, the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences participates in Krefeld. For a change to clothing made of natural fibers the cultivation area is simply missing. According to a study by the German "Fraunhofer Institute" in Oberhausen, washing machines contribute significantly to emissions at about 90 grams per person per year. In the long term, bio-degradable fibers should be used, says Stefan Brandt from the University of Krefeld. There is a tip for the avoidance of textile micro-plastics, says Brandt; "the washing machine should always be fully loaded, which not only saves detergent, electricity and water, but significantly reduces the amount of particles" too. Federal Act on Tax Reform and OASI Funding * * * Please register your subscription at following distribution system. このメルマガ受信は下記配信サイトで登録して下さい。 ────────────────────────────────── 【 from Editor's Room / 編集後記 】 2019年4月29日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙の表紙は、平成天皇が即位した 時の束帯装束の写真を掲載した。スイス公共放送SRFもこの日速報を報じ、翌 30日にはドイツARDの特派員レポートを報じた。NZZ紙オンライン版も「明仁 天皇の平成30年間、日本は本当に失われた時代だったのか？」というタイトル で詳細な報道を掲載した。平成天皇・皇后が誠心誠意職務を果たして来られた 事に敬意を表する1人だ。明仁天皇が「譲位」の意思表示をされたにも関わら ず、マスコミの報道は「退位」で統一されているのには違和感を覚えた。節度 も教養も無い現政権の見解と伝えられている。天皇が日本人の心の拠り所にな っていることは理解しているが、現代は天皇に側室を設ける事は出来ないし、 天皇制はいつの世も権力に利用されて来た事を思うと、後継者が絶えれば廃止 という選択肢は有り得ると考えている。そもそも原始社会は母系であったと言 われている。直系は母系でしか完全な確認は出来ないのに、男系を有り難がる 理由が分からない。血縁が濃くなる事は生物学的に好ましい結果が生じないこ とは既知の現象だ。皇室の人々には人権が保障されていない事にも思い致すべ きであろう。日本の象徴に相応しい事柄は様々あるが、取り分け日本語とそれ を取り巻く文化は日本人の心の拠り所であり続ける事に異論はあるまい。原発 問題、少子化問題、政権の劣化等、日本の存亡に係る諸問題が目前に突きつけ られている現実こそ直視すべき時と思う。今のまま誤魔化しを続けていたら日 本の存続は危うい。 1) スイスは社会現象のあらゆる事が政治化される可能性がある社会だ。この 国の最大の特徴であり、国として最も重要な要素になっている。今更ながら、 この事が我身を守り、国の繁栄と安定の礎になっていることを想いつつ、堅持 しなければならないと肝に銘じている。 2) 中国最古の医学書には、そもそも「治療をするな」と書かれているという 記述を読んだ事が有る。つまり怪我や病気は自己治癒力で治すもので、治らな い場合は天命と受け止めるべきだという説だ。極論の様にも思えるが、現代医 学が高額で過剰な治療をした挙句、患者は苦しみながら死ぬという弊害も数え きれない程伝えられている。自分の健康は自分で守るが原則と思っている。但 し身近に居る家庭医の存在は健康管理の一助になると思っている。 3) 新聞の見出しは、「小さな前進」と書かれていた。これ程巨額の融資に、 CS本部がビジネスの経緯を知らなかったという言い訳は通用しないだろう。ビ ジネスの激しい競争の中であっても、企業の経営陣には相応の社会的責任が伴 う。(A.H.)
