Spanien: Grosse Proteste gegen neues Sicherheits-Gesetz. 日本の様にスペインでも先週数千人の市民が、マリアーノ・ラホイ首相率いる 保守政権の新しい安全法に反対して抗議行動を起こした。スペインの野党は新 法を言論とデモの自由を制約する手段と見做している。人権グループと野党は 、政府がこの法律で、特にスペインの経済危機の対処に対する抗議を弾圧しよ うとしていると言う。この新法は市民の「抵抗」に極端な処罰を科す！大規模 デモがマドリード、バルセロナ、ビルバオで実行され、グラナダとヴァレンシ アでも人々は通りに出てデモをした。国会のような重要な場所での抗議(デモ) には平穏を乱した場合60万ユーロの罰金刑が科せられる。新しい法律は既にス ペインの一院で可決された。(出典：2014年12月20日付NZZ紙＆独ツァイト紙) Like already in Japan, also in Spain thousands of citizens protested against a new security-law of the conservative Government of Minister President Mariano Rajoy. The opposition in Spain considers the new law to be a <purposeful> restriction of the freedom of opinion- and demonstration. Human rights groups and opposition parties say that the Government wants to repress with it particularly protests against their handling of the Spanish financial crisis. The new law imposes the <civil disobedience> by the citizens with extreme punishments! The major demonstrations took place in the Cities of Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao; people protested also in Granada and Valencia on the street. Protests (demonstrations) at important locations such as the Parliament-Building etc. can be prosecuted with penalties of up to 600,000 Euro if the <peace> is violated with it. The new law has already been passed by one chamber of the Spanish Parliament. Die Opposition in Spanien betrachtet das neue Gesetz als eine <gesteuerte> Einschraenkung der Meinungs- und Demonstrations-Freiheit. Menschen- Rechtsgruppen und oppositionelle Parteien sagen, dass die Regierung damit besonders Proteste gegen ihre Handhabung der spanischen Finanz- Krise unterdruecken wollten. Das neue Sicherheits-Gesetz belegt den <zivilen Ungehorsam> der Buerger mit extremen Strafen! Die grossen Demonstrationen fanden in den Staedten Madrid, Barcelona und Bilbao statt; ebenfalls in Granada und Valencia demonstrierten die Leute auf der Strasse. Proteste (Demonstrationen) an wichtigen Orten, wie das Parlaments-Gebaeude usw. koennen mit Strafen von bis zu 600'000 Euro bestraft werden, sofern dabei der <Frieden verletzt> wird. Tourismus: Schweiz fehlen die japanischen Gaeste (Abenomics). スイスの観光産業は日本人観光客が大幅に遠のいたまま！スイスのホテルでは 2014年10月迄に日本人客が10.7%減少したことが連邦統計局(BFS)の調査で分か った。ロシアの観光客はこれまでに7.4%減少してはいるが、ロシアのクリスマ スと新年は1月(2015年)になってから祝う為、富裕層は1月に来る。日本人客と ロシア人客の大幅な減少の理由は明らかに通貨円とルーブルの下落にある。ス イスフランに対してルーブルは年初来50%以上価値を下げた。しかし日本国民 も又長い間円交換レートの重荷の下で呻いている。過去2年間で日本円はスイ スフランに対して25%も価値を下げた。その他にも消費税の5%から8%への負担 増は日本人観光客の旅行の楽しみに影を落としている！スイス観光産業は、 2014年の日本人観光客全体の減少は10%程度と予想している。ツェルマットは 日本人とロシア人に大変人気のある観光地だ。2013年11月から2014年10月ま での日本人の宿泊日数はほぼ19%減少。日本には6名の観光スペシャリストがス イス旅行をする日本人観光客の世話をする為に常駐している。スイス観光業界 は、日本の短期から中期の通貨情勢に(アベノミクスで)変化は起きないと考え ている。望ましいのは、幾らか「馴れ効果」が出てくること。 (出典：2014年12月23日付キャッシュ・オンライン紙) The Swiss tourism (hotels etc.) is strongly affected by the staying away of the Japanese guests (tourists)! At the Swiss hotels up to October 2014 10.7% less Japanese holidaymakers stayed. That shows a survey by the <Federal Office of Statistics (BFS)>. Regarding to the guests from Russia the drop is so far less strong with a minus (-) of 7.4%; wealthy guests from Russia spend their holidays just in January because Russia celebrates Christmas and New Year later in January (2015). The reason for the strong decline of the Japanese, but also the Russian guests are the significant losses in value of the currencies Yen (JPY) and Ruble (RUB). Compared to the Swiss Franc (CHF) the Ruble has lost more than 50% of its value since the beginning of the year. But also the Japanese citizens groan under the burden of the Yen-exchange rate for a long time. In the past two years the Japanese currency (JPY) has lost about 25% of its value against the Franc (CHF). Besides, the joy of traveling became strongly clouded by the major increase of the consumer tax (VAT) from 5% to 8% to the Japanese guests! Swiss tourism estimates that the overall decline of Japanese guests for 2014 will be about 10%. Zermatt is a very popular holiday resort for the Japanese and guests from Russia. The overnight- stays of the Japanese declined by nearly 19% from November 2013 to October 2014 in Zermatt. There are six tourism experts in Japan looking after the Japanese guests for the Swiss travel market. Swiss tourism believes that the currency situation (loss in value of the Yen) in Japan is likely not to change in the short and medium term (Abenomics). At the best, there will be a certain <habituation effect>. Der Schweizer Tourismus (Hotels etc.) ist vom Wegbleiben der japanischen Gaeste (Touristen) stark betroffen! In den Schweizer Hotels sind bis Oktober 2014 10,7% weniger japanische Ferien-Gaeste abgestiegen; dies zeigt die Umfrage des <Bundesamt fuer Statistik (BFS)>. Bei den Gaesten aus Russland ist der Rueckgang bisher mit (-) 7,4% weniger stark; die wohlhabenden Gaeste aus Russland kommen jedoch erst im Januar, da Russland Weihnachten und Neujahr erst im Januar (2015) feiert. Der Grund fuer den starken Rueckgang der japanischen, aber ebenfalls der russischen Gaeste sind die deutlichen Wertverluste der Waehrungen Yen (JPY) und Rubel (RUB). Gegenueber dem Schweizer Franken (CHF) hat der Rubel seit Anfang Jahr mehr als 50% an Wert verloren. Aber auch die japanischen Buerger stoehnen seit langem unter der Last des Yen-Devisenkurses. In den letzten 2 Jahren hat die japanische Waehrung (JPY) ungefaehr 25% seines Wertes verloren gegenueber dem Franken (CHF). Die Freude am Reisen wurden den japanischen Gaesten zudem mit der grossen Erhoehung der Konsumsteuer (VAT) von 5% auf 8% stark getruebt! Schweiz Tourismus rechnet fuer das gesamte 2014 mit einem Rueckgang von zirka 10% bei den Gaesten aus Japan. Zermatt ist ein beliebter Ferienort fuer Japaner und Gaeste aus Russland. Die Uebernachtungen der Japaner gingen in Zermatt (Matterhorn) um beinahe 19% zurueck von November 2013 bis Oktober 2014. In Japan bemuehen sich sechs Tourismus-Fachleute um die japanischen Gaeste. Schweiz Tourismus glaubt, dass sich an der Waehrungs-Situation (Wertverlust des Yen) in Japan kurz- und mittelfristig nichts aendern duerfte (Abenomics). Pionier-Projekt: neues Schweizer CO2-freies (Reka-) Feriendorf. ゲマインデ・ナッタース(ブラッテン、ヴァリス)とベルンのレカ協同組合は共 同で新しい(レカの)休暇村をヴァリス(アレッチ地方)の山々に建設した。50戸 の住宅、屋内プール、子供の遊び場を備えた7つの建物で自家発電をし、しか も二酸化炭素を排出しない。こうした施設で初めて使用されたこの技術は、屋 上のソーラーパネルが電力と温水も供給する。暖房と温水の一部は地熱も利用 し、地下170m(岩盤)から地熱を供給する。その地点の温度は摂氏12度あり、ヒ ートポンプで地熱の一部を汲み上げる。太陽光発電も使って、暖房用の温水は 35度に、シャワーの温水は60度に熱する。この工程で岩盤を8度まで冷却する。 次の夏地下は、ソーラーパネルを経由した地熱管に依って元の温度に熱せられ る。そして次の冬、休暇村に必要な十分な地熱エネルギーが貯まっている。休 暇村の太陽電池は年間平均で70%の電力を賄い、わずか30%の電力が地元の水力 発電から供給される。二酸化炭素無しの休暇村計画は連邦エネルギー局の「灯 台事業」で、休暇村の経験は他の計画にも応用される。ユネスコ世界遺産の為 外壁に太陽電池の設置は避けた。他の新しい休暇村では、地元の木材を利用す る木材チップの暖房が使われている。 (出典：2014年12月15日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) The municipality Naters (Blatten VS) and the (holiday-) co-operative Reka in Berne have built together a new (Reka-) holiday village in the mountains of the Valais (Aletsch-region). The seven buildings with 50 holiday flats, a indoor swimming pool and children's playgrounds produce their energy autonomously and even CO2-free. For the first time, the technologies were applied to that extent; the solar-energy modules on the roofs supply electricity, but also hot water. Part of the heating- and hot water concept are also geothermal probes, which supply the heat from a depth of 170 meters in the ground (rock). There the temperature is at 12 degrees Celsius; by the use of heat pumps a part of the heat is taken away from the ground. Together with the solar electricity the heating water is heated up to 35 degrees and the shower water onto 60 degrees. By that process, the ground in the rock cools down to about 8 degrees Celsius. Next summer, the ground will be heated up to the original temperature by the use of geothermal probes by the way of solar panels. Then, next winter there will be again enough geothermal energy available for the holiday village. The photovoltaic cells of the holiday village supply 70% of the electricity on an annual average; only just 30% is supplied by the local hydroelectric power station of the municipality. The CO2-free holiday project is a so-called <light house project> of the Federal Office of Energy; the experience out of the project will be analyzed for other projects. There were no solar cells used on the front because of the Unesco-World Heritage (Aletsch). An other new holiday village will be operated by a wood chip heating system, which uses local wood. Die Gemeinde Naters (Blatten VS) und die (Ferien-) Genossenschaft Reka in Bern haben zusammen ein neues (Reka-) Feriendorf in den Bergen des Wallis (Aletsch) gebaut. Die sieben Gebaeude mit 50 Ferienwohnungen, Hallenbad und Kinder-Spielplaetzen produzieren ihre Energie selber (autonom) und noch CO2-frei. Erstmals wurden die Technologien in diesem Umfang eingesetzt; die Solar-Energie-Module auf den Daechern, liefern Elektrizitaet, aber auch Warm-Wasser. Zum Heiz- und Warm- Wasser-Konzept gehoeren ebenfalls Erdsonden, welche Waerme aus einer Tiefe von 170m im Boden (Fels) liefern. Dort betraegt die Temperatur 12 Grad Celsius; mittels Waerme-Pumpen wird dem Boden ein Teil der Waerme entnommen. Zusammen mit dem Solar-Strom wird das Heizwasser auf 35 Grad und das Duschwasser auf 60 Grad aufgeheizt. Der Boden im Fels kuehlt sich dadurch auf zirka 8 Grad Celsius ab. Im naechsten Sommer wird der Boden mit den Erd-Sonden ueber die Sonnen-Kollektoren wieder auf die urspruengliche Temperatur aufgeheizt. Im naechsten Winter gibt es dann wieder genuegend Erdwaerme fuer das Feriendorf. Die Solarzellen des Feriendorfes liefern im Jahres-Durchschnitt 70% des Stroms, nur gerade 30% kommt vom lokalen Wasser-Kraftwerk der Gemeinde. Das CO2-freie Feriendorf-Projekt ist ein so-genanntes <Leucht-Turm-Projekt> des Bundesamts fuer Energie; die Erfahrungen aus dem Projekt werde fuer andere Projekte ausgewertet. Es wurde auf Solar-Zellen an den Fassaden verzichtet wegen dem Unesco-Welterbe. Ein anderes neues Ferien-Dorf wird mit einer Holzschnitzel-Heizung betrieben, welche lokales Holz verwendet. Meer: Fukushima-Unglueck viel schlimmer als Tschernobyl. 福島大学「環境放射能研究所」の青山道夫博士は「ネイチャー誌」に発表した 初めての調査で既に、福島原発事故が海洋に及ぼした影響はチェルノブイリ原 発事故より遥かに酷いという結論に達していた。同博士の研究結果によると、 福島の海は1万倍も汚染されている。青山博士は筑波で「気象庁気象研究所」 の研究者だった。研究所の理事がこの研究を見たとき、特に青山氏の名前での 報告書の公表を禁じた。しかし青山博士は研究を発表した！青山博士は原発は 「既に日本にとって理論的に良い選択肢では有り得ない」と言う。この事は地 震の為だけでなく、冷却装置を海岸に設置しなければならない事にもよる。こ れに依って日本の原発は否応なく津波の危険に晒される。青山博士は何十年も 核実験の影響を調査してきた。彼の調査結果で米国、英国、フランスは核実験 を中止するまで何十年にも亘って太平洋を290ペタ・ベクレルも汚染した！(１ ペタベクレル＝1,000テラベクレル)これはチェルノブイルで大気中に放出され た3倍の放射能の量に匹敵する。福島沿岸での漁業は未だに禁止されており、 2011年から1,800人の漁民の75%が廃業を余儀なくされた！東京電力は未だに汚 染水の海洋流出を止められずにいる、と青山博士は言う！汚染水の量は「確か に1日わずか80から100リットルだが、30ギガベクレルのセシウム137、ストロ ンチウム90、トリチウムが含まれている。」(1ギガベクレル＝10億ベクレル) (出典：2014年12月8日付バーゼル紙オンライン版＆ターゲス・アンツァイガー 紙) The Japanese Professor Dr. Aoyama Michio of the <Institute of Environmental Radioactivity> at the Fukushima University came already to the conclusion in his first study for the magazine <Nature> that the nuclear disaster of Fukushima was far worse for the Ocean than the nuclear disaster of Chernobyl. According to his research results, <Fukushima> has contaminated the oceans 10,000 times more. Dr. Aoyama was then researcher at the <Meteorological Research Institute> in Tsukuba. When the Director of the Institute read the study, he <prohibited> the publication of the report, particularly under the name of Aoyama-san. Dr. Aoyama however published the study despite it! Dr. Aoyama says that nuclear power stations are <already theoretically no good choice for Japan>. This not only because of the earthquakes, but because these <Nukes> need to be located at the coast for the cooling. With it Japan's nuclear power plants are automatically endangered by Tsunami's. Aoyama-san has investigated for decades the impacts of the nuclear weapons tests. His result is that the US- Americans, British and the French have contaminated the pacific with 290 Peta-Becquerel during the decades before the stop of the nuclear weapons tests. (1 Peta-Becquerel = 1 Mio. billion Becquerel)! That is three times more radioactivity as was leaked into the air in Chernobyl. The fishing along the coast (of Fukushima) is still banned; since 2011 75% of the 1,800 professional fishermen had to give up their jobs! The company <Tepco> can still not prevent that contaminated water is seeped into the sea, Aoyama-san says!! It is said to be <just only 80 to 100 liters a day, it however contains 30 Giga-Becquerel Caesium-137 (Cs-137) and Strontium-90 (Sr-90) & Tritium.> (1 Giga-Becquerel = 1'000 millions Becquerel). Der japanische Professor Dr. Aoyama Michio vom <Institute of Environmental Radioactivity> an der Fukushima University kam bereits in seiner ersten Studie fuer das Magazin <Nature> zum Ergebnis, dass die Nuklear-Katastrophe von Fukushima fuer das Meer (Ozean) viel schlimmer ist als die Atom-Katastrophe von Tschernobyl. Gemaess seinem Forschungs-Ergebnis habe <Fukushima> die Ozeane 10'000 Mal mehr verseucht; Dr. Aoyama war dann Forscher am <Meteorological Research Institute> in Tsukuba. Als der Direktor des Institutes die Studie sah, <verbot> er die Veroeffentlichung des Berichts, insbesondere mit dem Namen von Aoyama-san. Dr. Aoyama publizierte die Studie trotz allem! Dr. Aoyama sagt, dass Atomkraft-Werke fuer Japan <schon theoretisch keine gute Auswahl (choice) seien>. Dies nicht nur wegen der Erdbeben, sondern weil diese fuer die Kuehlung an der Kueste stehen muessen. Damit sind Japans Atom-Kraftwerke (AKWs) automatisch Tsunami-gefaehrdet. Aoyama-san hat waehrend Jahrzehnten die Auswirkungen der Atom-Tests untersucht. Sein Ergebnis ist, dass die US-Amerikaner, Briten und Franzosen den Pazifik mit 290 Peta-Becquerel verseuchten in den Jahrzehnten vor dem Atom-Test-Stopp (1 Peta- Becquerel = 1 Mio. Milliarden Becquerel)! Das sind dreimal mehr Radio- Aktivitaet als in Tschnernobyl in die Luft austrat. Der Fischfang entlang der Kueste (von Fukushima) bleibt weiterhin verboten; seit 2011 mussten 75% der 1'800 Berufsfischer ihren Beruf aufgeben! Die Firma <Tepco> kann weiterhin nicht verhindern, dass verseuchtes Wasser ins Meer sickert, sagt Aoyama-san!! Japans LDP will Menschen-Rechte & Presse-Freiheit einschraenken? 国会の首班指名選挙で承認された後、安倍晋三首相は憲法改定は「彼の歴史的 挑戦」になると強調した。これは「日本国憲法」のいわゆる平和条項9条の破 棄を意味する。この条文は既に安倍の祖父岸信介によって「新しい解釈がなさ れた」。自民党は新解釈による憲法草案を発表、この草案は漠然とした文言で 日本を過去の専制政治に戻そうとする意図がある。自民党草案は人権と報道の 自由を制限し、それぞれが政権に個人の権利を剥奪出来る手段となる。記事に よると、女性の「平等」も失われる！日本国民はこれまで憲法改定のあらゆる 調査で明確に反対を表明してきた。首相は、2060年に彼の祖父岸さんが行った 様に、日本国民を欺くことが出来るのか？この更新された日米軍事協定(日米 安全保障条約)は国民の大多数の意思に反したものだったが、彼は大勢のデモ 隊をやくざを雇って暴力的に排除した、と記事は書いている。 (出典：2014年12月26日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) After his confirmation in office by the Japanese Parliament, Premier Abe Shinzo emphasized that it is <his historical challenge> to change the Japanese constitution. With it he meant that he wanted to abolish the so-called Peace-Paragraph, paragraph No. 9 of <Japan's Constitution>. That paragraph was already <newly interpreted> by Abe's grandfather, Kishi Nobusuke. The LDP-party has submitted the draft for a new constitution; that paper intends to lead Japan also back to his <autocratic> past by using vague wordings. The LDP-draft restricts the human rights and the freedom of press, respectively it gives the Government an instrument into the hands, with which the individual rights could be cut. According to the newspaper the (Japanese) women would lose their <equality>! Japan's citizens have so far significantly spoken out against a change of the constitution according to all surveys. Can the Premier <trick> Japan's population as it did already grandfather Kishi-san in 1960? He renewed the US- Japan security treaty against the will of a majority of the population. For that he had hundred thousands of protesters forced out violently by the help of <Yakuza Groups>, writes the newspaper. Nach seiner Bestaetigung durch das japanische Parlament, betonte Premier Abe Shinzo, es sei <seine historische Herausforderung>, die japanische Verfassung zu aendern. Damit meinte er, dass er den so- genannten Friedens-Paragraphen, Paragraph 9 von <Japans Verfassung> abschaffen will. Dieser Paragraph wurde schon von Abe's Grossvater, Kishi Nobusuke <neu interpretiert>.
