The occupation of the Parliament is so far unique, whereas protests are part of the political everyday life in Taiwan. The police is said to have tried already three times vainly to clear the occupied rooms of the Parliament. The Free Trade Agreement with China is disputed; critics accuse the Government of Taiwan to enforce the agreement (FTA) in the sector of services with illegal and undemocratic methods. The Free Trade Agreement is considered to be a major danger for Taiwan; it is said to increase the already strong dependence of Taiwan from China further. The island is said to make itself vulnerable to blackmail by China, said the opposition. The question <How much China can Taiwan bear?>, divides the society of Taiwan. Die Polizei habe bisher dreimal vergeblich versucht, die besetzten Raeume des Parlamentes zu raeumen. Der Freihandelsvertrag mit China ist umstritten; Kritiker werfen der Regierung von Taiwan vor, mit illegalen und undemokratischen Methoden den Vertrag (FTA) im Bereich der Dienstleistungen durchzusetzen. Das Freihandelsabkommen wird als grosse Gefahr fuer Taiwan betrachtet; es erhoehe die bereits starke Abhaengigkeit Taiwans von China weiter und die Insel mache sich damit erpressbar von China, sagt die Opposition. Suedkoreas Geheimdienst NIS ist ausser Kontrolle. 韓国の国家情報院(NIS)の別のスキャンダルが報じられた。検察は或る脱北 者の訴訟の偽造文書に関して、NISの建物を捜索した。彼は脱北者に関する 情報を(北に)提供した為逮捕・起訴された。しかし彼はその後裁判で無罪に なったのは、主な証人の証言が強い圧力の下で証言された為。２度目の裁判 で、検事はこの間に偽造である事が証明された文書を提出、これ等の出所が 国情院だった。この程NISの職員が文書偽造で逮捕された。遂に朴大統領は発 言し、この出来事は「遺憾」であり、問題解決の為、国情院に捜査に協力す る様求めた！保守系新聞はこれまでこの問題を全く報じ無いか、あるいは国 情院を支持する印象の報道しかしていなかった。この程或る新聞は、「この 国の司法制度に深刻な信頼性を揺るがす問題」があると書いた。既に2012年、 NISの諜報員は大統領選で朴氏に有利な影響を与えようとして百万件以上の ツイートを書いた。(出典：2014年3月19日付NZZ紙オンライン版) The media reported about another scandal regarding to the Intelligence Service NIS of South Korea (National Intelligence Service); the Public Prosecutors searched the offices of NIS in the context of faked documents in a court procedure against a refugee from North Korea. He was arrested and accused of having supplied information about refugees to North Korea. He was then however acquitted by a court because the testimony of the key witness had been made under massive force. In the second court case, the prosecutor presented documents, which had proved to be <faked> in the meantime; those were originated from the Intelligence Service NIS. Now, a NIS-employee had been arrested because of the faked documents. At last, President Mrs. Park made a statement and said that the incidents were <deplorable> and requested support by the NIS for the solving of the matter! The conservative newspapers had so far hardly reported about the matter or only in a supporting sense of NIS. Now, a newspaper wrote that there was a <serious credibility problem for the national system of justice>. Already in 2012, NIS-agents had tried to influence the Presidential elections in favor of Mrs. Park by writing more than 1 Mio. <Tweets>. Die Presse meldet einen weiteren Skandal betreffend dem Geheimdienst NIS von Suedkorea (National Intelligence Service); die Staats- anwaltschaft durchsuchte die Bueros von NIS im Zusammenhang mit gefaelschten Dokumenten in einem Gerichtsverfahren gegen einen Fluechtling aus Nordkorea. Dieser wurde verhaftet und beschuldigt Informationen ueber Fluechtlinge nach Nordkorea geliefert zu haben. Er wurde dann von einem Gericht jedoch freigesprochen, da die Aussagen der Hauptzeugin unter massivem Druck erfolgt seien. Im zweiten Prozess legten die Anklaeger Dokumente vor, welche sich inzwischen als <gefaelscht> erwiesen; diese stammten vom Geheimdienst NIS. Jetzt wurde ein NIS-Mitarbeiter wegen den gefaelschten Dokumenten verhaftet. Endlich meldete sich Praesidentin Park und sagte die Ereignisse seien <bedauernswert> und forderte Aufklaerung durch den NIS! Die konservativen Zeitungen hatten bisher kaum oder im Sinne von NIS darueber berichtet. Jetzt schrieb eine Zeitung es gebe ein <ernsthaftes Glaubwuerdigkeits-Problem fuer das nationale Rechts- System>. The humanity (Civilization) runs into the collapse or the apocalypse; history reminds us of the ruin of the Mayan culture in the 9th century. An actual study, sponsored by the US-Nasa shows that the collapse of the (our) society can hardly be avoided! The study by Mr. Safa Motesharrei (University of Maryland) was just published in the professional magazine <Ecological Economics>. It is even possible that a successful and modern society can collapse that shows the example of the <Old Romans>. Reasons for the collapse are natural disasters, climate change, population growth etc.; ecologists warn already (in vain!) for a long time that humans in the Western world consume 1.5 times more resources in one year than the nature can regenerate in the same period!! Paris: Luft-Verschmutzung (Smog) fast wie in China. パリは大気汚染(スモッグ)が危険水準(ほぼ中国並)に達した。粒状物汚染 は１立法メートル当たり180マイクログラムで、警報レヴェルは80マイクロ グラム。或るジャーナリストは、スモッグは感じられる程で、目が染み、 鼻水が流れ、喉が痒くなる影響があると言った！1997年以来初めて、大気 汚染の為ハイブリッドと電気自動車等以外の車輛に再び交通制限が設けら れた。走行禁止に関係する全ての運転者が注意しなかったので、4,000件以 上の罰金が科せられた。生態学者は、対策を講じるのを長く待ち過ぎたと 政府を批判。パリ交通局(RATP)は、現在のディーゼル車を2025年までにク リーンな電動バスに換えると言った。 (出典：2014年3月18日付新ルツェルナー紙) In Paris (France) the air pollution (smog) reached a dangerous level (nearly like in China); the particulate pollution was at a level of 180 microgram per cubic-meter, in which the alarm level is at 80 microgram. A journalist in Paris said that the smog could be felt; burning eyes, running nose and a scratching in the throat are said to be the consequences! For the first time since 1997, there were again restrictions for the traffic with motor vehicles due to the air pollution; there were some exceptions for Hybrid- and Electric vehicles (eV) etc. The ban on driving wasn't observed by all persons concerned; more than 4,000 (money) penalties were issued. Ecologists criticized the Government for having waited to long before taking measures. The Paris Public Transport System (RATP) said that they would replace the present diesel vehicles by clean, electrically- operated buses up to 2025. The military command action is said to have been authorized by US-President Obama; the USA claim that the Governments of Cyprus and Libya had asked for the US-military mission. The tanker had loaded oil, which had been sold by a local Libyan self-government; the Government in Tripoli claimed that the oil had been loaded illegally and they had tried to prevent the sailing of the oil tanker. Active Swiss letter-writers expressed concern whether the <US-military action> was lawful under the law of nations? Another letter-writer meant that the earnings from the oil business were distributed unfairly by the new Government in Libya. That was the reason why such an <illegal> oil business transaction had happened; others believe that the USA understand <no fun> regarding to the business with oil! US-Spezial-Truppen (Navy Seals) haben den Oeltanker <Morning Glory> in internationalen Gewaessern im Mittelmeer gestuermt und unter US- Kontrolle gebracht. Die Militaer-Kommando-Aktion sei von US-Praesident Obama bewilligt worden; die USA behaupten, die Regierungen von Zypern und Libyen haetten um den US-Militaer-Einsatz gebeten. Der Tanker hatte Oel geladen, welches eine lokale, libysche Autonomie-Regierung verkauft hatte; die Regierung in Tripolis behauptete das Oel sei illegal geladen worden und versuchte das Auslaufen des Oeltankers zu verhindern. Aktive Schweizer Leserbrief-Schreiber zeigten sich besorgt, ob die <US-Militaer-Aktion> unter dem Voelkerrecht rechtmaessig (gesetzmaessig) war? Ein anderer Leserbrief-Schreiber meint, die Einnahmen aus dem Oelgeschaeft wuerden durch die neue Regierung in Libyen ungerecht verteilt. Wald-Kindergarten: Eltern & Kinder sind begeistert. 幼稚園の園児、父兄、教諭はヴィンタトゥーア市(ツューリッヒ)の新設の 「森の幼稚園リューヒェンベルク」を大歓迎している。開園8カ月後には全 ての関係者が満足しており、女児と男児は遥かに活発になっていて、雨、 雪、寒さ等の天候をものともしない。森の幼稚園の計画段階では父兄達が 心配し、子供達をどんな天候でも屋外に出す事を心配していた。子供達は 森で大いに動き回り、寒さ対策には一番の方法だ。幼稚園児には屋内と同 じ教育内容が適用され、子供達は自然からも多くを学んでいる！子供達の 「森の中での共同体意識は特に強い」と女性教師は言う。子供達は運動性 で顕著な進歩を示し、初めは森で躓いていたのが今ではポケットナイフも 扱えるようになった。森の子供達には「特別な教材」は少なくて済むので、 森の幼稚園の追加指導員の費用も値打ちがある。 (出典：2014年3月15日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) The nursery school pupils, their parents and the teachers are delighted about the new <Forest Nursery school Rychenberg> in the City of Winterthur (ZH). Eight months after its opening, all participants are satisfied; the girls and boys are much better in shape (fitter) and the weather, rain, snow or cold doesn't matter to them. The projected forest nursery school caused initially some fears among the parents; they were worried to let their children outdoors whatever the weather would be. The children move a lot in the forest; that is the best instrument against the cold. For the nursery school pupils the same course of instruction is applied as in the classroom; additionally, the children learn a lot from nature! <The sense of community is particularly strong in the forest> among the children, the female teacher said. The children have made major progress regarding to mobility; at the beginning, they stumbled in the forest and now they can also manage to handle the pocket knife (Swiss Army Knife). Forest children need less <special-pedagogical measures>; therefore the cost for an additional care person at the forest nursery school is worthwhile. Die Kindergarten-Schueler, ihre Eltern und die Lehrer sind begeistert vom neuen <Waldkinder-Garten Rychenberg> in der Stadt Winterthur (ZH). Acht Monate nach der Eroeffnung sind alle Beteiligten zufrieden; die Maedchen und Knaben sind viel besser in Form (fitter) und das Wetter, Regen, Schnee oder Kaelte ist ihnen egal. Der geplante Waldkinder- Garten sorgte zu Beginn fuer Aengste bei den Eltern; sie machten sich Sorgen, ihre Kinder bei jedem Wetter im Freien zu lassen. Die Kinder bewegen sich viel im Wald; das ist das beste Mittel gegen Kaelte. Fuer die Kindergarten-Schueler gilt der gleiche Lehrplan wie im Klassenzimmer; zusaetzlich lernen die Kinder viel von der Natur! <Das Gemeinschafts-Gefuehl im Wald ist besonders stark>, bei den Kindern, sagt die Lehrerin. Die Kinder haben in Bezug auf die Beweglichkeit grosse Fortschritte gemacht; zu Beginn stolperten sie im Wald, jetzt koenen sie auch mit dem Sackmesser umgehen. Waldkinder brauchen weniger <sonder-paedagogische Massnahmen>; deshalb lohnte sich die Kosten fuer eine zusaetzliche Betreuungsperson beim Waldkinder- Garten>. (Sat. 22.03.2014 Smi) 「アベノミクスは増税で生き残れるか？」或るインターネット新聞の見出し だ。エコノミスト達は迫りくる消費税増税で、日本経済の強い挫折を懸念し ている。安倍政権は消費税が5%から8%に引き上げられる日を不安な面持ちで 見ている。消費税増税で消費者物価が少なくとも2%上昇すると専門家は予測 している！日本の消費者がこれにどう反応するかが疑問だ。日本経済が今後 どの様な経過を辿るかで決まる。1997年前回の消費税増税では、個人消費が 再び元の水準に戻るのにその後4年間かかった！「価格ショック」はこの衝撃 で数期(四半期)進行し、おそらく安倍政権が予想していたよりも長く続く！ 賃金上昇は、消費税増税に依って失しなわれた購買意欲を補うには低過ぎる。 一部の企業は「ボーナス又は残業手当のみ」引き上げて支払うか、支払った。 そのような賃金構成は、その性質上一回限りで翌年には解消されてしまう!！ (出典：2014年3月22日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) <Can Abenomics survive tax hike?>, that is the headline of an Internet-Newspaper. Economists are concerned that the imminent increase of the consumption tax (VAT) will give the Japanese economy a strong setback. The Abe-Government looks anxious to that day when the VAT will be increased from 5% to 8%. As a result of the tax increase the prices will increase at least by 2%, experts assume! The question will be how the Japanese consumers react on it. Decisive might be how Japan's economy will develop later in the year. In 1997 the last VAT- increase was made; afterwards it took four years until the private consumption expenditure reached again the level before the tax hike! The <Price-Shock> could develop its impact over several quarters and possibly last longer as the Abe-Government had expected! The salary increases are too low in order to compensate the loss of purchasing power of the Japanese due to the VAT-increase. In many enterprises in Japan <only the bonus- and/or the overtime payments> were or will be increased. Oekonomen sorgen sich, dass die bevorstehende Erhoehung der Konsum-Steuer (VAT) der japanischen Wirtschaft einen starken Daempfer verpassen wird. Die Abe-Regierung blickt besorgt auf diesen Tag, wenn die VAT von 5% auf 8% erhoeht wird. Als Folge der Konsum-Steuer Erhoehung werden die Preise um wenigstens 2% steigen, vermuten Experten! Es wird gefragt, wie die japanischen Konsumenten darauf reagieren werden. Entscheidend duerfte sein, wie sich Japans Volkswirtschaft im weiteren Verlauf des Jahres entwickeln wird. Im Jahr 1997 gab es die letzte VAT-Erhoehung; danach dauerte es vier Jahre bis die privaten Konsum-Ausgaben wieder den Stand vor der Steuer-Erhoehung erreichten! Der <Preis-Schock> koennte seine Wirkung ueber mehrere Quartale entfalten und allenfalls laenger anhalten, als dies die Abe-Regierung erwartet! Die Lohn- Erhoehungen sind zu gering um den Kaufkraft-Verlust der Japaner wegen der VAT-Erhoehung auszugleichen. In manchen Unternehmen in Japan werden oder wurden <nur die Bonus- und/oder die Ueberzeit-Zahlungen> erhoeht. Solche Lohnbestandteile sind aufgrund ihrer Art einmalig und koennten bereits im folgenden Jahr wieder wegfallen!!
