The two enterprises have signed a new agreement, which rules the supply of up to 16,000 tons of chocolate or chocolate-compounds by <Barry Callebaut> over a period of 10 years. Besides, <Barry Callebaut> invests 18.5 Mio. Swiss Francs (CHF) into the construction of a new factory located in the town of Takasaki; the new location is provided with larger capacities, that is why the existing factory in Amagasaki (Osaka) will be closed by the middle of 2013. From the new site, others customers on the Japanese chocolate market shall be supplied too. The project with the name <Neuropolis> shall become a worldwide center for brain research; <Neuropolis> is comparable regarding to its significance with the <CERN> in Geneva, which is the international center of nuclear research. Leading brain researchers working at the new center shall develop among others medical applications for the treatment of cancer or neuro-degenerative diseases. The costs will amount to 110 Mio. Swiss Francs of which the Swiss <Rolex-Group> is going to construct another prestige building; in the future, in Lausanne about 800 and in Geneva about 200 researchers shall work for the center. The inauguration of the center is planned for the end of the year 2015. The guide <<Zurich in Your Pocket>> was launched for the first time in autumn 2010; with the latest edition of June/July 2012, the number of copies was increased this year already the second time by 20%. In the meantime, the City Guide is published every two months with an edition of 22,000 copies and it is available free at Hotels and at all Zurich public transport points of sale (VBZ). The so-called <In-Your-Pocket-Guides> exist already for more than 20 years in more than 50 Cities all over Europe. Der englisch-sprachige Stadtfuehrer fuer die Stadt Zuerich entwickelt sich zu einem grossen Erfolg. Those customers will be informed about the closing of account in the coming weeks. Regarding to the totality of the 2.5 Mio. Post-Finance customers that is only a very minor number. US-citizens, which live in Switzerland are allowed to have furthermore an account at the <Post- Finance>; with that measures, the Post intends to avoid problems with the <<US-Tax-Authorities>>. Besides, all customers with residence abroad have to confirm to <Post-Finance> that they pay taxes on their fortune. The new US-law <Fatca> (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) submits foreign financial institutions to the national US-tax rules. The US-law was met with criticism in many countries; due to the <economical and political power of the USA>, the aggrieved parties however subject to that <diktat>. If there will be in reality a decrease, one will probably know only at the end of the holiday season. According to Swiss holiday operators, the bookings of Swiss people for Greece are all above last year's figure and the year 2011 was considered to be already very successful. Certain days of departure at the beginning of the summer vacation are already nearly fully booked; the prices for Greece are about 15% lower than in 2011. The Greek people are quite aware of the importance of their hospitality. Die Buchungen aus Deutschland fuer Ferien in Griechenland ging im 2012 bisher um 30% zurueck; scheinbar meiden auch britische Touristen das griechische Ferienland. Ob es tatsaechlich einen Rueckgang gibt, wird man wohl erst am Ende der Ferien-Saison wissen. Gemaess Schweizer Reise-Veranstaltern liegen¨die Buchungen von Schweizern fuer Griechenland alle ueber dem letzten Jahr und das Jahr 2011 wurde bereits als sehr gut bezeichnet. Gewisse Abflugstage zu Beginn der Sommerferien sind beinahe ausgebucht; die Preise fuer Griechenland sind zirka 15% tiefer als im 2011. Die Griechen sind sich durchaus der Bedeutung ihrer Gastfreundlichkeit bewusst.
