(Thu. 31.05.2012 Smi) 著名な日本の映画監督で脚本家の新藤兼人が100歳で亡くなった。彼は現役 の映画監督としては世界最高齢だった。兼人氏は231本の映画の脚本を書き、 その内の49本を自分で監督した。彼の処女作は1951年の「愛妻物語」で、早 くも1年後には「原爆の子」、「広島の子」の題名でも知られる監督として 注目を集めた。映画のテーマはアメリカに依って広島市内の上空から原子爆 弾を落とされた映像を綴ったもの。同氏は最後の映画となった2010年の「一 枚のハガキ」で東京の国際映画祭で審査員特別賞を受賞した。 （出典：2012年5月31日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The famous Japanese director and screenplay writer Kaneto Shindo has died at the age of 100 years; he was one of the eldest, still active film producer of the world. Kaneto-san wrote the scenario for 231 films and out of them, 49 films he produced even himself. His first work was the film <Aisai Monogatari> in the year 1951 and already one year later, he aroused sensation as director with the film <The Children of Hiroshima> (Genbaku no ko); the film is also known under the name <Atom-Bombed Children in Hiroshima>. The theme of the film was the cinematic adaptation of the dropping of the nuclear bomb over the City of Hiroshima by the Americans. The Japanese won with his last film <Ichimai no hagaki> the special prize of the jury at the <International Film Festival> in Tokyo in 2010. Der beruehmte japanische Regisseur und Drehbuch-Autor Kaneto Shindo ist im Alter von 100 Jahren gestorben; er war einer der aeltesten, noch aktiven Film-Produzenten auf der Welt. She takes over the function from her father Jacques Hubscher who led the Swiss traditional enterprise since 1982. According to the former chairman that appointment shows the will of the enterprise to remain an independent company which feels strongly committed to its values and will be future-oriented. The new chairwoman will promote the development of the brand <Caran d'Ache>, open new boutiques and with a greater presence in the media strengthen the perception of the brand in the public. The tradition shall be maintained, but there shall be also new drive put in, especially in the field of communication in order to be prepared for the challenges of the future. The Swiss enterprise was established in 1915 and has a workforce of about 300 employees in Geneva. Already in the 1970-ties , <CKW> has purchased ground at that place in order to build a nuclear power plant; that plan however couldn't be realized. The pullout of Switzerland from the nuclear power energy showed consequences on the strategy of <CKW>; that is why now innovative projects are expected. The investment of <CKW> for the solar power plant amounts to 25 Mio. Swiss Francs and a surface of about 15 hectares corresponding to the size of about 20 football pitches, is needed. A major part of the used surface can again be cultivated agriculturally also afterwards and it is not yet know how many working places will be created. The planned photovoltaic plant shall produce 10 million kilowatt-hours of solar electricity per year; that corresponds to an average annual consumption of 2,200 households. The <CKW> expects that the solar power plant can go into operation in 2014; <CKW> had already built a photovoltaic plant on the alp <Chlus> (Soerenberg) 30 years ago. That is also a sign based on the democratic change in that country; besides, Switzerland will strengthen the development co- operation with the country, at which programs in the field of agriculture, professional education and mine clearance, are in the focus. For the Swiss Foreign Department (EDA) Myanmar has major economic and tourist potential. The politician Aung San Suu Kyi is said to visit Geneva this month and it is expected that she will travel to Berne in order to meet members of the Swiss Government. Presently already 24 countries have an embassy in Myanmar, among them is also Japan. Die Schweiz wird noch diesen Sommer eine Botschaft in Myanmar (Burma) eroeffnen; dies hat die Schweizer Regierung (Bundesrat) diese Woche entschieden. Dies ist ebenfalls ein Zeichen auf die demokratische Oeffnung im Land; ausserdem wird die Schweiz die Entwicklungs- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Land verstaerken, wobei Programme im Bereich Landwirtschaft, Berufsbildung und Minenraeumung vorgesehen sind. The report requests therefore only just three weeks before the <UN-Sustainability Summit Rio 20> a broad change to a <Green Economy>. According to the General Director of <ILO>, it has proved that the present model (approach) is inefficient and not sustainable; that is true with regard to the environment, but also regarding to economies an societies. The authors confirmed that four year after the first report, already millions of jobs were created, particularly in the field of agriculture-, forestry and fishery, in the energy sector, in recycling as well as in building- and transport. Particularly mentioned was the sector of <<renewable energies>> where presently worldwide already nearly five million people work; that corresponds a doubling of the working places compared to 2006. Public and private investments in sustainable production methods in the sense of <Green Economy> could lead worldwide to more wealth, more social justice and it could help to reduce the environment risks and shortage of commodities. Gemaess dem <ILO-Generaldirektor> hat sich gezeigt, dass das bisherige Modell ineffizient und nicht nachhaltig ist, dies sowohl in Bezug auf die Umwelt, aber auch fuer die Volkswirtschaften und die Gesellschaften. (Tue. 29.05.2012 Smi) 日本と中華人民共和国は今後、両国の貿易や決済で米ドルを決済通貨に使う 事を止める。新制度は早くも今週から適用される。両国は元と円を通して世 界的により大きな役割を担う事を望んでいる。この制度は2011年12月に日中 両国が金融協力関係を強化する目的で合意された。「中国外国為替取引制度」 に依ると、この狙いは相互貿易の振興、為替コストの低減、元と円で国際商 取引の決済をする事。日本の安住淳財務大臣によると、東京と上海市場で両 通貨の取引が始まる。中国は日本の最大の貿易相手国で、昨年の相互貿易取 引額は2,450億ドル。新華社の推定に依ると、両国の貿易の60%が米ドルで決 済されている。 （出典：2012年5月29日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版） Japan and the People's Republic of China (PRC) are going to abstain of using the US-Dollar as trading- or settlement currency in the bilateral trade in the future. The innovation will be applied already this week; the two countries hope that the <Yuan> and the <Yen> will become a greater global role based on that measures. The measures were decided in December 2011 when Japan and China agreed to strengthen the financial co-operation. According to the <China Foreign Exchange Trade System>, the aim is the promotion of the bilateral trade, a reduction of currency costs and the use of <Yuan> and <Yen> for the settlement of the international commercial transactions. According to the Japanese Minister of Finance Azumi Jun, the trading of the two currencies will take place at the markets of Tokyo and Shanghai. China (PRC) is the biggest trading partner of Japan; the bilateral trade volume amounted to 345 billion US-Dollar last year. According to estimation by <Xinhua> 60% of the trade of the two countries is settled in US-Dollars. Nur wenig Widerstand gegen Neu-Start von Oi AKW. 日本人は大飯原発（福井県）の原子炉２基の再稼働反対を諦めた。来週にも 野田総理は運転再開の命令を出す意向。日本のメディアに依ると、彼はこの 間地元の政治家の充分な支持を取り付けたようだ。中央政府と原発ロビーの 圧力は功を奏し、彼等の戦略は成功したようだ。関西の地方政府の反対も束 の間に霧散しただけでなく、橋本徹（大阪市長）は原子炉の再稼働を暫定的 という条件付きで賛成した！考えを変えたのは経済的な理由で、関西電力と 東京の経産省が絶え間無く声高に電力供給の逼迫を警告していた。原発再稼 働は野田総理にとって国内政治の重要な成功と言われている。地元の知事達 はあくまで暫定期限での賛成である事を強調しており、大飯原発は夏の終わ りには再停止されるべきと言っている。だが現状では、数週間、数か月、そ れとも数年になるのか明確に示されていない。（出典：2012年6月1日付NZZ 紙とNordbayern.de の引用に依る2012年6月2日付新ツーク紙オンライン版） The Japanese abandoned their opposition against the restart of two nuclear power reactors at the nuclear power plant of Oi (Prefecture Fukui); Prime Minister Noda Yoshihiko intends to hand out the <command> for the <restart> already in the coming week. According to Japanese media reports, he shall have received enough support by local politicians in the meantime. The <pressure> of the Central Government and the <Nuclear Power Lobby> appears to be effective and their strategy seems to be successful. The opposition of local Governments in the Kansai region has vanished into thin air only within few hours; even Hashimoto Toru (Mayor of Osaka City) has given his approval under the condition that the reactors should go into operation only <temporarily>! He said that he changed his mind because of the economical reasons; <Kepco> and the Ministry of Economics in Tokyo, had warned always louder about a power shortage. The restart of the nuclear power reactors are said to be an important domestic political victory for Noda-san. The local Governors emphasized that their approval was only valid for a temporary restart; by the end of summer, the nuclear power plant Oi should be shut down again. It is however not defined, whether <temporary> means <<some weeks, some months or years>>.
