Lucerne Festival Projekt fuer <Higashi Nihon>. (Tue. 09.08.2011 Smi) 権威ある国際音楽祭「ルツェルン・フェスティヴァル」は、著名な日本のパ ートナーとともに、地震と津波の被害にあった日本の人々に文化、芸術、音 楽によって新しい希望と自信を提供する目的で、プロジェクトを立ち上げた。 同プロジェクトでは、移動式コンサートホールを建て、2012年春から被災地 を回る。「Ark Nova（新たな箱舟）、東日本への贈り物」と名付けられ、輸 送可能で、空気を入れて膨らませるコンサートホールの作成は、スター建築 家の磯崎新氏の指揮で行われる。ホールは500から700席。プロジェクトでは ダンス、マルティメディア、ジャズ、クラシック音楽などが披露される。地 元の人々の入場料は無料となる。（2011年8月9日付けBlickamabend.chより） The distinguished and international <Lucerne Festival> develops with famous Japanese partners a project, of which the Japanese people affected by the earthquake and earthquake sea wave (Tsunami) shall be brought new hope and confidence; the project contains aspects of culture, art and music. The project plans the construction of a moveable concert hall, which shall be en route as from spring 2012 in the region destroyed by the natural disaster. The project is called <Ark Nova, a tribute to Higashi Nihon>; the construction of a transportable and inflatable concert hall is under the lead of the start architect Isozaki Arata; it has a hall providing 500 to 700 seats. Das angesehene und internationale <Lucerne Festival> erarbeitet mit renommierten japanischen Partnern ein Projekt, mit welchem den vom Erdbeben und der Flutwelle (Tsunami) betroffenen Menschen in Japan mit Kultur, Kunst und Musik neue Hoffnung und Zuversicht gebracht werden soll. Das Projekt sieht den Bau einer beweglichen (mobilen) Konzerthalle vor, welche ab dem Fruehling 2012 in der von der Natur- Katastrophe zerstoerten Region unterwegs sein wird. Das Projekt traegt den Namen <Ark Nova, a Tribute to Higashi Nihon>; die Erstellung einer transportierbaren und aufblasbaren Konzerthalle steht unter der Leitung des Star-Architekten Isozaki Arata; sie verfuegt ueber einen Saal mit 500 bis 700 Sitzplaetzen. (Fri. 12.08. 2011 Smi) 標高2,400メートルのスイスの山峡に、スイス最大の風力発電所を建設する 計画がある。全プロジェクトが滞りなく進められれば、2012年には最低40基 の風車を持つ施設の建設が始められる。ルムブライン地方自治体、地元の人 々、自然・環境保護団体も同プロジェクトに基本的に賛成している。スイス には充分な風があるが、風力エネルギーを利用するための施設の建設は政治 的な反対で阻止されることが多い。同発電所は、グラウビュンデン州の全家 庭の電力需要を満たすことが可能。チューリヒの電力会社「EWZ」は、2億ス イスフランの建設費を出資する意向。「Altaventa株式会社」は、関係者全 員を「円卓」に集めて協議する。電力会社は土地を提供する土地の所有者に 3％の借地料を支払う。概算によると、年間の借地料は電気の市場価格に左 右されるが、約150万スイスフランになり、また10人の雇用が創出される。 「Pro Natura Graubuenden」は地域に生息するライチョウへの影響を調べて いる。（2011年8月12日付けターゲス・アンツァイガー紙より） In a Swiss mountain valley, on the top of an altitude of 2,400 meters above sea level, the biggest wind power station (wind farm) of Switzerland shall be built; provided that the whole project can be executed without problems, then the construction of at least 40 wind wheels could be started already in 2012. The commune of Lumbrein, the local population as well as nature and environment protection associations have basically a positive attitude about the project; in Switzerland there is enough wind, but the building of plants using wind energy fails however often due to political opposition. The (new) plant could cover the power requirement of all households in the Canton of Graubuenden; the energy enterprise <EWZ> in Zurich intends to participate on the investment cost of 200 Mio. Swiss Francs. The company <Altaventa Ltd.> integrated all affected parties into the planning process within in the scope of a <round table>; the enterprise pays the land owners, which are providing ground for the plant, a rent of 3%. According to a projection (estimation) the annual rent, depending on the market price of the electricity, could amount to up to 1.5 Mio. Swiss Francs and up to then working places would be created. <Pro Natura Graubuenden> wants to have investigated possible impacts on snow grouse living in the area. In einem Schweizer Bergtal, auf einer Hoehe von 2400 Meter ueber Meer, soll der groesste Windpark der Schweiz gebaut werden; falls das ganze Projekt ohne Probleme ablaeuft, koennte bereits im 2012 mit dem Bau von mindestens 40 Windraedern angefangen werden. Die Gemeinde Lumbrein, die lokale Bevoelkerung sowie Natur- und Umweltschutz- Verbaende stehen grundsaetzlich positiv zum Projekt; in der Schweiz gibt es genug Wind, der Bau von Anlagen zur Nutzung von Windenergie scheitert jedoch oft am politischen Widerstand. Die Anlage koennte den Strombedarf fuer alle Haushalte im Kanton Graubuenden decken; das Energie-Unternehmen <EWZ> in Zuerich beabsichtigt sich an den Kosten von 200 Mio. SFr. zu beteiligen. Die Firma <Altaventa AG> integrierte saemtliche betroffenen Parteien im Rahmen eines <runden Tisch> in die Planung; die Firma zahlt den Land-Besitzern, welche Boden zur Verfuegung stellen, einen Pachtzins von 3%. Gemaess einer Hochrechnung koennte der jaehrliche Pachtzins, abhaengig vom Strom- Marktpreis bis zu 1,5 Mio. In 2010, there were 5,260 burglaries recorded, that amounts to an average of 14 burglaries per day; in particular, apartments located at the ground floor and apartments at the top floor in apartment houses (multi-storey dwellings) are affected. At the domicile of a retired couple in the district of Zurich-Hoengg, already three times a burglary happed at their top floor apartment; the act happened during the day when the people were absent. According to the anti crime advisor of the police, protection against burglary measures help to keep burglars away. Provided the criminal cannot reach his target in about three minutes, then he will turn away again. Thanks to additional and clever <psychological warfare> (verbal intervention) in the media, the Swiss Franc (CHF) weakened to the Euro and the rate of the Euro in relation to the Swiss Franc increased to over CHF 1.10 for 1 Euro. The statement of the Swiss National Bank (SNB) that the Swiss Franc could be tied to the (weak) Euro, caused big headlines in the international press (media) and the rate of the Euro raised promptly by around 5% in relation to the Swiss Franc. With such a measure the Swiss Franc wouldn't be any longer a <save haven> for the investors; the rate of the US Dollar in relation to the Swiss Franc recovered also to around 0.77 CHF for 1 US Dollar. On the Swiss Franc money market, the Swiss Franc (CHF) three-months money has turned into the direction of negative interest rates (-0.07%). In Deutschland befindet sich das Projekt <Clean-Energy-Partnership (CEP) bereits in der Phase III (3) seiner Realisierung; es wurde vor neun Jahren gestartet mit dem Ziel, dass Fahrzeuge (Autos) in Zukunft mit dem Brennstoff <Wasserstoff> (Hydrogen) betrieben werden. Coop nimmt Ausland-Produkte aus Verkauf. (Sun. 14.08.2011 Smi) スイスの小売り大手「コープ」は95品目（外国）のブランド品を店頭から 排除する。これらの製造・販売業者はスイスの顧客に対して価格を下げず 、ユーロ等の為替差益を得ていた。「コープ」は販売業者に対して、既に かなり前からスイスの顧客に対する販売価格に、為替差益を還元するよう 求めていた。しかしこれら企業と輸入業者は対応しなかった。「コープ」 によると、該当するブランドは「ロレアル」、「マース」、「フェッレー ロ」等で、これらの売り上げは3千万スイスフラン近くに上る。在庫が無 くなれば、「コープ」の店頭からこれらの商品は消え、顧客は事情を店内 の表示で知らされる。「コープ」はこの対策を更に外国ブランド品（ニヴ ェア、ダノン等）にも拡大する模様。「ミグロ」は来週同様の対策を講じ る。「コープ」と「ミグロ」は彼らの対策に、政治の支持を享受している。 （出典：2011年8月14日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The major Swiss retail enterprise <Coop> is going to stop (phasing out) the sale of 95 (foreign) branded products, because those producers/suppliers are not willing to reduce their sales prices for the Swiss purchasers and therefore are earning currency profits based on the market trend of currencies such as the Euro. <Coop> said that they had already for a long time requested their suppliers to pass their exchange rate profits to the Swiss consumers within the scope of price cuts. The Groups and Importers had however shown no reaction. According to <Coop>, affected are among others the brands <L'Oreal>, <Mars> and <Ferrero>; the measure affects a turnover volume of around 30 Mio. Swiss Francs. When the stocks are used up, then the shelves at <Coop> will remain empty and the customers will be informed about it by signboards inside the shop. <Coop> could extend the measures to further foreign branded products (such as Nivea, Danone etc.). The enterprise <Migros> will decide next week about similar measures. <Coop> and <Migros> enjoy the support of the politics for their measures. Die Konzerne und Importeure haetten jedoch darauf nicht reagiert. Gemaess <Coop> handelt es sich unter anderem um die Marken <L'Oreal>, <Mars> und <Ferrero>; davon betroffen ist ein Umsatzvolumen von rund 30 Mio. SFr. Wenn die Lagerbestaende aufgebraucht sind, bleiben die Regale bei <Coop> leer und die Kunden werden im Laden mit Schildern darueber informiert. <Coop> koennte die Massnahmen auf weitere auslaendische Markenprodukte (Brands) ausdehnen (z.B. (Sat. 06.08.2011 Smi) 広島では、66年前の原爆による犠牲者を悼み、この日福島の原発事故の衝撃 にも向き合わされた。同市への米国の攻撃で1945年8月6日14万人の犠牲者が 出、更にその直後、長崎市にも米国は爆撃をした。管直人首相も演説の中で、 福島原発事故について態度を明らかにした。同首相は演説で、「日本は再生 可能エネルギーに転換し、原発への依存度を低める」と誓った。 「同首相 は原発の安全神話を信じた事を深く悔いている。」 （出典：2011年8月6日付 ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版） The City of Hiroshima and its inhabitants commemorated the victims of the dropping of the atomic bomb (A-bomb) 66 years ago; the centenary stood under the shock of the nuclear disaster in Fukushima. The US-attack on the City happened on August 6, 1945 and up to 140,000 people lost their lives; further 80,000 people were killed soon later on by the US-attack on the City of Nagasaki. Minister President Kan Naoto made a speech in which he took a stand regarding to the nuclear power disaster in Fukushima too. In his speech he promised that <Japan will turn round to renewable energies and will support (rely) less on the nuclear power energy>. <He deeply regretted to have believed into the safety-myth of the nuclear power>. In Hiroshima wurde an die Opfer des Atom-Bombenabwurfs vor 66 Jahren gedacht; der Jahrestag stand unter dem Eindruck der Nuklear- Katastrophe von Fukushima. Der US-Angriff auf die Stadt am 6. August 1945 forderte bis zu 140 000 Tote; weitere 80 000 Menschen verloren kurz darauf bei einem US-Angriff auf die Stadt Nagasaki ihr Leben. The air is comfortably fresh and pure. The distance up to the mine entrance is about 3.3 kilometers; there is also a bicycle-taxi service for visitors who are not good on foot. The weather is sunny and occasionally a bit windy. Inside the village there are other hiking and walking trails. On that day, there were lots of visitors and groups on the route. The mine where you can go through is about 150 meters and the temperature inside is 15 degrees centigrade. Two of us didn't enter the mine, because we had just sweated strongly and we were afraid of catching a cold. Afterwards, we strolled through the village of <Ohmori>; there is also a 120-years old <Kominka>, traditional Japanese house which was perfectly renovated and open to the public for visiting.
