Hayek, the founder and President of the Board of the Swatch Group, who passed away at the age of 82 years due to heart failure. He died at his loved working place at his Swatch Group; he was a <world-citizen>, that's why his death activated an enormous echo in the leading newspapers worldwide. The people estimated him because he expressed his own opinion and he committed himself to Switzerland and the activity area (industrial location) of Switzerland. He had still many plans and ideas, which he wanted to implement. Nicolas G. Hayek called always on the entrepreneurs to observe their social responsibility. He will leave an enormous gap, as a wise entrepreneur, he however planned his succession in good time and groundbreaking. Am 28. Juni 2010 verlor die Schweiz unerwartet eine grosse Persoenlichkeit, den innovativsten und sozialsten Unternehmer, einen Visionaer und Patron sowie den Retter der Schweizer Uhrenindustrie in den Achtziger-Jahren; die Schweiz trauert um Nicolas G. Hayek, den Gruender und Verwaltungsrats-Praesidenten der Swatch Group, welcher im Alter von 82 Jahren an einem Herzversagen starb. Er starb an seinem geliebten Arbeitsplatz bei seiner Swatch Group; er war ein <Weltbuerger>, weshalb sein Tod ein grosses Echo in den fuehrenden Zeitungen weltweit ausloeste. Die Menschen schaetzten ihn weil er seine Meinung sagte und er setzte sich fuer die Schweiz und den Werkplatz Schweiz ein. Er hatte noch viele Plaene und Ideen, welche er umsetzen wollte. Nicolas G. Hajek rief die Unternehmer stets dazu auf ihre soziale Verantwortung wahrzunehmen. Swiss Media) 2) ヨーロッパ最大の吊り橋開通 Longest suspension bridge in Europe opened Laengste Haengebruecke in Europa eroeffnet (Wed. 07.07.2010 Smi) 今週、ツェルマット（マッターホルン）に近いランダ（ヴァリス州）にヨー ロッパ最長で最高位の吊り橋が開通した。この新しい橋は長さ230メートルで 海抜2,200メートルに在る。この橋はグレーヒェンからツェルマットに至るヨ ーロッパ街道の尤も有名な部分に在り、今ハイカー達のハイライトになって いる。橋の建設はおよそ1カ月を要し、費用は国と個人の寄付併せて30万スイ スフラン費やされた。（出典：2010年7月7日付20分紙） This week, the longest and highest-located suspension bridge in Europe was inaugurated in the commune of Randa (Canton Valais) near Zermatt (Matterhornstate). The new bridge has a length of 230 meters and is located on an altitude of 2,200 meters over sea-level. The bridge is part of the famous Europe path, which leads from Graechen to Zermatt and it is a highlight in the life of each hiker. The construction of the bridge took about one month and the cost paid by the State and private sponsors amounted to 300,000 Swiss Francs. Diese Woche wurde in der Gemeinde Randa (Kt. Wallis) in der Naehe von Zermatt (Matterhornstate) die laengste und hoechstgelegene Haengebruecke eroeffnet. Die neue Bruecke hat eine Laenge von 230 Metern und liegt auf einer Hoehe von 2 200 Metern ueber Meer. Die Bruecke ist jetzt ein Teil des beruehmten Europawegs, welcher von Graechen nach Zermatt fuehrt und ein Hoehepunkt im Leben eines jeden Wanderers. Der Bau der Bruecke dauerte zirka einen Monat und die Kosten, bezahlt durch den Staat und private Sponsoren betrugen 300 000 SFr. The company enjoys nowadays the status of a preferential partner of the Hollywood studios in the field of online motion picture distribution in Europe. That success is based on a partnership with the Korean enterprise <Samsung>, for which <Acetrax> developed a software solution, of which films can be watched on the mobile phones. The Swiss company has signed contracts with leading electronic manufacturers such as Panasonic; the new TV-sets are provided with an access to the online channel to the <Acetrax> video on demand library. Similar to <iTunes> of Apple, the electronic producers can generate incomes out of that business. Up to the end of year, already 7,5 Mio. TV-sets equipped with an access to the Acetrax software shall be sold. Das Schweizer Start-up Unternehmen <Acetrax> ist fuehrend in Europa im Bereich von Online-Videotheken (Video-on-demand). Die Firma geniesst heute den Status eines bevorzugten Partners der Hollywood- Studios im Bereich des Online-Spielfilm-Vertriebs in Europa. Dieser Erfolg basiert auf einer Zusammenarbeit mit dem koreanischen Konzern <Samsung>, fuer welchen <Acetrax> eine Applikation entwickelte, mit welcher Filme auf dem Mobil-Telefon geschaut werden koennen. The storm uprooted trees and partly cellars were flooded by water. In Lucerne, 3,900 bolts were recorded by <SF Meteo> and the amount of rain was 22 millimeters; in Zurich 900 bolts were counted and the rain amounted to 60 millimeters. The storm reached a speed of up to 124 km/hour; in certain regions of Switzerland, the railway traffic was interrupted or there was hail. The temperatures reached up to nearly 35 centigrade's in the Basel region. The heat will continue also the next week. Am frueheren Samstagabend gab es starke Gewitter und Sturm in vielen Regionen der Schweiz; die Hitzewelle mit Temperaturen mehrheitlich ueber 30 Grad Celsius wurde damit kurz unterbrochen. Der Sturm entwurzelte Baeume und teilweise waren Keller mit Wasser gefuellt. In Luzern registrierte <SF Meteo> 3 900 Blitze und die Regenmenge betrug 22 Millimeter; in Zuerich waren es 900 Blitze und es fiel 60 Millimeter Regen. Der Sturm erreichte eine Staerke von bis zu 124 Kilometer pro Stunde; in gewissen Teilen der Schweiz gab es Unterbrueche beim Eisenbahnverkehr oder es gab Hagel. Die Temperaturen erreichten in der Region Basel bis zu fast 35 Grad Celsius. Apple Inc. sammelt private Kundendaten!! (Fri. 09.07.2010 Smi) 不安を感じたスイス国民が最近連邦情報保護官（EDOEB）に、アップル社が 個人情報保護規則を修正した事を伝えた！消費者の個人情報の保護が、最早 安全に守られない恐れがある！新しい情報保護規則によると、コンピュータ 製造者（アップル社）は、同社の顧客情報を好きなように分析し、利用出来 、配布さえ出来る!!情報保護管理者によると、アップル社はこの権利を合法 的に公使出来る。何故なら、購入契約書の一般取引条件の中にこうした権利 を要求する項目を挿入した為。多くの消費者は、アップルの iPhone やiPad を購入した際、個人情報の再配布に同意している事に気付いていない!!!「ラ ジオ DRS」によると、クレジットカード情報も収集され、全ての情報はデー タバンクに集められて、再配布され得る!! （2010年7月9日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版） Worried Swiss citizens have informed the National Data Protection Officer (EDOEB) recently, telling him that the enterprise <Apple Inc.> had adjusted their data privacy protection rules! There are now worries that the private personal data protection of the consumers wouldn't be safeguarded anymore! According to the new data privacy protection rules, the computer manufacturer (Apple Inc) is allowed to analyze, to use and even to pass private data of their customers!! According to the National Data Protection Officer, <Apple Inc.> can do that legally because it introduced that paragraph into the general terms and conditions (AGB) of the sales contract. Many consumers haven't realized that they approve the passing of their personal data upon buying an <Apple> iPhone or iPad!!! According to the <Radio DRS>, credit card information shall be collected too; all data shall be linked up with data base and the passed!! Besorgte Schweizer Buerger haben den eidgenoessischen Datenschuetzer (EDOEB) kuerzlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Unternehmen <Apple Inc.> seine Datenschutz-Richtlinien angepasst habe! Es wurde jetzt befuerchtet, dass der Persoenlichkeitsschutz der Konsumenten nicht mehr sichergestellt sei! Gemaess den neuen Datenschutz- Richtlinien ist es dem Computer-Produzenten (Apple Inc.) erlaubt, private Daten seiner Kunden nach Belieben auszuwerten, zu benutzen und sogar weiter zugeben!! Gemaess dem Datenschuetzer hat sich <Apple Inc.> dieses Recht gesetzmaessig durch die Aufnahme in die allgemeinen Geschaeftsbedingungen (AGB) im Kaufvertrag eingefordert. Viele Konsumenten haben nicht realisiert, dass sie beim Kauf eines <Apple> iPhone oder iPad der Weitergabe ihrer persoenlichen Daten zustimmen!!! The pharmacy has taken over additional duties as a postal agency, for which a corner inside the pharmacy shop was reformed into a <post office counter>. The staff has to serve simultaneously the customers of the pharmacy and those at the post office counter; the employees were given a one week long post training education. The present post, is the first post-agency with a human operated counter in Switzerland; not all customers are satisfied that the <old> post office was closed. In der Stadt Zuerich wurde die Poststelle im Triemli Quartier geschlossen und die Dienstleistungen wurden jetzt in die Apotheke Heuried an der Birmensdorferstrasse verlagert. Die Apotheke hat eine zusaetzliche Aufgabe als Post-Agentur uebernommen, wobei in der Apotheke eine Ecke in einen <Postschalter> umgebaut wurde. Das Personal muss gleichzeitig die Kunden der Apotheke und jene am Postschalter bedienen; die Mitarbeiter erhielten von der Post waehrend einer Woche eine <Post-Ausbildung>. Es handelt sich hier um die erste Post-Agentur mit einem bedienten Schalter in der Schweiz; es sind nicht alle Kunden zufrieden, dass die <alte> Poststelle geschlossen wurde. (Tue. 06.07.2010 Smi) 冬の間、スキー客が捨てたゴミは雪の下に隠れている。夏、雪が解けると観 光客のゴミがアルプスの牧草地に現れる!!タバコの吸い殻、ペットボトル、 チリ紙等が散らかっている。「山岳清掃日」にはグリンデルヴァルトゥ・フ ィルストゥで、スノウボーダー等およそ50人がゴミ拾いの活動に参加した。 このような活動には大抵学級参加があり、子供達の家族も活動に参加する。 4時間後に掃除は終了し、奉仕活動をした人々はソーセージを振る舞われる。 彼等は自然に対して、何かを返せたことでも良い気分になる。オーストリア ではタバコの吸い殻を捨てると200ユーロの罰金を取られる。 （出典：2010年7月6日付コープ新聞27号） During the winter, the littered garbage of the ski-tourists remains hidden under the snow; in summer, when the snow has melted, the tourist waste reappears on the mountain meadows!! Cigarette butts, PET-bottles, Paper tissue etc. are on the ground; on the occasion of the <Mountain-Clean-Up-Day>, around 50 people among them snow- boarders, participated on a waste clearing up campaign in the Region of Grindelwald-First. Often, such campaigns are done by the support of schools classes; a family with their children has joined the action too. After four hours of work, the cleaning up action is finished and the volunteers are given a sausage; they have a good feeling too based on the fact that they have given back something to nature. In Austria, people are punished with a fine of 200 Euros when they litter cigarette butts. Waehrend des Winters bleiben die weggeworfenen Abfaelle der Ski- Touristen versteckt unter dem Schnee; im Sommer, wenn der Schnee geschmolzen ist, zeigt sich der <Touristen-Muell> auf den Alpen- Weiden!! Zigaretten-Stummel, PET-Flaschen, Papiertaschen-Tuecher usw. liegen herum; anlaesslich des <Mountain-Clean-Up-Day> nahmen zirka 50 Personen, unter anderem <Snow-Boarder>, an einer Muell-Aufraeum-Aktion in der Region Grindelwald-First teil. Oft werden solche Aktionen auch mit Schulklassen durchgefuehrt; es ist ebenfalls eine Familie mit ihren Kindern dabei. Nach vier Stunden ist die Putzaktion beendet und die Freiwilligen erhalten eine Bratwurst; sie haben ein gutes Gefuehl der Natur etwas zurueckgegeben zu haben. In Oesterreich werden Leute mit 200 Euros bestraft, wenn sie Zigaretten-Stummel wegwerfen. In the past, on the countryside only one party, namely the former <monopoly party> LDP was in power. The Japanese citizens elect one part of the Upper-House that weekend. The Japanese media, which report about politics, do this in a way as if they broadcast news about the <Show-Business>!! It is said that the media apparently lack the capabilities to understand the coherences; they are however hungry for sensations and on the search of scandals, disputes and <tabloid press> stories. Japan praesentiert sich heute als geteiltes Land, einerseits die Hauptstadt Tokyo, wo weiterhin rastlos gebaut wird und daneben die Provinzen, wo seit dem Platzen der Immobilien-Blase in den 90-ziger Jahren viele Doerfer und kleine Staedte aussterben, wo viele Gebaeude und Geschaefte leer stehen, weil nicht mehr investiert wird!! In der Vergangenheit regierte auf dem Lande nur eine Partei, naemlich die ehemalige <Monopol-Partei> LDP. Die japanischen Buerger waehlen an diesem Wochenende einen Teil des Oberhauses. Die japanischen Medien, welche ueber Politik berichten, tun dies, als ob sie Nachrichten ueber das <Show-Business> verbreiten wuerden!! Es soll den Medien anscheinend an den Faehigkeiten fehlen, Zusammenhaenge zu verstehen; sie sind jedoch hungrig nach Sensationen und auf der Suche nach Skandalen, Streit und <Regenbogen-Presse> Geschichten. The distance between the rows of parking spaces was very narrow and in Japan cars have to be parked all in the same way (direction). That means one has to move in backwards; that was extremely narrow and I almost couldn't manage it. It was quite a stress for me because there were cars waiting and watching. The place is famous for its <Konnyaku> specialties and the <Yamadera> manjyuu. We cross through the village with many shops on the left and right before we walk up the steep long stairs reaching the holy temple and shrine grounds. If you walk up to the top of the holy mountain, you need around 50 minutes; because of <Silver week> at that time, it was like morning rush hour in Tokyo.
