Now, furious users have deposited a class-action lawsuit against the US-Group in the US-State of Maryland. Problems are mentioned in particular with the reception, whereas the gadget is said to loose contact with the cellular phone network while calling on the telephone. The outraged customers speak about a <faulty design>; further plaints are the <non-compliance> of the guarantee, false promises, general negligence etc. Das neueste Modell des US-Mobil-Telefons <iPhone-4> hat Probleme und die Kunden reagieren veraergert. The number of students, who have applied for violin lessons in the coming new school year, has increased by 25%. In the past years, the number of students had increased steadily, even though learning violin is difficult; for the coming school year, there are 164 new students. Studying piano is the number one among children, then already follows studying violin. Presently, there is a <boom> regarding to learning violin; the reason for that is not known. In the past, playing violin was considered to be elitist; nowadays, already 4-years old children want to learn violin. A semester cost SFr. 590 at the Youth Music School of the City of Zurich. In the year 2009, approximately 4,100 tons of butter were exported and more than 80% of that amount was shipped to the Near or Middle East, where Swiss High Quality Butter is very popular; thanks to those exports the <Butter Mountain> could be cut. Alone Egypt imported 1,425 tons of Swiss butter, 1,295 tons went to Turkey etc.; the Swiss butter is often a bit more expensive on the world market than others, that doesn't play a major role, because those countries have the necessary money to buy it. In the Near and Middle East, the demand for butter is still higher than the production; many desserts (sweets) are made by butter in these countries. Die Schweizer Bauern produzieren zu viel Milch und deshalb gibt es in der Schweiz nicht nur Berge aus Stein, sondern ebenfalls <Butter- Berge>. When the present consumer behavior and the production methods would be changed then 84% of all emissions in the agriculture could be eliminated. The reason for that is based in the fact that the strong greenhouse gases <Methane> and <nitrous oxide> happen particularly in the production of fodder because synthetic fertilizers are used on croplands and on rice fields. Forscher des deutschen <Potsdam-Institut fuer Klimafolgenforschung (PIK)> weisen in einer Studie nach, dass eine Verringerung des Fleisch- und Milchkonsums auf einen Drittel der bisherigen Menge, den weltweiten Ausstoss gefaehrlicher Treibhaus-Gase betraechtlich vermindern wuerde. Bei einer Aenderung des Konsumverhaltens und der Produktionsmethoden koennten 84% aller Emissionen in der Landwirtschaft eliminiert werden. In the corridors, there are small Bonsai trees, called <Kokedama>, I would like to bring one back to Switzerland, but that's impossible. Dinner is offered in a private room; the rooms will be changed every day. The first night, we are offered <Shabu-Shabu> with the famous local Yonezawa Beef (shimofuri-type); there is a large choice of Yamagata wines on the menu. It is the long silver weekend in September and the next day, we have planed to visit the famous <Yamadera (Risshakuji)> (mountain temple) near to here in Kaminoyama- shi; that pilgrimage was planned already for a long time.
